Reef The Lost Cauze and Bear-One are pulling no punches when it comes to the current state of Hip Hop radio. The Philadelphia emcee and producer duo release a new track entitled “Radio Suckas.” A posse track of epic proportions, additional lyrical fire is provided by Peedi Crakk (State Property), Truck North (The Roots) STS aka Sugar Tongue Slim (RJD2, The Crookers) and Reef in the clean up position.

Speaking on the genesis of the track, Bear-One says, “With ‘Radio Suckas’ we wanted to bring back the classic posse cut that was the standard on the late 80’s/early 90’s albums. From De La, Tribe to Gang Starr…they all had that one ill posse cut. So I brought together some of the upper echelon Philly emcee’s that I work with and everyone caught wreck! As for the title, it’s a straight jab at certain radio stations and Program Directors that have abandoned traditional Hip-Hop and only play the same rap & bullshit every hour on the hour.”
