As Robin Thicke gets his forthcoming album ready for release, he’s dropped off a new single featuring Nas titled “Deep,” a four-and-a-half minute R&B/pop/Hip Hop hybrid. Beginning with an a capella verse, the final verse finds Nasir Jones addressing Donald Trump and the current political climate, something he exclusively discussed with DX in August.
In 2015, Thicke teamed up with Nicki Minaj for “Back Together” and Flo Rida for “I Don’t Like It, I Love It.” In addition to his solo output, the pop sensation (whose father is actor Alan Thicke) has contributed his talents to several prominent artists, including Christina Aguilera, K. Michelle, Pharrell Williams, Usher, P!nk, Jennifer Hudson, Kid Cudi and Mary J. Blige.
