Chicago Hip Hop staple Lupe Fiasco promised he’d release the game-themed single “Killers” Monday night (December 5) if Du “NuckleDu” Dang won the Street Fighter tournament, Capcom Cup, which he apparently did.
“Killers” arrived via Lupe’s Twitter Monday afternoon and is unfortunately, the only version available for now. For reasons unknown, he decided to share the track as a video recording of the song as it played on his laptop. Lupe has already announced he’s working on three new albums, including Drogas, Skulls and Drogas Light. The new track follows his last offering, “Made In The USA.” While fans await a more official version of “Killers,” check out the laptop recording above.
