After pushing play, the sound is definitely reminiscent of a Dr. Dre beat and there’s nothing wrong with that. The title of Fokis soon to be unleashed project is Underground With Commercial Appeal. Clever is one word to describe this title. There will be many ears waiting to see what the NY emcee has come up with. Fokis who is also a producer and engineer has worked with the likes of Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Slaughterhouse, N.O.R.E. and Pharaoh Monch just to name a few. Look for his album in February of next year.
