With all the fanfare, I expected this Lecrae dude to be better. He’s just another mediocre MC. Nothin’ special. Just because you’re ‘conscious’ doesn’t mean you’re nice.
Check out his entire mixtape and you’ll see why he is considered dope! He has one of the most diverse flows of anyone in the game. He’s able to adapt how he rhymes based on the track. Listen to the songs “Black Rose” and “Misconception” on his mixtape and your opinion of him might change.
