Ibn Inglor is one of Chicago’s most obscure emcees. After a series of strong releases, the experimental rapper took an unexpected hiatus. Ibn was never lacking, though. The shrouded artist popped up in early September with a pair of intense tracks, and recently dropped this particular “gloompop” record with featured artist Mothica.

Ibn’s “The Good You See In Me” is a great cross-genre collaboration and will remind some listeners of Kanye West’s 808s & Heartbreak at 3:00. Stay locked for Ibn Inglor’s upcoming Honegloria album.
