Alot of hip hop heads are not musically opened minded, but this is dope. Madlib always surprises on what he finds in his crate digging. It kinda like he throws it out there on purpose so it can get chopped up and looped and inspire producers. Thanks hip hop dx for posting
I think its really important to have an open mind when listening to this song. It’s not a hip -hop song…. and you cant judge it as one. That being said, this song is great. It has a captivating and energetic break, a hypnotic verse, and a catchy bass-line. It’s a great song, hats off to you MadLib, this is one of the few hip-hop to rock crossover tracks ive liked in a while.
