Von Alexander has returned to his rightful place in rap royalty. Well actually, this artist never really left his chair for V O N. The emcee already dropped a memorable Memoirs joint earlier this year. “The making of V O N was a very spontaneous thing,” he told Mass Appeal. “Definitely the most unplanned thing I’ve ever done.”
Coming from the North Side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Von has been climbing uphill from a young age. This leader is taking an alternative route, though. Von embraces musical influence from a wide range of artists including N.E.R.D, Nas and Bon Iver, which makes him more appealing to different kinds of people. Vonny Del Fresco chopped the name but his flow is as illustrious as ever.
