    1. I grew up on wu tang, nigga gtfoh, stop with the lying this why I think dude is so corny. You know you wasn’t bumping no wu tang growing up in L.A, prob eazy e, dr dre, Cube, dj quik, pac, snoop niggas on the west coast don’t even listen to Wu, down south don’t fuck with wu at all hell lets be honest the only niggas listen to wu is N.Y niggas.

        1. I’ve lived in Vegas and Cali my entire life, I’ve never heard one person ever bump wu tang in there car or through their system.

      1. Young brother Trent, I never really leave comments but I thought I should this time. I don’t know the selling numbers. I’m sure wikipedia does. But numbers are just that…numbers. You can’t really use that to quantify the appeal of Wu. When Wu emerged with their critically acclaimed debut album, it took the streets(coast to coast) by storm. Each individual member had a unique and entertaining flow. When that record dropped, you wanted more group offerings as well as their solo outings. Their music was an experience. I’ve seen them perform. They rocked it without the core members. Everyone knows who Wu is. That W is unmistakable. I know quite a few people with the W tatted on them, male and female. I don’t know anyone with Bone Thugs tatted on them, and that’s not a shot, because I enjoyed their music, but it’s the truth. Even 2Pac showed Meth and GZA(who’s verse was later omitted) love on his deep rooted west coast magnum opus All Eyez On Me. That just shows you that Wu had transcended New York. They had a video game, man. Lol. Of course a clothing line. Literature. One of the biggest rap groups the WORLD has ever seen, literally and illiterately.

        1. Their are other rappers with Bone thugs tatted on them check out wiz khalifa getting bone thugs tatted on them, you don’t know anybody that got it tatted on them because your not checking for it, just youtube and google it plenty of people that get bone thugs tatted on them. People keep talking about how big Wu was and how worldwide but then have the nerves to say numbers are just number when bringing up record sales, Youtube that 1998 American Music Awards See you won Rap Artist of the Year out of Puff, Wu and Bone thugs, it went to Bone. Tupac showed Wu love huh??? well he actually reached out to Bone thugs and actually worked with them. Check out who fans voted for in the Vibe on who is the greatest rap group since 93 once again Bone thugs beat Wu out, where was the Wu fans at again???? Wu fans or just like wu they never like giving others credit for being good, just walk around angry and hating

          1. You said I don’t see Bone tats because I’m not checking for it…I’m never checking for tats, honestly. And I’ve never been a hater and I already said that I liked Bone. I owned Bone CD’s. That’ E.1999 was the shit. Yes, I know Pac recorded with Bone. But when Pac recorded with Meth and GZA that was during the big West Coast takeover and WU was certified NY rappers. Bone is from Ohio, man. I’m sure Suge or the West wasn’t even tripping. AMA awards? Man, they go by record sales. You know what those award shows are about. Why you think Chance don’t get his awards. His albums drop for free. But you know damn well Wu had a bigger impact then Bone. Come on now. But if all you have to go by is google and wikipedia you can’t get the vibe and it’s cool.

    2. @Trent, that was 92, the South only had 3 groups in rotation: 8ball & mjg, geto boys and ugk. We listened to EVERYTHING then. Nobody was on that region shit then. You just proved that your lack of appreciation for old school has made you hip hop illiterate. Stop disrespecting hip hop with your ignorance. Don’t reply to me either, when I want to listen to an asshole I’ll just fart. Stupid young ass jackin off to Japanese animated porn. Tell ya momma I left my shoes under the bed so if didn’t cum when I cum she can cum when I cumback. Your pops should’ve shot you on the sheets!!!

      1. You sound really hurt really hurt lol, I’m young and your the one making immature comments lol, maybe 3 groups in rotation on the radio where you were at, there is a such thing as underground it just didn’t appear when the internet came. So people in the South were bumping Wu in 92??? No no one was they didn’t even release their first album until late 93. I got plenty of respect for Wu but people need to know their is a difference between facts in opinions. Wu was the biggest most popular group in their area, in the biggest market for hip hop but with all that being said their highest selling album sold 2 million copies, Bone thugs and outkast had singles that sold more than that. Lyrically Wu is one of the greatest no denying that, but Wu fans try to act like they had huge commercial success that’s just not true, they underachieved to be honest especially when compared to groups like outkast, bone thugs and 3-6. Yea no one was really on that region stuff yet, but you ever try to play a fat pat record for a nigga in N.Y? you would get told to get this lame shit out of here this nigga I got lyrics, You ever try to play a wu record for a Houston nigga, you would get told get that shit out out of here aint nobody trying to hear all that them niggas beats suck.

    3. Everything I heard so far off this album has been fire!! And niggaz all of the world love the WU!! East West North and The south

    4. The Game recycling his raps because he’s not creative it sounds obvious. Jay-Z raps about drugs all the time but he’s so creative it sounds dope.

        1. Just because someone has a different opinion than yours doesn’t mean they are hating. I agree with him even though overall I enjoyed the 1992 album it wasn’t overly creative or versatile, He over used that the name dropping and gang concept, but overall a decent album.

    5. Clearly delusional wu tang was global some people shouldn’t speak on things they no nothing about just because you go it was a New York sound only New York played it that’s just horribly said and Misguided information

    6. The album leaked early. This joint is FIYA!!!. The concept and choice of beats took me back to 1992 for real. People can say what they want about the game, but this dude can really rap his ass off.

      1. I do agree this was a good album dope lyrics and beats, but the name dropping nearly mess it up he used that concept on nearly every song.

    7. Decent but just cause it rhyme dont mean wu tang should ever be in the same sentence with 2 chainz thats disrespect

    8. man ya’ll some bozos wu is worldwide I’m from cali and still remember bumping wu in gradeschool and high school and driving to Melrose to cop the wu wear shirts. wu wasn’t just eastcoast you dumb fucks

      1. Yea you are 1 of the 10 fans from cali, Wu was worldwide?? Yea I hear that all the time the majority of their fans must be in other countries, They didn’t sell many records even at the height of their success. I don’t think people are trying to undermine Wu tang lyrically abilities as rappers but Wu just wasn’t as hot as some people try to make them out to be. If they were so popular why was their highest selling album 2 million Wu Forever. On top of it they were always hating on people that were outshining them. That hating on Bone Thugs, during 96, 97, 98 Bone thugs would beat out Wu every time for awards, They hated on Puff when Puff beat them out ODB even ran on stage and thru a fit, they hated on Big because Big took over N.Y and was crown King of New York after one album, so they claim Big was bitting instead of just admitting they were jealous. Ghost and Rae are huge haters big time they are just naturally angry frustrated dudes don’t know why, Meth not really like them though

        1. You have to understand Bones, which is one of my fav group i grew up on( Outkast the other), was brought out by Eazy. That alone gave them major exposure. Wu was like a different East, we Cali negros experienced. Tru they hated on most, but hell, so did fif and Fif is that Nigga. Im from L.A Cali, and grew up on Wu. Rza brought a different light on East Coast groups with the beats he came up with for Wu. There numbers probably do not show success, but believe me, they made an impact and an print in HIP HOP

    9. To @ Jay B. Their are other rappers with Bone thugs tatted on them check out wiz khalifa getting bone thugs tatted on them name me another rapper bigger than wiz with a wu tat on them?? you don’t know anybody that got it tatted on them because your not checking for it, just youtube and google it plenty of people that get bone thugs tatted on them. People keep talking about how big Wu was and how worldwide but then have the nerves to say numbers are just number when bringing up record sales, Youtube that 1998 American Music Awards See who won Rap Artist of the Year out of Puff, Wu and Bone thugs, it went to Bone. Tupac showed Wu love huh??? well he actually reached out to Bone thugs and actually worked with them. Check out who fans voted for in the Vibe on who is the greatest rap group since 93 once again Bone thugs beat Wu out, where was the Wu fans at again???? Wu fans or just like wu they never like giving others credit for being good, just walk around angry and hating with that New Your mindstate mentality and that’s one of the main reasons N.Y hip hop is at where is at,

    10. If What your life like had Nipsey, it would probably be my favorite song of the last 5 years. The song still brought it home for me and i can’t wait to cop.
