HipHopDX Premiere: CashBoy Records signee Anthem gave his most recent single, “Never Leavin'” an “L” rating because it’s just that “lit.” Produced by 17, the track is dubbed “THE strip club anthem,” but contrary to what the single art and caption alludes to, there’s more beneath the surface.
“Whether you’re throwing money in Blue Flame or pushing through squats at the gym, it’s the ideal song to keep your body moving regardless of how you feel,” Anthem tells HipHopDX. “I’ve been working smart here in ATL to secure a future for my family. I’m here to create a new lane and I’m ‘never leavin.'”
In 2016, Anthem caught the attention of CashBoy with Soundcloud hits like “Take the Offer” and “Dancer”. On November 2, 2016, Anthem signed to CashBoy Records in Atlanta and he’s poised for his next single “Anthem The Gawd” to arrive later this year.
