The girl group Kelly Rowland put together on BET’s “Chasing Destiny” has released their debut single, “L.A.N.C.E.,” the follow up to their introductory single “All Of Us.”

The song was written by Grammy-winning songwriter Kam Parker who has previously written hits for Tyrese and Babyface.

June’s Diary is comprised of five girls, Ashly Williams, Brienna Devlogt, Gabrielle Carreiro, Shyann Roberts and Kristal Lyndriette, who now go by the name June’s Diary.

So what does “L.A.N.C.E.” stand for? The tracks chorus explains it all, “He’s just a lying ass nigga cheating everyday / But he might fool you from the way he talk below the waist / He’s just a lying ass nigga cheating everyday / If you got a L.A.N.C.E., then put your hands up.”
