On an episode of The Domenick Nati Show, RiFF RAFF said Justin Bieber and Katy Perry both gave him very expensive Versace necklaces. He took to Instagram two weeks ago to post a photo of him wearing the one Biebs allegedly gave him, which is presumably what spawned the question.
