“Symmetry,” the lead single from Saba’s forthcoming Bucket List project, is a song that will appease eager fans who’ve seen him perform the track at shows over the past several months, while showcasing a smoothed out, vibey side of the West Side Chicago rapper/producer. The follow-up project to 2014’s “ComfortZone” mixtape, the Bucket List announcement and “Symmetry” release follow recent collaborations with Chance the Rapper (“Angels”), Jamila Woods (“Emerald St.”), and Joey Purp (“Cornerstore”). Produced by Ken Ross with additional production by Phoelix and Daedae of chad, “Symmetry” releases right before Saba’s Friday performance at Lollapalooza.

“‘Symmetry’ is about finding your other half, or better half, even,” Saba states. “They say the most beautiful people have symmetrical features, and that that’s what beauty is. I tried to take that concept and expand on it to say that symmetry in life is when everything lines up, things just start to make sense.”
