    1. this is Hip-Hop. real shit. Real Rap…fuck you justin beiber likin fags KRS ONE for life

    2. THE REAL HIP-HOP IS OVA HERE! Wish this would get radio play and wake up all these wanna be MC’s in the game now (Yung Money Motha fuckers!) Build Ya Skillz! Who else has 20 albums under their belt other then Tha Blast Mastah KRS!

    3. Very dope song

At the end of the song KRS_one says, “Be the real you, take off the mask”.

This statement describes the current state of Hip Hop right now.

All these new Rappers are just a bunch of carbon copies, cheerleading, a-b-c rhymes, non original studio actors using effects to brainwash the youth who will buy whatever someone else tells them to.

      1. i seen him once, and fo sho he tore the place down man. out here in london too the venue was packed. and supernatural mc was there too he ripped it as well man

    4. Best KRS I’ve heard in a minute. But for real every record this dude releases is dope. People hate on his 2000’s output but his new shit is miles ahead of most of the mainstream hip hop these days. He’s one of the few emcees whose albums I ALWAYS buy.

    5. KRS-One was ahead of his time in 1987 and he is ahead of his time in 2011 going into 2012. How incredible is that?! HIS 20th STUDIO ALBUM!!! CONGRATULATIONS, KRIS!!!

      My personal list:
      1. Ludacris
      2. Big Punisher
      3. Big L
      4. Eminem
      5. KRS-One
      6. 2Pac
      7. Notorious B.I.G.
      8. Kanye West
      9. DMX
      10. ODB

      1. i like that list strong rappers. my ten in order:ghostface killah,krs one,dmx,keith murray,big pun, biggie,kanye west,rakim,ludacris,2pac.

      2. Awesome list, Ballin Chef. Those are some real game changers.

Oh, and to Anonymous, I’m a huge Rakim fan. I listen to him all the time on the Hip Hop Classics channel on Music Choice. Dude is ill. One of the GOATs.

    6. KRs one is hiphop. Hiphop is a lifestyle and i have the outmost respect for KRS doing his thing and literally keeping it alive.

    7. PEACE
Nice, KRS needs to put more tracks out like this one where he is actually flowing and not preaching. And to those Feminem/Elmvis fans, stop spouting his name whenever we folks are talking about legends and top tens in this hip/street-hop shit, dead serious.
      PEACE

      1. What does Eminem have to do with KRS?? Just because you dont like Eminem doesnt mean you have to bash him on a KRS track.

    8. DOPE DOPE DOPE DOPE!! The Veterans CRUSH the new rappers. The new guys can’t even compare to this. The talent this guys has vs Wale or Mac Miller is uncomparable! KRS can crush 50 of the new guys without lifting a finger.

    9. KRS ONE murdered this shit. Kool G Rap did his thing over this sample, but it’s flipped perfect for KRS.

    12. as far as i’m concerned, i’ll have album #20….even though he unofficially has more! i will 100% support pure hip hop, not that “ball so hard” fake ass bullshit that gets pushed all over radio! shit i remember back when radio was pure especially new york radio! i always listened to hot 97, or any underground radio you’d find on off channels like the Stretch and Bobbito show to name a few!! that was when hip hop had nothin but life!! now….i’ve banned radio play from my car!

    13. The three that should be on any “Greatest of all time” list..
      Period!

      1 KRS-One
      2 Big Daddy Kane
      3 Rakim

If they aren’t included then you really know nothing about Hip Hop!
