      1. Y’all are stupid, In the beginning he said “ya bish, shout out to Kendrick”

        That was the Kendrick shoutout…

I know y’all wanna hate but dont be stupid..

    1. Let’s bring it back to that vintage Slim, bitch!
The art of the MCing mixed with da Vinci and MC Ren
      And I don’t mean Stimpy’s friend, bitch

That is a fucking DOPE line

    2. sounds wack and pop as he always does plus its a failed attempt to be old school i guess but the beastie never sounded this corny. the only people that will say this is dope are the ones who dont even know what real hip hop sounds like so the casual listener that they are has the last word of opinion cuz for some reason thats who now and days are the ones that care about shit like this while real fans of the culture just dont give it no mind in the long run

      1. nothin wrong with grammar you just don’t like the truth cuz it talkin about you and your wack favorite white rapper

      2. Actually read what you wrote out aloud.. It makes hardly any sense. SMH is right you are a full blown idiot.

    3. That high pitched voice is annoying as fuck, hopefully it won’t be another “accent fiasco” all over again. That said, this album can’t come soon enough!

    4. eminem is a sellout faggot working so he doesn’t get killed by his record label.

look at this demonic trash covering his eye with devil horns rapping about nothing catering to kids.

eminem is a zombie retard that should retire from music, but he needs to keep going because he’s afraid of his bosses. money train is on it’s way down and he’s gotta be able to drive.

    5. ehh 2 out of 5 mostly because the beat had me wanting to listen to the beastie boys but half the song you can’t even hear anything he is saying

    6. not bumpin that one at all, sry em. it may be good for ads on tv, but i cant see myself listening to that in my car or even right now on my computer.

    7. Dude what are you guys talking about this song is what I’ve been waiting for! Back to the original slim shady

    8. This is not complete trash it’s pretty good. Bringing back hip hop with a hint of rock but he works great with it not like wayne lol people are just used to hearing shit like chief keef now a days…fucking idiots

    9. The difference between the Real Slim Shady and this crap is that you could actually understand what he was saying, the flow was nice, and the production was great.

Eminem, If you ever read this, I am a huge fan of yours but this CRAP has to stop. This song is HORRIBLE. Please listen to the Marshall Mathers LP again and then decide if you want to call this album MMLP2!!!1

    10. ????? Don’t know about this. Hopefully this is just one of those “single” songs, like Not Afraid. I rarely listened to Not Afraid when the album finally came out. Hopefully the rest of the album isnt like this. Upsetting to say the least

    11. Don’t like the overall feel very much on this. Just the instrumental isn’t very hip-hopish and neither is that singing shit. I want some raw dark hip hop from him…
Always good to see eminem putting out new stuff though, I support him

    12. not feeling it still aint the old eminem. Eminem used to be my fav rapper back in the days 1999 to 2004. Now its over he is washed up he cant make good music no more. Drake is king now drake makes the biggest hits drake has taken the crown. Drake is the king of rap eminem is done.

      1. you sound dumb. Drake makes good music, sure. But to say he is the best rapper is just flat out retarded. Drake wouldnt even claim that without a little giggle at the end

    13. wow, I’m a huge Eminem fan, and I just can’t believe that this song is just…..wack, I wish he hand’t tried the whole old school return thing and just stick with his new style cause thatis much better than this

    14. Tight concept song, but I hope the album isn’t like this the whole way through. Recovery was ass (apart from a few songs), this is a step in the right direction imo 4/5

    15. Reading peoples comments crack me the fuck up!

People that hate on Em are just as passionate about hating him as much as people that love him! Ignorance from both sides…

      Opinions are opinions!
By the way I enjoyed the song!

    16. Everyone said he used the same flow in every song hes come out with since he has been sober…. Fuck YOU!!! He just did every style he ever did in one song and is recovered. #FUCKTHEHATERS

    17. I have to laugh at all the “Yes-Men” who think this song is good… Get Shady’s dick out of your mouth. This song blows

      1. no actually im a scienz of life, planet asia o.c.,atcq,4hrsmn,rakim,epmd,wu-tang,lootpack ,etc, etc fan real hip hop and never been a fan of his so like i said waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack as fuck NO HIP HOP IN THIS AT ALL

      2. Yeah, it’s not Emimen didn’t try and sing really high pitched. I guess that’s what Hip Hop is now. Get the fuck out of here.

      1. yeah and Elvis use to be relevant on the radio. And 98 degrees had chart toppers. Music changes with the culture. that was 13 years ago. People changed. Keep an open mind other wise youll get closed out of all the new good good

      1. im guessing you dont even know anything about the last 30 yrs of hip hop for you to even say the dumb shit

    18. beautifulllll.. that old school def jam feel with ric on the beat true hip hop feel… EM back blond and rapping about people again.. the song is all over the place..its crazy.. and this is just a warm up.. WAYYYYY better than im not afraid shit .. DA KING BACK!

    19. DOPEEEEEEEE !! CANT WAIT FOR MORE EM THIS WAS A LIL WEAK BUT IDC IM STILL SUPPORTING THE BEST RAPPER EVER !! CONTINUE DOING WHAT YOU DO SHADY

    20. sounds wack and pop as he always does plus its a failed attempt to be old school i guess but the beastie never sounded this corny. the only people that will say this is dope are the ones who dont even know what real hip hop sounds like so the casual listener that they are has the last word of opinion cuz for some reason thats who now and days are the ones that care about shit like this while real fans of the culture just dont give it no mind in the long run. open your ears people

    21. Finally lets hope Em ,Dre,and Rick can bring real music back to are damaged ears from all the stuff out now/the past few years. Minus a few artists that I think can/have made good albums. But we need classics to enter are heart and soul. Come one men I am counting on you! There’s way to much talent in that studio for you not to make some bangers from start to end listening type of a record/records

      1. Someone got offended that you talked shit about his favorite rapper. That or he hasn’t been able to ride a dick in a while, so he’s grumpy.

    22. How the fuck is the trash gonna push copies? yall prob regret bashing those recovery singles now..they actually had a emotional message to em. WTF is this em?!?!?!?!??!?! ):

    23. I can tell by people’s remarks and the rappers (I use that term loosely) the like, I can tell they are kids. Guess they just go along with what everyone is listening to, and what’s on the radio. Go listen to your drake 2chains and the rest of them homos. Can’t wait for the album! DRE &Rick Rubin?!! DETROIT WHAT

    24. I dunno man. I think it’s pretty dope.

The comments are 100% for it or 100% against it lol. It’s cool though. Second verse was bad though. First and third were cool.

    25. As far as first singles go, Eminem always has a pop-culture, radio friendly single. I think this is his best since Without Me. Some lazy rhymes are a disappointment, but I think this is a step in the right direction.

If he released a song today to the likes of “The Real Slim Shady”, half of you would bash him for going pop. He was criticized for it then, too.

    26. the lines about lamar odom are the only part of this track that sound anything remotely close to the classic slim shady delivery, inflection, and flow. I pray to god that this is not on MM2 if it actually comes out. I guess the Rick Rubin production works for an attention grabbing single, but he needs to get back to the Bass Brothers and to a lesser extent Dr. Dre production that was the hallmark of his sound. I just don’t understand why he feels the need to yell into the microphone. I know he can still rhyme smoothly (like in the shady 2.0 BET cypher from 2011) he just chooses not to. It’s infuriating as a fan that knows he could make another classic album but instead chooses to dickride rick rubin and the beastie boys.

      1. I love how the eminem haters always say how he yells in every song. What do you want him to do whisper? He sounds as smooth as I’ve heard him in some of these bars. The full album will be sick.

      2. listen to nas in 2013 and nas in 1994. He sounds the same. His delivery is the same. Listen to AZ in 2013 and in 95. He sounds the same. His delivery is the same. Listen to King T in 2013 and in 1989— he sounds the same…. o wait jeffro you probably don’t even know who King T is cuz you don’t shit about hip hop. Learn some shit before you open your fucking mouth. Shady could still wreck tracks in his style and drop a classic album, but he chooses to drop this commercial shit and reach for a rock-centric style he never rhymed over before. Wack. Rather than returning to the formula that made him what he is.

      3. wyatt I guess you’ve never listened to Infinite– where he actually rhymed rather than yelled. And it was dope

      4. Nas sounds hella lot different in Life is good than he did in Illmatic (one of the best albums ever imo) so I don’t get you there. AZ was good but is he even making music anymore? King T was good in the 80’s and 90’s (dippin and act a fool are classics) but he fell off. Yes i have listened to infinite. He’s lyrics are great in infinite but the production is nothing special it all kinda sounds the same, he wasn’t even signed to a major label yet and he sounded alot like other rappers while he was trying to make his own style. But Eminem was 24 back then he’s now almost 41 (record a tape of yourself at 24 then at 41 i assure you wont sound the same). Of course he’s gonna sound different now and he’s hardly the same person he was after all the crazy shit he’s been through, drugs, proof dying, almost dying, crazy wife etc. If eminem sounded the same since the slim shady lp people would be sick of his stuff by now he has to mix it up. I’m confident with dre and rick rubin producing this album will be great (maybe not as good as mmlp or tes but up there) his lyrics are still fire. Just wait for the rest of the lp before passing judgement (I’m waitin for the dre tracks and the 50 cent track). peace

    27. If you really listen to the lyrics and all the different types of flows from Em on a nice hard Rubin beat. Was hard to get used to it until I seen the lyrics and how he rhymes word that shouldn’t rhyme or take a word and rhyme is in 2 to 3 bars longs on that beat that changes up a lot nice crazy skills . Its nice 4 stars thou because I know there has to be some 5 stars on that Lp for sure. (Em Dre.Rick)

    28. lol im likin this shit a lot. its nothin like mmlp but still sick. good choice for a single. this shit aint pop.gtfoh
ppl 25-60 yrs will be bumpin this. believe that

    29. Shit’s dope I think Em did a good job paying homage to the Beastie Boys and the lyrics are on point for the most part. It’s one his best lead singles. You can compare it to The Real Slim Shady and obviously it wont have the same impact but from an MCing point of view, it is more impressive . Also, if you are under the impression that the singles are the reason to buy his albums then you don’t know shit about Eminem.

      1. SO WHATS YOUR SAYIN IS TO GET BUZZ FOR A NEW ALBUM IS TO PUT SOMETHING WACK OUT SO PEOPLE CAN GO AND BUY THE NEW PROJECT. YOU DONT KNOW SHIT ABOUT MUSIC

    30. Forget the music look at the picture he sold out his soul to the Devil. I dont think alot of artist wanna make music no more like Kanye but when u sell out u gotta keep making music until u die. Dont take the oath for fame, fortune, etc. God will have the last laugh. Young men do your research and uncover your eyes. Peace and Love!

    31. This song is great, I can’t wait to hear the dre produced songs. I wonder if he’s gonna do a Stan pt.2 or a Bitch please III either of those would be amazing.

    32. Eminem is back. Doesn’t try to be another pop friendly track but instead harkins back to the 80’s where the biggest produvcer in hiphop was rick rubin.

    33. different but its dope, veery fresh from the rest of the newer songs being slower and heavier bass tracks 5/5

    34. amazing….different from anything he has ever made…and that’s what being a great artist is about, versatility, and always progressing.
productions cool and the track has a cool feel
if every song of his sounded the same he wouldnt be the goat

you people cry u want em to be slim, then he gets angry and u say u want him to be more real like on recovery… bashed relapse then u say he needs to go back to relapse type of rapping…then ask for him to rap exactly the same way as he did 15 yearssss agoooo.
      u people are fukin mental
      or just little ass kids

    35. The hook is so catchy. It looks like Em is trying to take more risks as far as his songs go. This is a different sound for him. I think about the lyrics for this song and I’m not in awe over them, but should we expect something deep and profound on a track like this? Not sure what to think? What does everyone else think?

    36. Check it out. I hated Recovery, that album was dogshit.

But this single might just be vintage slim. Just maybe. Because Eminem had great creativity with MMLP, TES, 8 mile 1st half of Encore, and just fell off completely.

The fact that he might have it back is a good sign.

Not a perfect track but a very promising start. Looks a hell of a lot better than Recovery – the most overrated trash album from Em’s Catalogue.

    37. Gucci Mane = realest rapper ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      – T.I. snitch to the feds
      – Young Jeezy was never bmf
      – 50 Cent snitch and was never in jail but a youthcamp
      – Game was never a banger but lived the life of his brother in his lyrics
      – Nas Escobar never sold drugs
      – Ice Cube never was a gangbanger
      – Dr Dre never was a gangbanger
      – 2pac was a ballerina and never sold drugs after he become famous he was doing some stupid stuff like beating and shooting at people because he though he could get away with it. Without Suge Knight 2pac was just a skinny motherfucker. Oh and i like his music so fuck you.
      – Mobb deep are the biggiest pussies in rap they are short as midgets and keep talking this g shit but never did g shit.
      – eminem isnt an insane killer

    38. i love the sound of it. very different.

overall lyrically disappointing tho. still a good sign in my mind if this is THE single

    39. I mean it’s good shit. Different. And Definitly not what I was expecting. Me being a hip hop fan it’s not what I really wanted from em. I hope this is his only radio single on his new album

    40. For this to be rated over 3 stars means that Hip Hop DX is so Eminem biased that the community can’t even rate him low when his song sucks, same old story, time to face the music Stans, the real Marshall Mathers is long gone

      1. get off that same bullshit story u sayin about he’ll never be “old Eminem” this shit is new and its dope for a single. period. no r&b hook not same repetetive producer. this not his best work but still fresher then 90% shit out there. all opinions tho………..im out

    41. This song did surprise me in a terrific way. It combines the slim shady personality with the golden age of hiphop production when there were samples and scratches instead of the overproduced crap of today. Keeping it simple.

    42. No matter how terrible of music this dude put out he still gets 4 stars or higher, talk about DICK RIDERS. That’s the only reason Em stayed alive after Eminem show is because of DICK RIDERS. Eminem FELL OFF A LONG ASS TIME AGO. This guy is a joke, no where near GOAT. fuck outta here. 1/2 a star to this joint, all u wiggers and nerd from the burbs can hate all u want

      1. it’s a single. it’s supposed to be light-hearted and catchy…remember “Real Slim Shady” and “Without Me”? Oh yea, those singles came from two classic albums

    43. How the fuck is this rated so high??? This is by far the worst song i’ve ever heard in my life. There are too many white boys on here dickriding this dude.

    44. Calm down people, it’s an eminem single. It’s supposed to be catchy and not some lyrical tour de force. his singles are never lyrical!! “Hi my name is” “Real Slim Shady” “Without Me” “Just Lose It” “We made you” “Not Afraid”

    45. Like Hov said, “Niggas want my old shit, buy my old albums.” Anyways, this song is a good first single. I can actually hear vintage Slim Shady on this.

      1. Yeah but when Hov said that he was at least on a 20 year consistent flow of good material that seemed to get better then only a little worse, this song right here is far from that, its terrible, Ems past 3 albums have been trash.

      2. The lyrics are subpar and lack major substance, just because em has always had good flow and rhymes well does not mean that he’s even making sense or sounding deep, corny punch lines, beat is not good imo, and although it’s eminem he sounds like he’s just going through the motions. I’m not saying be like the old eminem, but atleast be as talented as we all know you are and this is not that.

      3. I disagree. The lyrics are dope and the production is solid, better than the same trap/techno bullshit polluting the airwaves.

    46. Eminem has given fans what they want and became slim shady again yet people still bitch about his music. Has YMCMB music conditoned their minds?

      1. All jokes aside Drakes 7 last singles are better than this song and that’s not even a joke or a claim that Drake is good. This shit is garbage, if Lil Wayne put out this exact same song it would be rated 1.05 stars

      2. Good joke. This song shits on every drake single. You claim it isn’t you saying that drake is good but I can tell his dick is in your ear.

      3. Drake Jodeci freestyle more lyrical than this, drake 5am toronto more lyrical than this, drake started from the bottom better production than this, Drake all me a better song period than this – Again I’m not saying Drake is better than eminem long term wise, but if you’re an honest fan of hip hop in general you can’t just give Em a pass because he’s eminem, this song sucks and truth every drake song i just mentioned is better than this, if you’re honest you’ll agree,

      4. @^^^^ I know

@ Anonymous Again, you’re lying to yourself. Get his dick out of your brain. I like this song because Eminem goes back to the slim shady style where he disses other celebrities and the production harkins back to 80’s hiphop. But I can tell you’re a kid who likes YMCMB.

      5. @^^^^ I was wondering the same thing. It must be a joke because Drake, even though he’s the only YMCMB I don’t hate, is nowhere near eminem’s talent.

    47. Better than any crap out twerking and popping molly that’s out. Shut up people. the lyrics and double etendres probably went over your head. BTW this is an homage to old school rap

      1. This is classic slim shady right here combined with the golden age of hiphop production back when it was all about partying and none of this pussy, money shit. The lyrics are him dissing other celebrities like slim shady. I don’t know why people are hating this song. It’s not just eminem haters, even his fans aren’t liking this song. This is classic material right here.

    48. Not going to be a “dickrider” nor a “hater” but is really no one capable of actually rating a song? Only things I keep seeing is “IT SUCKS” or “SLIM SHADY IS BAAACK OMG”. This song has its up and downs. The only reason I could see why people completely dislike it is because of the production of the song. Because it sounds “rocky” because I’m sure at about 95% that 90% of the people disliking this song didn’t even pay attention to anything else.

      1. I know. Its either one star or 5 stars. For me, however, it derserves 5 stays because I do feel its a return to form for slim shady where he disses other celebrities, while going back to the golden age of hiphop

    49. Eminem must be experimenting with this bullshit or something. I know alot of ppl dickride him on this site but this shit sux. He’s fallen off but still in my top5 of all-time.

      1. I’m fans of both sean and em but I’m not sure sean’s album will top mmlp2 in any way. Either way I can’t wait for the big sean/eminem track that will be dope.

      2. It’s funny that Anon is laughing when he has to defend this song, which is absolute garbage. Stop just giving eminem victories because he’s been good in the past and judge him on his work today which is terrible. I get the final laugh.

    50. Its decent. Not amazing. Would rather listen to this then any of the shit on the radio. With that being said its about a 4 star maybe 3.5.

    51. The first single is always the weakest song of an Em album. This song is great! You have to listen to it a few times to catch what he’s saying, but he’s not just spitting gibberish, people. I love it and I’m super hype for MMLP2

    52. omg how is this a 4? should be a 1 sounds like he went back to the drugs, terrible. hope the album is nothing like this.

    53. This album should’ve been the sequel to recovery or a new album name, setting it as the sequel to one of the best albums of all time is settin the bar of expectations through the roof and then some!! But this track right here is absolutely fire after a few listens!! This is like a beastie boys version of WTP.

      1. Yeah it made you giggle because you’re the same person. Fag. Once again, try again. Better yet, get your skills up by clearing your head. The only way Em fans do that is, putting on Relapse and fucking their sister.

    54. Y’all don’t understand that eminem can do whatever he wants….. More then ne other artist… Xcept jay z may b…. Get a grip

    55. Not that impressed with this one. Maybe because it’s because I hold em to such a high standard. Maybe it will grow on me though who knows.

    56. What’s he saying in this song??? No message at all..at least hip hop in the 80s had a message…this is pure garbage-big eminem fan that feels let down

    57. People keep complaining about this but I want you to look back at the last two albums. He has improved ten fold, even lyrically he’s made better, but what’s important to remember is that he’s not doing Slim Shady Acid type rap anymore, because he’s 40-ish and trying new things. Judging by this sound he’s trying to emulate the old school Beastie Boy sound whilst incorporating Eminem at the same time. I Actually really like that, and I’m no mindless stan defending him for no reason like you suggest, I hated the last 2 albums, I thought they sucked dick. But I like the way he’s trying to do old school rap here, the best part of it is that it’s not the same sh*t I hear all the time from everyone else.

      1. Wtf are you talking about ????? I understand you like this track And that he’s too old to recreate his old shit but wtf is that other shit your trying to explain ???

      2. My point was that I like the different approach he’s taken to it and the fact that the lyrics have improved somewhat from, “I guess that’s why they call it window pain,” I basically just think this track has allowed for me to maintain hope for the album. hahaha but I agree I went off on a bit of a nonsensicle tangent there

    58. Smh what is it with you fans? Y’all hate the man for his new flow and production and shit, then y’all complain that he should go back to the old Slim Shady. Then when he actually DOES in this track, y’all hate him for doing so. Seriously, what the hell do y’all want from him?

And to the people saying that this is trash and whack clearly never listened to Eminem back in the day, because this is how he USED to rap! So if you think his old school flow is whack, maybe y’all shouldn’t listen to him then.

      1. I wouldn’t go as far as saying that this is old school eminem. Lyrically he was more playful with words. As for the beat, it doesn’t resemble old school eminem More old school in general. This captures today’s style more of eminem lyrically.

Its great for a single. it’s a catchy track and I loved how he incorporated that vintage beastie boys sound. The rest of the album should have an interesting beat selection especially since Rick has his hands on this one

      2. @first Anon you know what I meant. I was trying to get the jist, not saying that this is THE old school Slim Shady.

      1. My Favorite rapepr is Jay-Z. EMinem may have sold 10 times more, but Hov’s net worth is still more so I’m not concerened. Em fell off that’s why I dont’t liek the song not cause of my favorite rapper because it’s garbage

    59. Haters here a split in 2 groups. People who hate on Eminem just to hate on him without even listening to the song. The 2nd group are those who like Eminem but forgot how his lead single has always been this way, except for Not Afraid. 🙂

    60. shit is fire. still got faith in Em. I give this 4 stars it’s nothing spectacular but just good enough. I hope the rest of the material for MMLP2 is quite different though.

    61. idk what other people are hearin but i didn’t like it at all. the hook was weak, the verses forgettable and the beat corny. rick rubin and eminem are legends but this doesn’t have the chemistry or fluidity of previous eminem tracks. even his other silly “first singles” are better than this. even “we made you” is above this imho.

    62. In general this song comes off as more obnoxious, not showing great replay value or anything worth playing with the windows down at least. It’s original enough to be interesting. I’m still a fan, but Eminem has been pretty scatter brained lately, putting out less focused and refined songs/work. I respect what they were aiming for, but it fell short. The sampling and mixing are just awful. Less is more; gut out some of the overlap and get down to simple DJ scratching and Em’s vocal scratching. Easy on the fucking sampling, we need the originality of Rubin and Dre, not weak chopped and screwed sampled bullshit. Definitely a Beastie Boys vibe but it doesn’t fully connect. In other words: weak.

      1. Not a big Eminem fan but what a fuck are u talking about, go listen to Lil Wayne and Ying Yang Twins u fuckhead

      2. They do support no matter what but I can’t blame them..They need their hero to validate their Hip Hop credentials as a fan LMAO

    63. If that track came on in my car on the radio, i’d feel embarrassed and close the windows whilst hanging my head in shame and covering my beaming red face with my nervously shaking hand. All the people saying this is good should feel ashamed of themselves. Its his worst yet, shake that ass was better than this gash!

    64. i was just listenting to 8mile soundtrack…what happened…anyways still better then him screaming all over through an entire album like recovery

    65. Awesome, can’t wait for MMLP2! This is exactly what the fans wanted. I don’t know why some are complaining? Just wait for the album.

    66. played it 4 times before even reading evrybody’s comments..then came here to find EXACTLY WAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH HIP HOP..YOU BITCH ASS FANS…if u dont like this??go make the music u wana HEAR..shit is FIRE FOR ME

    67. This is Definitely Marshal Matters. yo I’m black and y’all need to stop all that black white ppl shit and listen to a song before you comment. This is dope! em used to rap like this before lol. this shit is berserk man. S/O to Eminem..At least play it twice to get it.

      1. Son, sayin “I’m black” to justify this shit won’t work, and this ain’t the old Em by a longshot.

    68. Any and everyone of all who call this wack; you’re not only the problem with Hip-Hop, but I don’t get ya’ll! “At least I know that I don’t know
Question is are you bozos smart enough to feel stupid
      Hope so”

    69. Yesss….. Lol I have no idea why people have the time to hate on others but whatever man …. Loving the tittle

    70. WTF where this come from??? Shit caught me off guard with all the trash being pumped out over the past couple years…

    71. Ayo, all the Eminem stans need to calm down and realize this is some pretty subpar, typical post-drugs Em shit. Nothing interesting about this track and its got so many sounds in it that pop out for no reason that the shit feels like a trainwreck…but nah this track is “classic” right?

    72. Dope. It’ll be cool to hear what the general public and casual listeners think of the song because there has been absolutely nothing like this on the radio for some people’s entire lifespans.

Is the video dropping today as well?

      1. This shit is a huge mess and people lower their standards so far that they get off to hearing someone imitate some 80’s hip hop sound.

    73. This is crazy! straight hiphop 5/5. Now i finally understand the reason how whack rappers such as 2chainz, gucci exists. People have voted this to be only 4 out of 5. It’s because they are young, and haven’t witnessed the greatness of old school rap. Damn fourteen year olds.

FOCUS ON MUSIC LIKE THIS, good music! And we will stop the business of whack rappers. 5/5!!!!!!!!

      1. Ayo, you’re lowering the bar for Em when you go and compare son to dudes who have gimmicks and know it. this AIN’T old school Beastie Boys shit, this is Em reachin for it and he’s wild corny on it. Dude dissed Kevin Federline.

    74. When has Eminem’s first song on an album ever been serious enough to be considered classic? He’s having fun as always. The album WILL be classic and this will be one of the rare stupid tracks on the album

    75. interesting lol..i mean its def classic eminem. i have good hopes for this album this songs not bad though. 3.5/5 on first go

    76. Whoever was expecting this to be some lyrical masterpiece with some sort of classic feel to it was sadly misguided.

MY NAME IS, THE REAL SLIM SHADY, WITHOUT ME, JUST LOSE IT, WE MADE YOU… they were all corny pop singles with some catchy element to them, THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME.
Eminem’s first single off album’s he releases are always pop singles made for the catchy shit, that said, this does actually have a Beastie Boys/ 80s Rock feel to it, even though his voice is annoying, but his lyrics are on point on this, even though the delivery kinda fucks them up.

But this song sounds shit the first time you hear it, after you’ve heard it a few times it just gets better and turns into another one of his album starter singles, and this will do better than ‘We Made You’ and ‘Just Lose It’ so I wont say its the worst one.

Wait for his second single, if that’s shit, then it lowers expectations.

That said, he could release a couple of shit singles then release a fucking classic, or at least a good album.
Just has to fix his delivery and tone down the treble a little because it gets annoying, his lyrics are as on point as ever, and I think this super-weird flow was just for this song.

    77. “bout to go Ham – shouts out to Kendrick”

“my coat fresher than wet pain”

      “smart enough to feel stupid”

      the whole corny chours.

      EM = Corniest Rapper alive

    78. i don’t feel the track much, but i am still gonna buy mmlp2. its a bit risky calling it mmlp 2, bcoz mmlp 1 is definetly in the top 10 best rap albums ever. it will not be better than infinite, sslp, mmlp and tes, but its definetly gonna be best album this year in all genres

    79. Shit is amazing, so much better than all the bullshit you hear on the airwaves these days.

All you people forgot about Bad Meets Evil 2 that shit was on point.

Kendrick Lamar, Bobby Ray, Eminem, JayZ, Tech N9ne, Chamillionaire , Slaughterhouse is where it’s at right now.

      1. Substitute Ab-Soul, Schoolboy Q, A$AP Rocky and Twista in there and X out Chamillionaire and you sir are onto something

      2. Dude you completely forgot about J cole, he’s better than everyone you named except for eminem and maybe jay z

    80. Knowing what em is capable of this is not up to par, but then again its just a single so hopefully the album won’t be shitty. And fuck em for that satanic pic. 3 stars

    81. Funny how when Em was really good (up to Eminem Show) is when people hated him. Now with his newer shit the same ppl who hated him are same ones screaming “best of all time”. Em new style is weak and flow is trash. He’s sticking with it because it sells. This is not a good song to put in peoples heads when expecting the sequel to The Marshall Mathers LP

      1. Man don’t you get it? Every single CD Em drops he has a song that people talk shit about, usually his first. It has ALWAYS been like that. Then looking back people see it and go “Wow that is a sick track” Some people just hate on good rappers for no reason. Go back to listening to that loser Titty Boy or fuckin Lil Wayne

      1. of all the positive and negative things to say about this song.. witch i love by the way.. repetitive is the LAST thing u can say about this song… u should be banned from hip hop site comments

    82. As much as I want to like this shit, I dont. I just want Bad Meets Evil: Welcome to Hell Eminem thats it.

    83. He does a dark album with no pop sound like Relapse , people hate , so he switches it up and makes a mainstream album like Recovery and people hate again , then he comes with a different production and an EP filled with bars y’all hate . Now he comes with the slim shady type catchy songs with his classic sense of humor y’all hate again . What do you expect him to do turn water into wine? y’all a bunch of lame fucks , go ahead and make the backpacker ‘real Hip Hop’ ‘underground’ sounding tracks yourself you whining bitches .

      1. Nah, you’re just getting emotional because other people can tell that Em’s just fallen off with making good SONGS AND ALBUMS. Relapse was wild trash, Recovery was corny trash, and this shit is pretty wack because Em’s lines are corny, the beat is too sporadic, and there’s too much going on in the song.

    84. nothing more than a tribute to the beastie boys. Wouldn’t expect these kids who listen to modern day hiphop to get it. dope for what it is.

    85. I don’t get the hate for this. Its classic hiphop but even fans don’t appear to realize this is how hiphop was done in the 80’s.

      1. Ayo, maybe its because the shit sounds like a trainwreck with so many unneccesary sample sounds and vocal effects poppin off for no good reason. Em’s all over the place on this, and the beat is more corny rock than Beastie Boys.

    86. my brother listend to em when he first came out

first it was alot harder back then (no skinny jeans)

he in his 30’s now and dont even listen or kno new rap music

what im saying is em’s fan base changed to the next generation

his old fans dont evn no whats up

    87. its the hook shits corny, not what he saying but how hes saying it,,,,,,dude will always have bars,,though,,,hes all over the place with the flow,,,wont play in the hood thats for sure,,,,

    88. raps changed so much

my brother hates tech n9ne thinks he emo \\

i dont think these young fans understand hip hop

ra the ruggged mans album was garbage comparred to die rugged man die

and all u fake fans eat it up

    89. This song is garbage, sounds like a poor mans beastie boys. Hes what? 40 years old? no more goof records it just makes him look stupid. Get back to ripping people and making records that mean something.

    90. too much going on in this song.Sounds like Em is on cocaine. One thing i didnt like in Recovery was that too intense flow he uses in every song,i almost lose the beat behind him.We know ur good but dont sound selfish son,u gotta let the beat breathe.holla

    91. sick of all these fake ass people being critics yall wouldnt be able to make a song this good in a year so suck a dick. real talk

      1. sick of all these fake stans being critics yall wouldn’t be able to judge a song this bad in a year so keep riding Em’s dick. real talk.

      1. So are you telling “haters” to get used to shitty songs, and they’ll like this? Delusional retard.

      1. Yeah didn’t like it at first but started liking it more and more.. around the 8th listen or so it just clicked. I really like this song.

    92. Fuckin pure hip hop.. All you young haters who don’t like this I bet you think that hip hop is what’s coming out today.. Well do some digging.. This is classic

    93. Sounds like this was done in the same vein as “White Trash Party” laced with Rick Rubin’s gritty, metallic production. Glad the man is back tho, just hope he stays away from the radio-friendlies in pursuit of some real bars and innovative rhyme structures, like he used to.

Oh and everybody talkin about him being fighting the illuminati?? Pick up a phuckin book you sheeple, you really broke white-trash could make it out the D without their help?

      1. I had the exact same thought, it sounds EXACTLY like a knock off of his White Trash Party with a more rock type beat. He has to put radio friendly songs to get radio play and promo…. that’s why recovery had so many tracks, because like 4 of them were radio friendly and the rest were just other shit. I doubt there will be any “real bars” if you mean like meaningful stuff as those bars are only on the radio friendly shit and by the looks of the Shady/Marshall gimmick he’s doing for this, I think it’s gonna be a stupid album, not serious at all.

    94. * Oh and everybody talkin about him fighting the illuminati?? Pick up a phuckin book you sheeple, you really think broke white-trash could have made it out the D without their help?

    95. I’ll give it 3 stars.. its a guilty pleasure. Singing is kinda annoying, the mixing is off (beat is way too loud compared to vocals) and the endless voice changing really kinda ruins it. I do like the lyrics, he says some funny things here. The beat itself is great too.

    96. I am not a fan of eminem but honestly this site if full of eminem haters lol
I think he’s a white guy thats why

      1. No. It’s because he sucks ass now. And remember this IS DX. If you’re not a hater, then your a dickrider.

    97. lmfao @ you kids talking about illuminati. like eminem dind’t make that picture just to get you riled up lolol

eminem is still the OG troll

    98. Thats a dope party song..yall must not own an eminem album..his singles are the worste songs on the album so to me thats a good sign at least it seems like hes having fun again

      1. Now that’s the truth almost every single for every album he has have was nothing compared to what is to come.

    99. MMLP2 tracklist leaked:

      “medicine ball”
      “square dance”

      “the re-up”
      “jimmy crack corn”
      “Stimulate”

    101. I dont understand how any Eminem fan can be unhappy with this song. This is VINTAGE Eminem. For those who dont listen to Em much, or who isnt a fan, will hate this. Or think its decent. Eminem , paid homage to two classic rock songs by sampling them, paid homage to 80’s-mid 90’s rap, verbally spat in the face of todays area, and lyrically went over everyones head. You do have to listen to it multiple times to catch what he says, plus it catches on, like all Eminem singles. Em is 100x fresher in this song. How can you dismiss the lyrical ability “Walk in with a new coat, fresher than wet paint” BARS! “Been a Public Enemy since you though PE was gym” BARS! “Speaking about the PAST, id done enough codine, to have no FUTURE in it” not sure if it went like that, but, BARS! “Girl you about to get your heart broke, Its absurd man, your a birdbrain baby, the last time i called someone baby was birdman, unless your a swallow.” Once again, over your head…BARS! Juicy J, 2Chainz, lil wayne, drake, ace hood, Rick Ross, anyone thats relevant in this airwaves with this bubblegum shit, couldnt even fathom to put thought in their bars like that. So you 12 year olds who dont appreciate hip hop to its truest form, go grab those ass bag cash grab albums of Juicy J, rick Ross, etc, cause they are in it for just the money, not the art. Which all started with pure HEART and LYRICS. But you people would rather listen to shit and read shit storm articles about how Miley Cyrus is the best twerker in town. Todays era of hip-hop stay losin’!

    102. Now this shit’s about to kick off, this party looks wack
Let’s take it back to straight hip-hop and start it from scratch
I’m ’bout to bloody this track up, everybody get back
That’s why my pen needs a pad cause my rhymes on the ra-hag
Just like I did with addiction I’m ’bout to kick it
Like a magician, critics I turn to crickets
Got ’em still on the fence ready to pick it
But quick get impaled when I tell ’em stick it
So sick I’m looking pale, well that’s my pigment
’bout to go ham, ya bish, shout out to Kendrick
Let’s bring it back to that vintage Slim, bitch!
The art of the MCing mixed with da Vinci and MC Ren
      And I don’t mean Stimpy’s friend, bitch
Been public enemy since you thought PE was gym, bitch

      [Bridge]
Take your shoes off, let your hair down and (go berserk), all night long
Grow your beard out, just weird out and (go berserk), all night long

      [Hook]
We’re gonna rock this house until we knock it down
So turn the volume loud, cause it’s mayhem ’til the a.m.
So baby make just like K-Fed and let yourself go, let yourself go
Say fuck it before we kick the bucket
Life’s too short to not go for broke
So everybody, everybody, (go berserk) shake your body

      [Verse 2]
Guess it’s just the way that I’m dressed, ain’t it?
Khakis pressed, Nike shoes crispy and fresh laced
      So I guess it ain’t
That aftershave or cologne that made them just faint
Plus I just showed up with a coat fresher than wet paint
So if love is a chess game, check mate
But girl your body’s banging, jump me in, bang — bang, bang
Yessiree Bob I was thinking the same thing
So come get on this Kids rock, baw-wit-da-baw dang dang
P-p-p pow pow chicka chicka wow wow
Catch a cab, I wanna go down b-b-bow bow
Slow it down, throw in the towel, t-t-towel toww
Dumb it down, I dont know how (huh huh) how how
At least I know that I don’t know
Question is are you bozos smart enough to feel stupid
      Hope so, now ho…

      [Bridge]

      [Hook]
We’re gonna rock this house until we knock it down
So turn the volume loud, cause it’s mayhem ’til the a.m.
So crank the bass up like crazy and let yourself go, let yourself go
Say fuck it before we kick the bucket
Life’s too short to not go for broke
So everybody, everybody (go berzerk), get your vials

      *Scratches*

      [Verse 3]
They say that love is powerful as cough syrup and Styrofoam
All I know is I fell asleep and woke up in that Monte Carlo
      With the ugly Kardashian
Lamar, oh sorry yo, we done both set the bar low
Bars hard, drugs hard thought that’s the past
But I done did enough codeine to knock Future into tomorrow
And girl I ain’t got no money to borrow
But I am tryin’ to find a way to get you alone, car note!
Oh, Marshall Mathers shouldnt everybody know
Get the bar soap lathered, kangols and called Arthurs Cargo’s
Girl youre fixin’ to get your heart broke, dont be absurd man
You bird brained baby I aint called anybody baby since Birdman
      Unless youre a swallow
Word, w-word man you heard, but dont be discouraged girl
This is your jam, unless you got toe jam

    103. Guys… this is clearly a hype track like white trash party from Recovery. The lyrics are meant to be trash because nobody pays attention to them on songs like this, as long as they sound dope. If you listen to what he said it’s actually alright lyricism.

Like I said it’s obviously a party track. I think it’s pretty awful, like I expected… Slim Shady content, with a Recovery voice, trying to mix a Marshall Mathers type flow. It all just sounds like a huge mess of all his alter egos at once. I hope the rest of the album is better and he’s saving the better till last.

    104. I’m the first one to say Eminem is one of the top 10 MCs of all time. But he’s fallin’ off man. He’s just runnin’ outta ammo. It happens, I mean, you can’t fake inspiration. If you’re not feelin’ it anymore, you’re just not. He’s like an old boxer that is burnt out and getting his way through fights by just being savvy, but he has no thunder behind his punches anymore.

“Take it back to MC Ren and I don’t mean Stimpy’s friend…”

“I showed up with a coat fresher than wet paint…”

I’m sorry, Eminem is a legendary MC but these are straight duds.
I’ll still listen to the album ’cause I’m sure it will have it’s moments, but I have a feeling “Relapse” will be the last great Eminem album we ever get. I hope I’m wrong.

      1. Eminem, in my opinion, has not fallen off, but the standard of the industry has. He’s staying relevant to the pop market and it’s very sad. He needs to stop yelling, using the whack aforementioned metaphors/analogies and start writing real shit again.

    105. It’s decent maybe a 4/5. It’s nice to see he isn’t screaming angrily anymore, and that he is experimenting with a new style. That’s one thing you can say about Eminem is he never stays the same for too long. Every CD sounds different. I think if ppl realized that the second verse is purposely bad by his last line in that verse then the response wouldn’t be near as bad. After mimicking current rappers in that verse he says “are you bozos smart enough to feel stupid” meaning that all the flows he just used are stupid. The rest of the song is his typical lead single making fun of ppl (lamar and khloe, kfed) and claiming that his new shit will be good.

      1. You stans reach hard. Em’s lame in this song. Who the fuck even knows who kfed is now? Em’s sober and stuck in the year 2003 forever.

    106. *REPOST* Thats a dope party song..yall must not own an eminem album..his singles are the worste songs on the album so to me thats a good sign at least it seems like hes having fun again

    107. Beat: Total Beastie Boys sound, awesome! 5!

Rap: Why the fuck are you yelling!!!!!? Stop that shit! 0!

      Average: 1

      1. if the beat is 5 (I’m assuming out of 5) and the lyrics are a 0, how the fuck is the average 1?

It would average out at 2.

      2. He’s yelling throughout the whole song and using that obnoxious angry voice. He needs calm the fuck down and just flow.

Lyrics are way more important than the beat. An average of 5 and 0 would actually be 2.5, but since lyrics have much more weight to them then the average is calculated differently. I am giving lyrics at least triple the value, so 0+0+0+5= 5 -> 5/4 = 1.25 -> Round down to 1.

    108. I swear all u fake ass Eminem fans the reason he keep puttin bull shit like this out. Y’all keep tellin him how cold he is and he think he can make w/e the fuck he want. This song terrible and y’all know because y’all only response is “oh it’s better than everything out now” or “all his first singles are weak” #lies! Real slim shady was a tough ass track that actually had substance. Yea the video was silly but the song was raw. This shit here tho??? Fuck no! And then he named this album MMLP2. Y would he do dat? That’s like Jay z bringing out a reasonable doubt 2. He lost it man face it. And yea it’s go sell a lot of records because his “fans” want him to b the “GOAT” which will never happen. Those last 3 albums been kicked him out the race. I’m so fuckin disappointed smh

      1. Wouldn’t u agree that Jay shouldn’t have made a blueprint 2? The blueprint was a master piece y make a blueprint 2? I just don’t understand. But jay bounced back with the black album

      2. If Jay were to come out with Reasonable Doubt 2, it would be more like Em’s new album was named “Slim Shady LP 2” or “stillINFINITE”.

      3. It’s actually “fans” like you who think that he has to put out a classic or it’s garbage. He put out Relapse, and got criticized for the accents, subject matter, and production. So he switched all of them up for Recovery, and it got criticized for being too mainstream and not having enough Slim Shady. So he switches it up again or HTS and people complain about Lighters being too poppy (even though Royce was the one who came up with the idea for the song). Now he releases a song that isn’t pop and you STILL complain.

    109. It’s always funny to see Haters say the are Eminem Fans and then they write bad things.

Haters keep Hating……tonight the Song will be #1 in many Countries.

    110. Eminem fans are like that one guy who caught his girl suckin his best friend’s d*** and don’t wanna believe she’s cheatin. To him they are just practicing. He fell off FACE IT! LMAO

      1. I agree that he fell off… just not as much as you guys seem to think. Listen to HTS and tell me he’s not making good music still..

      2. hmm last album was pretty successful and if he fall off what did gay z do with that last trash ass garbage album?

    111. I think this will b the greatest album of all time. Mc Ren not stimpy’s friend? OMG that line smashes every bar this year. And this is just the beginning. This album will win a Grammy in every category. OMG I can’t wait. Slim Shady is back 20/5

    112. This track is dope. A lot of you people must be missing some of these bars. Refer to the last 2 bars of verse 2. He is talking about you.

      1. Look at the comment above you. His bars are terrible, and besides the last two lines of verse 3, the last two of verse 2 are the epitome of struggle bars.

Shit is equivalent to rhyming something stupid like:

Fuck your girl and her sass
Tell her to shut her ass
        That big mouth bass

    113. To eminem fans who don’t like this song:

What do you mean the lyrics sucked? This is how eminem did real slim shady and without me. He still has the edge.

      1. Yeah who deny this kind lyrical prowess:

“Yessiree Bob I was thinking the same thing
So come get on this Kids rock, baw-wit-da-baw dang dang
P-p-p pow pow chicka chicka wow wow
Catch a cab, I wanna go down b-b-bow bow
Slow it down, throw in the towel, t-t-towel toww
Dumb it down, I dont know how (huh huh) how how”

This is Lil Wayne type shit.

      2. yeah, “he’s making fun of dumb rappers, so he raps like them”, face it, you read rap genius. Now you’re acting like you understand why he threw in those wack ass lines. If he wanted to make fun of wack rappers, he could have made it sound not shitty, then again, he would be making fun of himself now. Faggots like you need to stop acting like he’s still good.

    114. Idk man i’m diggin this shit, constantly switching flows, a couple decent rhymes, old school beat, nice sample, song will def be used for a some football highlight reels haha overall im liking it, different.

    115. At first it sounded really bad, but give it a few listens and it isn’t terrible. The song is all over the place, probably why it’s called berzerk. It is nice to hear him actually stop screaming and start having fun again. Usually his first song off the albums are the worst, I agree with that. I like the Survival song he made for COD. I think he’s just trying to get that Slim Shady feeling back.

    116. no thanks. too rockish. creative flow and lyrics though. good energy but overall too rock and not thumpin enough.

    117. With this kind of crap he’s demolishing a classic in his catelogue and a classic in music period, “the Marshall Mathers LP”.

    118. He went back to slim shady for what 2-3 bars? Then went right back to yellin screaming ass Em again. He lost his edge. He ran out of shit to rap about. His flow is nice but his lyrics are corny.

    119. NICE PIC em one eye and devil horns way to be fake #killuminati not to mention wack ass song, still one of the greatest

    120. I wouldn’t even listen to this shit by myself…how lame can Em get nowadays

Bring back that cleaning out my closet/the way i am type vibe

    121. The guy is 40 years old, you really want him spitting about killing his ex, drugs etc etc still? How corny would that shit be? I agree that the album shouldn’t be a sequel to mmlp bc the expectations will be too high. But for you predetermined idiots that listen to the song once and right it off as wack are the worst. Go do yourself a favor and only listen to his old shit if you can’t adapt to an artist’s new way of making music

      1. Its even cornier to hear a 4o year old recluse rapping above a party, and near enough coming out with a YOLO based hook.

      2. yes, i do ! it’s FUCKING ENTERTAINMENT!!!! you think all these dude rapping about killing people doin’ it? NO!!! you dont bitch about a movie doin the SAME SHIT do you??? damn! #entertainment

    122. Em doesnt follow rules he does whatever he wants even if people dont think it follows the “normal” sound of hip-hop #TeamShady This song is FIRE

    123. WARNING: THIS IS NOT FOR YOUNGMONEY MINDED FANS.

IF YOU LIKE CLASSIC HIP HOP SUCH AS BEASTIE BOYS, RUN DMC, ETC .. THIS SONG IS FOR YOU

      1. WARNING THE PEOPLE WHO THINK THIS IS ACTUALLY CLASSIC HIP HOP HAVE NEVER ACTUALLY LISTENED TO CLASSIC HIP HOP AND ARE JUST MAKING EXCUSES

    124. Em can still have a Shady type edge to his music without dumbing down his lyrics. Kinda disappointed when he’s just making noise. I realize he wants to appeal to a new generation but it seems like he’s trying to hard to be a punk rocker rapper type.

    125. People have listened to Em’s old stuff so much that they’ve forgotten that you have to listen to his shit multiple times before you can really appreciate it. The more I listen to this song, the more I love it.

      1. Some people only have to listen to it once to like it, definitely reminds me of some “new” old school hip hop.

    126. the more I lsiten to it, the more I hate it so I won’t listen to it anymore, don’t want to force my self enjoying a garbage song

    127. Wow, completely disappointing. Beat is cool, but half the song is Em making weird noises and the rest has no real content.

    128. Devils horns are not my style. The song is cool but wait a minute this symbol is an insult to some of us.Some of them(of the so called stars)don’t give a damm about religion.

      1. Religion has started more wars and brought about more problems in the world then anything other then maybe money.

Religion is the devil, just another way to keep people divided. The world would be a better place to live without religion

    129. the hook is good..the beats bad as fuck..its jus his flo at times is a lil too off…overall good..at least he aint screamin..hes tryin hard to get that shady sound from back then…hes is a lot olda..jus like jay z’ rap ain all that good…he still lyrical

    130. everyone knows eminem always relases a fun type track as his first single. ex: my name is, real slim shady, without me, just lose it, we made you. he is getting back to his roots and he is being innovative. half of yall haters wouldnt know a good song if it slapped you in the face. sooooo hate all yall want!

      1. so you think this is fuckin with my name is, real slim shady, or without me? Get real man, just because this is an em single doesn’t automatically place it in the list of his other classic singles.

    131. its guna b a radio hit, that was rick rubin keepin his ass from screamin…if he wouldve kept his voice regular throughout the track..

    132. Read the lyrics on rap Genius its actually a good song, Keep listening to the song about… 3 times and you will get hooked trust me.

    133. Em took this song and brought it back to where HIP-HOP started. Rick Ruben opened the vault of Run-D.M.C. and injected it with NEW blood from am MC that hasn’t left the game. Real HIP-HOP MOVEMENT followers know what I am talking about. #IAMHIPHOP #IAMMemphiago

    134. im still not sure about the title of the album. and i dindt expext a lot from him at this age and that level of success and that lack of serious drama in his life.

      1. Drake’s new material kills this. Theres no way I’d ever say drakes career is ebtter than ems, but this song sucks bro

      2. Lol I can see why people hate this song but All Me and Started From the Bottom are two of the worst songs I’ve ever heard.

    135. The fakeness of Eminem:

      – He hates gaypeople but did a song with homo Elton John. Fact!
      – He hates gaypeople but dye his hair blond. Fact!
      – He talks about killing but didnt do anything. Fact!
      – he dissed Britney Spears and NSYNCH but did songs with Rihanna and Pink. Fact!

Eminem is a product by Interscope Records! But Gucci is a product of the streets!

Long Live Gucci Mane The Great!

      1. He hates gay people? because he says the word faggot? that’s a stretch haha you sound like a 13 year old that just figured out rap or something

    136. came back to give it 1star again. fuck this nyols. fuck beastie boys. fuck this! this shit sucks as hell!

    137. When niggas in the comments are telling you to listen to a song 3 times to get used to it, that tells you all you need to know.

Typical Em Stans forcing themselves to like garbage

      1. Theres been a couple em songs that I liked after hearing em a few more times like hell breaks loose. People hate to hate haha if a song doesn’t sound like your favorite em song its trash to you? meanwhile most rappers songs all sound the same nowadays and no one says shit. you know when the album comes out and theres like 17 tracks and everyone you know likes atleast ten of em the hate will die down

    138. Em just basically made a classic hiphop track…this has a beastie boys/Run DMC feel for real. If you don’t like this track then you obviously don’t appreciate old school hiphop so go back to your future or lil wayne album.

    139. you guys are too pussy for handling that track.

you fkn weaklings in the comments, stfu faggs.
ure only used to drake or macklemore. please leave that site then if ure only into bieber pop. fkn pussyfaces

this track is dope and raw!
obv too hard for u pussies.

      5/5

    140. Saying this song is wack as fuck is equal to saying Beastie Boys are horrible. If you knew ANYTHING about BB, you could relate the first verse of this song to Adrock. In fact, this track has BB written all over it. And don’t tell me you’re a BB fan, when you can’t say their names without using the internet.

This is proof some of you aren’t hip hop heads like you claim to be.

      1. NO it’s not, this is an embarrassment to the beastie boys. The lyrics and substance are not good at all, just because he’s good at rhyming words does not make every song of his good. Don’t compare this to BB just cause Ems channeling their sound. Just cause rapper raps like Biggie doesnt make him Christopher Wallace.

      2. Sorry buddy you’re not a hip hop head just cause u can name BB members. You’re typical, BB, Eminem, Kid Rock, Lim Bizkit, meh type fan. That’s not real hip hop, sorry to inform you.

      3. BB are most certainly hip hop. The fact youd lump them in with limp bizkit and kid rock shows you dont know jack shit about the genre. They are hip hop hall of fame shit.

      4. Not once did I say I was a hip hop head.

Rick FUCKING Ruben produced the Beastie Boys AND this track.

        Lyrics and substance…GTFO.

    141. I don’t even know what to say about the disappointment I have for Eminem right now… I like the cuts and breaks but his voice is worse then a 1990’s boy band… like who in the hell produced this track and said, “Wow em, that was great lets slap your name on this and send it out.” That man needs to be fired.

      1. If you want to get Rick Rubin fired, go ahead and try, but he’s kind of a big deal.

    142. whats good with that weak filler trash in the middle of the second verse..”pow pow chi chi blow blah blah how how” SMH.. plus Em is back to dissing ppl for no reason… like Khloe and K.Fed… overall the track is a 2.5

    143. MMLP 2 will be just like Yeezus, terrible material made to seem different and good by Stans, this is not where hip hop is headed, this is garbage. With all the good albums and music to come out thus far this year Em should be ashamed. Time to retire.

      1. Don’t base it off of one single… Survival was excellent and this one really grows on you. Yeezus was terrible I’ll agree, and it kinda worries me because Rick Rubin is heavily involved in this one as well. I don’t want an album full of songs like this even though I like it.

      2. Survival fucking blows. Shut the fuck up. If you’re going to call “Yeezus” terrible, then stop being a fucking bitch and call this shit terrible also.

    144. “Take your shoes off, let your hair down and go berzerk all night long/Grow your beard out, just weird out and go berzerk all night long.” Y’ALL ARE REALLY GOING TO DEFEND THIS? CALL THIS CALSSIC FUCKING HIP HOP? #STOPTHEMADNESS

      1. LOL @ you copy/pasting the hook (which is dope) and ignoring the crazy lyrics and flow switching. Haters…Haters everywhere 😀

    145. You say you hate a song but have the time to come on its page and comment, haters cease to amaze me, get a life real talk

      1. STOP! This is a hip hop forum where fans go to like or criticize songs, why do you have to be considered a hater just cause you say you think an Eminem song isn’t good. Em fans are always on other songs giving them 1/5 stars without even pressing play, they are the biggest trolls on hiphop dx, stop your crying

      2. I like this song but it takes like 5 seconds to come on a page and comment. People act like it’s so much effort to type 2 sentences, lmao.

      3. Hiphop forum my ass, this is where trolls and Internet gangsta s with no work come to flex their muscles, usually losers in reality

      4. Oh shut the fuck up, you fag. Everybody hates here. Sorry if your favorite rapper is getting shitted on. It happens here. Live with it, or get the fuck off this site.

      1. This is for Pop fans, that’s the type of fan base, Eminem has now, and he panders to it. Stop acting like you know hiphop, kid.

    146. CONSPIRACY-There is no way… NO FUKKIN WAY Kendrick lamar drops the verse on control namedropping n quotin other rappers passes it off as the dopest verse of the year and then Eminem comes bakk wit dis bullshit. itll prolly catch on. But Eminem even still to this day feels like he has more to prove than any rapper/lyricist. If u ask me dis shit is weird yo, I CALL CONSPIRACY…

    147. if french montana was on this shit goin haaaaah over the hook or something yall dumb ass niggas would eat this shit up

    148. trash and if ppl say its hot because rick rubin did the track they just sucking his mic plus its a old flow and sound that what makes is trash for this time and day AM REAL NIGGA RAP.

      1. Lol Big Sean actually tricked me into thinking he had a good verse, but after a few listens I realized it was trash. He repeated himself like 5000 times in that verse. This was the exact opposite for me, at first I thought it was bad but now I like it.

    149. i dont mind this at all . this is like the crazy eminem lead single just rewind back to just lose it , we made you , ass like that , real slim shady etc . this has been the route he always takes.

    150. 3.5 from a stan here. idk man i keep giving him chance after chance. i understand the whole beastie boys theme but damn i want some of that RAWNESS MMLP had

    151. Relegions didn’t bring war.Humans brings the wars and humans are using the name of christ to legalise their actions. Also we can thing something deeper.A simple man can’t start a war, these fucks are starting the wars because they ara satanists and that’s a fact, there is no conspiracy here.

    152. Hiphopdx followers…please understand and realize that alot of you on here are in high school or even middle school. A song like this is going to sound “wack” or “foreign” to you because it may a bit over your head. This song is a MAJOR throwback to the 80s where the beat was very minimalistic (simple) with a boom bap feel and a fuse with Rock and Roll (imagine Run DMC and Beastie Boys) So Eminiem is brining that back with a new school (today’s time) feel.

If you don’t like it one thing but you have to respect it because if you don’t respect it, you aren’t a true hip hop fan…simple point blank…

      1. Lmao people talking like you are/aren’t fans of rap if you like/dislike this song. It’s just a song…

      2. this is def a hiphop throwback track you can tell by the fell

no weird bars, no loud screaming or accents…

im liking the way this album might be heading

      3. From what you just wrote, you seem like you’re the one in high school. This shit is not “real” hiphop, it’s trash.

      4. Just because it’s a throwback to the 80’s it doesn’t mean that Marshall can pull it off. Doesn’t automatically make it good. He was not able to pull this one off.

      1. That’s the bullshit I was just talking about…lol. You rate the song as low 1.5 to suddenly being as high as 4.5. FOH!! Maybe you’re just trolling, hopefully. Too many of you thinking with your dick and not your brain.

    153. I’m a fan of Em, but this shit is trash!! All these other fans and stans out there making stupid excuses. All I see is “it will grow on you after a while” or “I thought this was trash at first, but after 3 or 4 listens it’s great”. Whatever happen to a song being fire from jump? This joint is mediocre and typical of most of Em’s singles. Hopefully the core of the album is a lot better than this. Losing faith in Em a bit though thanks to the last three albums.

      1. If you look at his lyrics compared to other artists just repeating themselves it just shows how much better he is.

      2. I’m sorry J COle, Kendrick, Big Sean, Rick Ross, Jay-Z, Nas, Kanye have all had much better lyrics than this this year. Not saying all these guys are better than eminem career wise but if we’re tlakign lyrics dont act like em’s lyrics on this song are that great because they aren’t

      3. This is just one song off the album and it’s already better than some of the things released this year. Kanye’s “Yeezus” wasn’t that impressive. Production wise it was too far in the pop direction as well as auto tune and average lyrics that were hyped up by Kanye to be the “greatest verses in hip hop” due to his huge ego. Big Sean is a great artist but shouldn’t be compared to Eminem. He’s improving and I think his verse on control was lyrically the best. Rick Ross is the worst point of your argument. He’s talentless garbage. His music is repetitive and he always uses trap beats. Meek Mill and others also write his lyrics to some songs. Jay Z’s album was hyped up and wasn’t really that great. He does the same thing over and over, album after album. His voice always sounds the same and the themes of songs are basically all the same. Jay Z is a great rapper, but he should focus on his other talents at this stage in his career. Nas is a great rapper as well, but he also had a lot of flop albums. Kendrick is on the rise, but his verse on control is super hyped. Eminem has been name dropping for years, so it’s nothing new. Who else in music, name drops celebrities that have nothing to do with the industry? Whether you like the song or not doesn’t determine whether it’s good or bad. From a standpoint based on pure talent, production, and lyrical content, this song is better than a lot of those that have been released this year so far, and the album isn’t even out yet.

      4. ^it’s obvious some of you guys only listen to mainstream hip hop. All I see his Kanye, Ross, Jay, Med Sean, Cole…etc. Some of y’all miss out on some good hip hop cuz you only check for who’s on the charts.

    154. All the hate that people tried to throw on MCHG and this is what y’all are supporting???? Smh, Eminem stans not only ruin hip hop they continue to make em feel like his new material is good, it is not. I don’t want old slim shady, but I do want good rap music and be hones this isn’t it.

    155. drake makes better songs than eminem. Eminem is an old washed up hasbeen. Drake is the face of rap drake runs rsp. Eminem needs to hang it up and quit.

    156. Ever since Em released ‘Shake that’ he started that stupid ass whiney singing voice… Im a die hard em fan, but since then its been meh… minus a few dope tracks… such as that proof tribute. The throwback beastie boys beat shit is dope, but could have been done better… I hope the album has some better shit. Bring it back to the amityville days or words are weapons flow

    157. theres parts of the track that r a lil off tho..his flo..i think he shouldve evolved more on that normal voice type flo like on not afraid..the verses on this song where his voice is normal sound good..if his lyrics woulve jus been a lil better…the towel shit was stupid..and to name it part 2 of an untouchable classic..the rest of the album has got to be betta

    158. Idk what everyone was expecting, this is just another pop-rock-happy-rappy rebellious teenager appeal single.

And that’s what it was ALWAYS gonna be, that’s what his lead singles have always been, from My Name Is to The Real Slim Shady to We Made You… they were always like this, but the album is always completely different to the first single.

    159. Throw back to when rap made songs for the whole hip hop culture, like you can break dance to this shit! And Em’s flow is just out of this world, I don’t think there’s anything he can’t do

    160. Slim Shady does not give a fuck what you think. If you don’t like it, you can suck his fucking cock.. Little did you know, upon listening to this track, you have just kissed his ass. Slim Shady is fed up with your shit… and he is going to kill you

      1. The illuminati is conspiracy theory bullshit that some people believe in to make themselves feel smart. Where’s the evidence?

Anytime someone brings up signs of the illuminati they may as well be wearing a sign that reads, “I’m a dumb shit.”

    161. i admit i had to listen to it twice, but after that second time I REALLY FUCKIN LOVE THIS. he has a lot of subliminals in this too. this is my opinion, been an Em fan since forever. idc if he’s pop, “pop” is short for popular. And this song was a tribute to beastie boys, thats why it sounds the way it does.

    162. Rick Rubin is, and always will be, what is wrong with Hip-Hop.

He’s a rich man off Jewish descent, that ruined both Kanye, and

Jay-Z’s albums earlier this year. This robbed us of two

classic’s, and now I see a third disaster in the making.

      1. Yeah being the co founder of Def-Jam with Russel Simmons, he sure is whats wrong with hip hop you fucking IDIOT. And he’s rich because he’s a musical genius, do some research.

“Rubin has worked with Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, Public Enemy, RunD.M.C., Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Eminem”

      2. Yeah being a less talented, but connected Jewish male – like Drake – sure is genius. Just because the industry is financed by his uncle Shwartz doesn’t make him qualified to be involved in the production of historic music.

If the previously mentioned artist had ever been produced by someone talented, and able to express more of themselves than the production of an upper-class Jewish conglomerate, then those classics might very well have been masterpieces.
I realize this after hearing Rick’s production history.

    163. The Marshall Mathers LP was the album that got me into hip-hop. I have been a huge Eminem fan, borderline stan for most of my life. I keep it real though, and The Eminem Show was the last album he came out with that I really could bump and listen to regularly. Encore was riddled with wack tracks, Relapse was a joke, and despite Recovery being the best of the worst, he still screamed too much and his new style just wasn’t for me. Not that he didn’t shit on the beats and spit amazing lyrics over all of those albums, cause he did. He is a genius, and one of the greatest lyricists to ever do it, period. Anyone who argues that is just hating. I have to say, it took me 3 listens to this song, and each time I liked it more and more. He’s doing something different, and something about this track makes me excited to hear MMLP2. The track is wild, but it also sounds a lot like a Beastie Boys tribute to me also. His lyrics are on point still. It’s definitely pop friendly, but so was the Real Slim Shady. So was My Name Is. That doesn’t mean he didn’t shit on those tracks. I could give a fuck if you would “bump this in the hood”. Hip-Hop isn’t just for hood rats and low lifes who judge a song based upon whether or not it would be respectable to blast from your speakers in a shitty neighborhood. Em is one of the greatest alive, and he has respect from all the other rappers that you guys do “bump in the hood”. So stop hating, MMLP2 is gonna be the best album since The Eminem Show.

      1. That “respect” you talk about is really politics.. Em and his Jewish lawyer have so much power in the industry that nobody will really call out Em on his wack records for like the past 10 years.

    164. I like this shit….doing something most peoples favorite rapper is scared to do and that’s try something different….MMLP2

    165. yo, fucking stop getting scared of the rock beat like fucking primates who can only listen to one-tone club beats, and listen to the fucking lyrics a few times, this is exactly what all his lead singles are like

    166. Recovery was Eminem’s WORST album.

      This single though, is promising.

Emimem lost his creativity/ability after 8 mile.

This song is good news. He might just have it back.

    167. I bought “Marshall Mathers” I bouth “The Eminem Show” and than I was like “what the F is encore and relasple garbage” Then finally He made good music again and I bough “Recovery”. Hearing this single make me thing I may never buy anther eminem album again…. straight garbage. This is a from a fan who’s appreciate hip hop enough to recognizes talent as well as call out bs when he sees it. Just stop man, don’t even put this album about… rethink it before you go down that same road of garbage.

    168. Em is the 3rd greatest hiphop artist ever, he is certainly top 5 ever, no debate about that. give props where its due.

    169. my buddy’s mother makes $86 every hour on the computer. She has been unemployed for 5 months but last month her check was $16662 just working on the computer for a few hours. Go to this web site and read more… http://www.Cafe44.com

Yeah being the co founder of Def-Jam with Russel Simmons, he sure is whats wrong with hip hop you fucking IDIOT. And he’s rich because he’s a musical genius, do some research.

    170. Also, you idiots saying he’s doing something different then everyone.
You guys need to do your hiphop homework. This shit isn’t “different”. go underground motherfuckers shits always different

      1. cry me a river with your underground nuthugging

I’d choose underground stuff over this but this isn’t bad either

    171. Meh..for the most part, not wack, was different but…idk not sure how this album might be..
Kinda sounded like Beastie Boys for a sec honestly (not that’s bad)

Still enjoyed it more than pretty much everything on Yeezus and MGHG

    172. FUCK RICK RUBINS ONE ANGLE STYLE…we all understand you can make music sound like hard rock…fuckin sakes

    173. I dig the rock vibe. I love the scratches. His verses are well done. But I hate the hook. What’s with hip hop needing to have wack ass sung hooks? It’s bullshit.

      1. Yeah I like the song now but the hook and mixing just threw me off for awhile. Also a bit too many deliveries for one song imo.

    174. This track here is fire!! A lot people won’t be ready this that’s why you’ll see a lot hating before they jump back on the bandwagon but Em I love this track keep doing your thing and keep them coming brother!!

    175. Funking love this……..fuk u hating, ymcmb dik sukin twats go for a pokey bum wank. This album is gonna kill it.

    176. A lot of his new music coming out “Survival” and “Berzerk” are super distorted but I’m excited for a new project, hopefully he puts some effort behind it

      1. and that’s the problem. guys like him and a few others can blow farts on a track for three minutes and it will still be #1 on the charts. Em is a pop artist so even his most horrible songs are gonna chart.

    177. got to say im a bit torn with this, i had a higher hopes than a pretty standard “wacky” comeback single (which i appreciate is his standard first single tactic), but its a tactic that has produced diminishing returns as eminem has got older and the digs at c-list celebrities just seem beneath him to be honest – ifs he wants to shock then at least attack someone relevant!
lyrically and in terms of flow its a sub (wayyyyy sub) without me/ real slim shady and veers toward parody. but hey maybe its intentional and the joke is on us.

productionswise im all for the change and the angular heavy guitars (rather than the cheesy stadium rock licks from recovery)are welcome…the more i listen the chorus grows on me but the surprising lack of vocal dexterity present in the verses become even more evident!

i think its possibly the only eminem song ive ever heard in which i preferred the hook to the verses….

but fuck it its still eminem and i still kind of like it just hoped for better ya know!!

    178. ha tracks good..as for beastie boys..it has tha rock aspects, but its a classic em first single bro..to be straight up its not debuting #1 like not afraid..and even on that track his flo was not on point at times..his last verse on it was straight fire..the cadence and pattern..this tracks a hiphop track….tha man is old skoo..at least he sticks wit it..

    179. being a die hard fan I cant rock with this really..i actually like the hook but the rest of the song I dunno..hes em he gets a pass as long as the whole album aint this beastie type beats..

    180. wow what a bunch of trash. what happened to you? and now your naming this album a sequel to one of the best hip hop albums ever made? why are you ruining your legacy. the voice is so bad, i cant.

    181. ummmmm, love EM, but this shit, aint it!…….

      3 stars….naw, really two stars.

This track is all over the place

      1. Kendrick may be in the future.. let’s see. As far as skills and discography for now no but maybe. Mac Miller sucks. Big Sean sucks. Jay-Z is a legend but no. Drake is nowhere near his level. Joey Bada$$ doesn’t have the discography and he doesn’t even rap he just talks.

      2. How in the fuck can you say Big Sean, Drake and Mac Miller are trash and Jay fell off and support this. Jesus. If Jay-z fell off then Em must have jumped off cause Jay-Z has yet to release something as bad an subpar as this song, truth.

      3. really? Big Sean and Mac Miller? really??

it’s statements like this which would make me take Eminem stans’ side

      4. Dude do you listen to music or do you just skim through it? I never said Big Sean or Mac Miller were the best rappers out but to say they are trash is ridiculous. I dont think for one second Big Sean is better than em career wise. But if we are rating hip hop for what it is, there is not one song on big seans new album (a solid album) that is as bad as this song.

      5. Big Sean and Mac Miller are not whack. Why don’t you listen to them and stop the knee jerk reactions. And Jay Z fell off??? I can’t tell.

      6. EVEN Eminem’s worst songs are better than this. STOP defending garbage. Didn’t we just have thousands of debates last week about bad Hip-hop coming out of NY?

      7. Anon just quoted Eminem right there. Look Jay did fall off. Mac Miller Sucks, and Big Sean is horrible. All you listen to is the beat. now listen to the wordplay and rhyme Eminem is superior in all. Em never really had any beats the goes hard. It makes you want to listen to his rhymes. Can both of those so called rappers beat Em’s recovery album. NO. album was good not his best. Can both of these rappers make lil wayne sound good. NO. But Kendrick is the best thing out there now.

      8. No idiot I listen to more than the beat and I find it highly offensive that you claim I don’t listen to lyrics. You clearly are a biased hip hop fan, Drake, Big Sean, Jay-Z Kendrick have released songs this year that are more lyrical than this song fact. Again that’s not saying these dudes are better than Em, but if we are going off of what we’ve seen from Big Sean, Jay-Z, Kendrick, Mac Miller and Drake thus far this year it’s all be better than the two songs we heard from Eminem. Stop saying Eminem is lyrical just because he rhymes words good, his substance and punchlines in this song is terrible. I dont judge an artist songs on how much I love the artist, I judge it on the song itself and this song is not good.

      9. Kendrick Lamar is dope, but the rest of your list is way off. Mac Miller seriously isn’t even in a category close to Em. His rhymes are simple at best. Big Sean pretty much sucks he might have a good line here or there but overall not close to Em in any way, shape or form. Jay-Z has fallen way off his newest album is straight garbage. I would more or less use his cd as a coaster instead of actually playing it. So Em changes his sound for one song and you think anyone of those fools can hold a candle to him, you’re sadly mistaken. I won’t even talk about Drake cause him being mentioned along side Em is a joke with in itself.

    182. FINALLY WE GET TO HEAR THE BEST RAPPER ON THE MIC…. SHADY BIZACK.. ALL YOU HATERZ MENTIONING THIS RAPPER BETTER THEN EM I MEAN HONESTLY I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO ADDRESS THAT. WE ALL KNOW ONLY PERSON WHO CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO EM IS JAY THAT’S A KNOWN FACT PERIOD.. YES THIS TRACK ISN’T HIS BEST SINGLE EVER, BUT HE IS HAVING FUN AND HIS WORD PLAY IS ILL AND HE DOESN’T HAVE TO PROVE ANYTHING TO ANY THESE WACK RAPPERS AND HATERZ.. WHAT 80MILLION PLUS SOLD YEAH THERE ISN’T ONE RAPPER NEWER WHO WILL EVEN COME CLOSE TO THAT EVEN KENDRICK WHO IS THE KING OF BOTH COASTS HAHAAHAH.. GUESS YOU HATERZ DIDN’T LISTEN TO HIS TRACK NEW SONG SURVIVAL THAT IS PURE EMINEM. MMLP2 WILL BE A MASTERPIECE !!!! ENOUGH SAID SHADY/SLUMERICAN/STRANGE MUSIC REST IS WACK ….

    183. Please someone tell me how you can honestly claim that Eminem is better than Jay-Z, maybe at a time period in the past, but certainly not now. There is not one legimate argument that Eminem has put out better music than Jay-z the last 8 years.

      1. jay is washed up, everything he does sounds the same.
he sounds generic . no one sounds like em, anyone could spit what jay is and you wouldnt tell a difference

      2. I disagree 100% that eveyrthing Jay-Z has done sounds the same. Say what you want the facts speak for themselves, Eminem’s past 4 albums do not compare at all to Jay-Z’s past 4 albums. You don’t know rap, I know its hard to heard garbage from your idol but you have to be honest.

      3. Everything Eminem puts out is straight fire. Jay-Z’s last album is total trash. He hasn’t had anything good since the blueprint which happened to have Em on it. And he murdered him on his own track. Eminem is the best lyricist ever by far Jay-Z couldn’t hold his jock strap when it comes to rhymes, rapping or sales period. Eminem best ever!!

      4. absolutely!! and fuck outta here saying jay z doesnt sound like any other rapper LMFAO!!!! ohhh and dont forget his ohh no crazy flow: spits a lazy bar..awww…spits a bar…uhhh…spits a bar…awwwee lmao fuck outta here

      5. Fact is Em and Jay have both been putting out shit albums left and right lately. Neither have anything to brag about over the past 10 years. Relapse, Encore, Recovery are probably a bit worse than Jay’s most recent efforts Kingdom Come, A.G.(was solid), BP3, Magna Carta. All of their recent albums belong near the bottom of their catalogue.

    184. People relax song gets catchy the more you listen and relax its just a single the album will be fiyah expect nothing less.#The Goat

    185. I’m just waiting for an honest Em fan to admit that this isn’t good. Save me the unique talk, save me the attacks on all other rappers. Judge this song on the song and lyrics only, it is not good and for Eminems standards its absolutely awful. I question the credibility of anyone who gave this 5/5 stars.

    186. I wonder how many EM fans here are under 18 and are just supporting him cause they thought it was cool to do growing up.

    187. Not the best eminem song ever, but new sound, progressive and pretty decent, which is pretty impressive considering he’s in his early forties.

      1. Really? how is it a step back? This song has a very unique sound, especially compared to the typical eminem first single off the album stuff.

      2. Unique Sound? is that the pitch you’re using now. I thought it was EM bringin back classic 80s rap, now it’s em with a uniqiue sound? Let’s call it waht it is, Em on a shitty beat, with bad prodcution yelling.

    188. allright guys gotta be sincere now. Been listenin to this guy for 14 years. He’s my idol, i couldn’t live without listenin to his songs at least once a day. I don’t really know how to feel about this,i mean lyrically he’s still there i guess, but goddamn what’s up with all that noise? Can’t feel the beat too. Cmon EM, you my man, just pull out decent beats and mmlp2 is straight classic. IMO. 3/5

    189. If he keeps up garbage like this he will be in no ones Top 5. I pray the album is worthy of the name MMLP 2, but I’m very skeptical.

    190. You have to judge this song coming from the perspective that he uses a format. His first single is always kind of wacky and commercial friendly. With that being said I can guarantee that this is the only song like this on the album. I enjoyed his delivery on Berzerk, which shows that he can still rap without screaming. I have high expectations for MMLP2. Haters gunna hate but the fact is Em is better then your favorite rapper on his worst day. PEACE!

      1. Why should we judge the song on your made up formula because you want to justify the song and the album being good. Recovery was not a good album, singles, main tracks, it was not good. Why should we believe this will be?

      2. Anonymous- “Recovery was not a good album.” are you fucking kidding me? Why did you even click on the Eminem link? because you’re obviously just a hater.

    191. This was cool. Beat was dope. Lyrics were….eh. Not sure why people are saying its a comeback single just cause Em doesn’t release music annually or jumps on other people’s tracks.

    192. people are haters. they say their fans of hiphop but cant accept authentic old school sounding hiphop. hes not screaming or saying weird shit..its just rap.

MMLP2 is about to bring it back. i missed this kind of em but i do hope his whole album doesnt have this same sound throughout it

      1. Shut up you fag. You always talk shit, now you’re butthurt because people don’t like a song you like? Fucking dickriding stan. Stop bitching. Your opinion starts decreasing when you sound like a bitch.

      2. Aww is someone a little mad? You’re a douche, did you completely miss the singing? Did you miss the screaming? Did you even listen to the fucking song? Each time you post, you just cement yourself as a bigger douche.

      3. i never talk shit actually. except when homos come at my neck for no reason like you 2 douches.

i didnt say singing i said screaming and no he doesnt scream on this like he normally does on his other tracks that arent that good

and your opinion auto becomes invalid when you reply like a bitch anon

      4. This song is alright, it isn’t that great, if I want authentic old school hip hop, I turn to Gang Starr or Rakim or some shit, this is just, decent

      5. No you faggot. You said this “they say their fans of hiphop but cant accept authentic old school sounding hiphop”. So apparently, you think “authentic old school sounding hiphop” is a dude singing, horribly. You’re name is the same as me and anybody else using “anonymous”, nobody knows who the fuck you are, you idiot. Is “imho” your real name? No, it’s not, so shut the fuck up and stop acting like you’re cool for not using “anonymous”. By the way, don’t act like you don’t say shit, you always talk shit in articles, when people respond back to you, you call them dickriders/stans. Yet here you are, crying, about how people don’t like this song and getting mad when people call you out over it. So basically, you can talk as much shit as you want, but you don’t like when it happens to you. Get off of this site.

      1. yeah I mean justin bieber and drake can say that at times also, but you’ll still hate on them, so why give em a pass

    193. Jay-Z hasn’t had a good album in 10 years and you try to compare him to Em. What a joke. Eminem is the best rapper in history. This is just a single and everyone thinks he fell off, doubt it. It’s a good song to release to the masses and his album will be straight fire just like the last one. And Jay-Z’s new album is definitely coaster material at best

      1. In what world is Eminem better than Nas, Rakim, Kane, Kool G, Guru, Melle Mel, Grandmaster Caz, Kool Moe Dee, and the rest of those from the true Golden Era?

      2. American Gangster is garbage compared to anyone of Em’s albums. All those rappers named off from the golden era would get ate up today, especially with Em being around. He would probably kill their careers if they even had one in this day and age

      3. @JAKE how the fuck would you know if Em is better if you haven’t even listened to them old school cats, those guys were insane lyricists, with ridiculous technical skill, at a time when you couldn’t succeed if you were missing one, Paid in Full is better than every Eminem album, same with Sittin on Chrome, Masta Ace’s classic, you gotta learn the history son, otherwise, just shut the fuck up and learn.

      4. I’ve listened to all those old whack ass albums. They were good for there time. But like I said not one of those”classics” is even on the same level. You think you can educate me on rap. I’ve probably been listening to hip hop since you were sucking on your moms tit. And someone that’s uses the name anonymous to call me a faggot is nothing more than a little bitch. Oh wait that must of been your only valid argument for what I said. Sit and spin punk bitch.

      5. Jake, you’re mad, go ride your longboard to clear your head, maybe chill with your bras and hit up the malt shop, on your way back from the GAP. Whatever it is, just get off of a hiphop site, you faggy douchebag.

    194. I guess the thing that pisses me off the most about Eminem and this cite in general, is that Em can do no wrong. the same people giving Em 5/5 here will give another rapper a 1/5 without even pressing play. That shit don’t work anymore, if Eminem doesn’t produce better music this album his legacy will take a big hit from true hip hop and em fans.

      1. ^Get over your nostalgia or whatever. Enter the 36 and Paid in Full are classics but they aren’t better than all his discography combined. Hell Enter the 36 Chambers isn’t even better than the MMLP or SSLP. Illmatic beats all his albums but not combined.

      2. SSLP and MMLP are dope, but they fall just short of that group of albums I named, point is, these fools need to learn about hip hop if they want to talk about it, I am biased, but at least I admit it.

    195. “Who played this garbage”

*Eminem screaming, and then starts singing in his horrible singing voice*

      “Shut up bitch!”

      *kicks DX player*

      1. Everyone’s secretly so disgusted with the song they don’t even care about the devil horns. Marshall has had a great run, time to retire.

    196. the 2nd verse sucks but the 3rd verse makes up for it. Em always starts his album off with a crazy/cutup song. Can’t wait to see what else is on MMLP2. 3.5

    197. Meek Mills screams and it’s terrible MMG trash, Eminem screams and it’s the greatest most unique different loveable Eminem ever. AHAHAHAHAHA Y’ALL CRACK ME UP

      1. Because Meek sucks.. not for his delivery.. but because he’s an awful rapper. Always raps about the same things every single song and is average lyrically at best.

    198. ok before i say my opinion noone cares about let me start off by syaing i like this track.

that said there hasnt been an EM track hes dropped as a single thats blown me away..have i liked alot yes- have i disliked some- yes. but theres never a single hes dropped where i said woooo i got to keep that on repeat (except his 8mile single, cant believe i cant remember the name but its there) but that wasnt a single for his studio album

all his monsters are on the actual album. but i cant say im not disappointed bec after a lay away and naming this album MMLP2 i expect nothing less than a song that blows me away this doesnt do it– this is a nice song that belongs on his album bec its nice 2 vibe to but im disappointed its his single. 3/5

    199. songs wack except for the hook but niggas gotta be the racist ones with every positive comment sayin shit lik yea nigga u must be white from the burbs yall niggas are the actual prejudice ones and makin us blak folk long with real rap fans look bad smfh

    200. how come everyone says jayz nas and eminem are the best rappers alive but when they put out songs everyone shits on them and says how bad they are in the comments?

      1. Because only Nas is really deserving of the title of GOAT of those three, the other two can be very good, but are wildly inconsistent. Also, Rakim>Em and Jay

      2. all 3 of them are 3 of the top 5 no order… jiggas lazy pop ass maybe top 10…but nas is too stuck in the 90s shit every album/verse MOSTLY and before u cry about it nas is my 3rd favorite rapper

      3. Top 5 of all time, Nas, Rakim, KRS, Kool G, and Ghostface, and stuck in the 90s isn’t something that takes away from how insane he is as a lyricist, also, Illmatic is a great album regardless of who wrote it.

      4. Fuck outta’ here shittin on Jay Z. Jay Z is dope as fuck and HAS been for a long while. Deal with it dawg.

      5. nas may be GOAT lyricist but his discography is no where close to jayz and eminem. nas is inconsistent when it comes to albums. eminem first three are classic. jay z has RD, blueprint, black album. nas has illmatic. the rest are 8/10 or just bad

      6. Illmatic-Great
        It Was Written-Great
        Nastradamus-his only bad album
        I AM-Decent
        Stillmatic-Good
        God’s Son-Good
        Street’s Disciple-Good
        Hip Hop is Dead-Very Good
        Untitled-Very Good
        Life Is Good-Great

pretty sure that is one great discography 8/10 and Jay-Z is overrated anyway, and Em’s first album isn’t a classic, it was good, but that was before SSLP

    201. I’m one of the biggest eminem fans but this isn’t good. I hope this isn’t his lead single. I also don’t know how this song has gotten to be rated so high. It is really becoming clearer and clearer that eminem sober really isn’t much of an recording artist. It’s sad that the drugs made him become top 5 but now he is tarnishing his legacy with stuff like this. Also tarnishing the legacy of MMLP(the first one). I really hope this song doesn’t even make the album.

      1. Drugs almost caused him to die… also remember Encore? He was on tons of drugs when he made that terrible album.

      2. Yeah but that album was better then any other album he came out with since. Do you really think that Recovery was better then Encore? What about relapse? The drugs made him more artistic.

      3. your a selfish asshole. You’d rather him be on drugs and kill himself just to make 1 album up to your standards after all he went through to get clean. That’s fucking messed up. I’d rather Eminem be clean and healthy and make average albums, than eminem be completely fucked up and make great albums.

      4. For the comment above you obviously didn’t hear what I was saying. I said the drugs helped him make great music. That was just an an assessment not a desire. I never said I wanted him to be on drugs. I simply said that the drugs gave him the ability to tap into his creativity. I don’t want anyone to destroy themselves. Anyways you can’t deny that this song is awful. Even the lyrics are average as hell.

    202. The Rick Rubin/em collabo doesn’t fit. Jay Z did the 99 problem justice because he has that old skool feel to his raps. Eminem’s monotone singing on this ruined the track.

    203. It has an old school hip-hop feel, I’m assuming this is a radio joint. So everybody chill out… the album will be legendary regardless of what you fuck heads criticizing think. it’s just 1 ga damn song. As long as he went back to his “Slim Shady” days this album won’t let Hip-Hop down REAL Hip-Hop anyways.

      HI HATERS 🙂

      1. There are maybe 20 or 30 legendary hip hop albums, there is no way this is gonna be up there, it may be good, but it isn’t gonna be anywhere near Enter the Wu Tang, Paid in Full, Illmatic, Step in the Arena, The Low End Theory, The Message and other timeless classics.

      2. Those two albums are insane, Public Enemy really had that iconic sound, same can be said for say Kool G Rap and DJ Polo, and in same ways Kurtis Blow’s first album was influential, if not classic.

      3. people just wait for the rest of the album this could be really good, you’ve only heard one song at least wait for the next single.

      1. If you believe that then you’ve been confused about what a true hip hop fan is, I likely know they reason why

    204. next single will be serious..mmlp started with that wack ass real slim shady shit and look what happened…9 for 10 yall stuck in the past way too much its beyond laughable this nigga gonna out sell and take storm by everyone…jay zs latest was terrible and he got faggot timberlake on the only single with that lazy awe aweee aww flow shit but yall dont complain about that?

    205. “Because only Nas is really deserving of the title of GOAT”

Maybe years back he could have made a case, but today his sales are nothing special, and he’s jumping on songs with artists the old Nas never would have even acknowledged. Place him in the top ten, but no way is he #1.

      1. Umm it’s not about sales at all. I promise “Life is Good” is a better HIP HOP ALBUM than recovery and likely MMLP 2, and pretty much every cd em has come out with since 8 mile soundtrack.

    206. Listen people, I love this song because of these reasons:

      1) it’s a homage to old school hiphop obviously, especially with the beastie boys sample/references and rick rubin producing the song.

      2) the verses are lyrically great.First verse was great and had some nice wordplay. 2nd verse is the best BECAUSE he’s mocking new generation rappers like Chief Keef and such. To really appreciate the song and lyrics, go to Rap Genius and read the explanations of the lyrics.

I did NOT like this song AT FIRST but then when i understood why it sounded like that and knowing the meaning of some of his lyrics, i said this is a great single for eminem cuz he went the opposite direction of where hiphop is now.

      1. It is a decent track, but it isn’t anything special, better than all the pop rap shit, but it isn’t even great.

      1. are you joking? mM has been luckily to release sub par albums the past 7 years and still sell millions because of loyal fans

    207. “when the fire inside dies and expires at 30” – Eminem

Just saying dude predicted his demise. Everything after 8 mile was trash.

      1. I agree, but I think No Apologies was his last great track, and that was 06. That song is in my top 5 Eminem songs.

    208. Recovery is the Worst album Eminem ever made. It is full of yelling and shit songs.

No matter what, this album cannot be worse than Recovery

      1. TES
      2. MMLP
      3. 8 mile soundtrack/Infinite
      3. SSLP
      4. Relapse
      5. Encore
      ………….
      999. Recovery (absolute trash)

    209. This is DOPE…very much needed in HIP HOP, ROCK, POP, all thee above. Em is clever as hell no pun, you know he got something up his sleeve musically, so trust it folks.

    210. Man yawl shut the fuck up about this has an old school sound as if that’s good enough. OLD school was way harder than this dog shit song. He looks like Eminem but this ain’t Eminem.

    211. Here’s the thing, us so called Eminem “haters” WANT EMINEM TO SUCCEED AND BE GREAT! This is NOT great by any stretch. PERIOD.

    212. the reason why eminem, jayz and nas have always gotten a lot of stick with their new songs/albums, is because people compare them with their old classic albums. blueprint and tes are the last two albums that can make it in the top 25 best rap albums ever. thus for them to replicate it is asking too much. nas, em and jay gave us three classics each, we should be thankful for what they have done in hiphop and anything else is a bonus. top 5 ever, em,nas, jay, big, pac (in no particular order)

    213. Cant wait for this album. Lol at people judging his albums by the singles. Go back to the old albums, peep the singles.. WORD. YEAH NEW EM ALBUM… BLONDE HAIR YEAAHH

    214. You can love it or hate it, but the truth is this song is going to be big. You are going to hear it everywhere…. radio, commercials, sporting events, ect. Definitely huge commercial potential

    215. I was a bit confused at first, but this song gets doper with every listen … I was honestly a bit disappointed Rick Rubin was involved with this Eminem project … I always expect Eminem to do shit differently and not the same shit as Jay-Z and Kanye, but it is what it is … Rubin is Rubin of course … The track is DOPE and I would rather hear this on the Radio and in the Club than pretty much any other alternative being pushed now

      1. Kanye just did the most different shit of any rapper this year, I hated it, but don’t act like eminem is so fucking different and everyone else is the same

      2. If you really want to hear this in the club I wonder 1. What is your age 2. What Clubs you go to. 3. Do you live at home

    216. Classics:

Eminem: The Slim Shady LP, The Marshall Mathers LP, 8 Mile Soundtrack

Nas: Stillmatic, Illmatic, Life is Good

Jay-Z: Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint, The Black Album, American Gangster

      1. Take out Life Is Good, American Gangster, and replace 8 Mile with ‘The Eminem Show’. Aside from all that, I agree.

    217. EVERYBODY HAS THEIR OWN OPINIONS..SOMEONE ACTUALLY SAID THAT RELAPSE IS BETTER THAN RECOVERY…WTF NO FUCKIN WAY NOT AT ALL. BUT NOBODYS OPINION IS GREATER THAN ANOTHER ONES YOU IDIOTS..ITS ALL YOUR OPINION..
IN MY OPINION THIS IS FUCKIN AWSOME AND IM BLACK FOR THE IDIOTS THAT SAY EMS FANS ARE ONLY WHITE!!! LYRICALLY HE EATS UP EVERY RAPPER IN THE GAME WITH THIS TRACK, IF U DONT PEEP THE METAPHORS YOUR PROBLY FUCKIN SLOW. HE MURDERED THIS SHIT CANT WAIT FOR THE ALBUM!!!!!! HES BACK ON POINT WITH THIS WITH THE OLD SCHOOL FEEL TOO AND ITS A FUN TRACK.

      1. You say ‘Everybody has their own opinion’ and then you discredit people who say relapse was better than recovery. yeah…

If you think recovery was better, then good for you. I preferred relapse because it had better beats, he was more lyrical and more consistent. I didn’t like his voice for a few years and that threw me off but after I tried listening to it again they didn’t seem to bother me anymore and then the album grew on me. I’d take Em with an accent over Em yelling any day.

I agree, if you don’t get the metaphors on this track you must be slow – because they’re not that complex at all. You’d have to be an idiot not to understand them.

    218. MY PEN NEEDS A PAD CUZ MY RYMES ON THE RAAAHAAG!!! PLENTY OF SICK ASS LINES IN THIS SONG, LOOK THE LYRICS UP U SLOW FUCKS AND NAME ANOTHER RAPPER THAT SPITS LIKE THIS WHITE BOY. GOAT

DAVINCHI MIXED WITH MC REN AND I DONT MEAN STEMPIS FRIEND BITCH! (REN AND STEMPI) LMAO DUMB FUCKS PROLLY DONT KNO WHO MC REN IS, BEEN PUBLIC ENEMY SINCE YALL THOUGHT PE STOOD FOR GYM BITCH! METAPHORS OUT THE ASS IN THIS SONG. WTF U WANT FROM EM ?? THE DUDE IS GOING HARD AS FU** FACE IT OR JUST ADMIT U TOO DUMB TO PERCIEVE THE COMPLEXITY OF THE LYRICS!!!!!!!

    219. BOUT TO GO HAM YA BISH..SHOUT OUT TO KENDRICK!!! HE KILLED THAT SHIT GTFOH MY NIGGA BACK BITTCHHESSS SWALLOW IT SLOW. ONLY HIP HOP HEADS GON APPRECIATE THIS

    220. Trolls boo hoo’n all over this page, meanwhile this is sitting at #1 on Itunes right now lol DX trolls are insignificant in the grand scheme of things

      1. Last I checked, sales don’t determine skills, and Em is only as big as he is because he is a white guy who actually has some talent.

      2. not true bitch nigga, there’s other white rappers with talent who aint nearly as successful as eminem. yelawolf got talent, dat nigga aint shit in the grand scheme of hip hop, he dont sell shit either, get the fuck out wit yo bullshit

      1. This guy career is over. Last album was straight ass. This shit will be nothin more than a bunch of pop songs with Pink, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna. Em yo time done pass son, new niggas the face of hip hop. Slip back into irrelevance with that monkey Curtis aka the snitch.

        Bawse!!!!!!!!!

      1. Eminem fans are the absolute worst. If any other rapper put out the garbage eminem has the past 5 years (not saying he didnt have some good songs, but the majority are sub par) you’d always give it 1/1 stars. Be real. I’m hoping for Eminem to get back to form, but I’m skeptical

    221. Nas would slash eminem into pieces, sweep up the pieces feed them to the dogs, then collect the shit & smear it in his haileys face. Nas is far better then overrated Eminem!!

    222. To the Eminem fans who say niggas is scared to feature him on songs. Bad vs Evil Royce was pretty much bodying Em on every song. Keep it real you have to be a big fan to not realize how much this dude fell off. And if this next album sounds like the crap he has been producing himself its gonna be straight trash.

    223. beastie boy’s demo tape type beat, with Meek Mills level of yelling. I couldn’t get past the first 10 seconds honestly I stopped it there .

      1. So you “honestly” admit that you judged an entire track based on the first 10 seconds you heard? You’re openly admitting that you’re making uninformed statements? That’s embarrassing. Check yourself bro.

If we accept “yelling” as a reasonable criticism, which really isn’t… he doesn’t raise his voice much in the second and third verses.

Which you would know. If you listened to the song. -_-

      2. I’m the first one to say Eminem is one of the top 20 MCs of all time.

      3. I admit I stopped at the first 10 seconds. I did mainly because I am looking for new music to add to my shuffle. I hate when the first 10-30 seconds of a song is unable to be played in my car because someone is either yelling stupid shit, or the beat is just not good.

    224. 1 – Nas fans (refuse to realize he fell off after Stillmatic)
2 – Eminem stans (similar to Nas fans, plus they tend to be racist)
3 – Lil Wayne fans (they worship a nigga who sounds like a roach)
4 – Kanye West fans (this nigga ain’t no music genius)
5 – 50 Cent fans (if he never got shot, he would never have fans)
6 – Jayz fans (they only care about his money)
7 – Ross fans (they support a fraud)
8 – Biggie fans (only had 2 albums)

FYI i support outkast, ugk, rakim, game, dmx and lupe

      1. so u support a dude that’s the most bi polar and prob the most emarrassing rap life in the game. gtfoh thinkin ur better then everyone else. I bump that list u hated and bump the list that u like (not game tho) fuck u bitch

      2. Game is ass. His brother was the one putting in the work so he wouldn’t have to. Game just got people in compton because of his brother. Learn your history before you go promoting a fraud.

      3. most of these rappers aint real niggas. Word, Nas bankrupt never was a drug runner, Lil Wayne aint no blood, Jeezy aint no BMF, 50 a snitch, Game a stripper, Em was gay. None of these niggas real you guys. If they was all real they all be dead now. Like it or not Ross is the new biggie.

        BAWSE!!!!!

    226. hell yeah niggas. mmlp part 2 comin at ya! seriously old ass eminem is done, washed up. his last good album was the eminem show and that came out when i was six. he’s been trash ever since. face the facts stans. sure he’ll outsell everyone else but the album’s still going to be pop garbage. kendrick is better than eminem right now.

    227. dope lyrics, multiple flows, billy squire sample, beastie boys influence, you cant not say hes not creative especially at this point in his career, what more can he do but recreate his sound and i personally dig it, cant wait for the whole project

      1. This white boy used to be good, now all this nigga release is pop shit. Another album with Bruno Mars, Pink and Rihannas comin and of course all you white boys will snatch it up and say its the best thing ever cuz we all know only white boys buy his albums.

        Bawse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    228. Eminem is good, but not as good as Wayne. Wayne KILLED him on “No Love” .

And YES Wayne has done a hell of a lot for Hip Hop. He’s grabbed peoples attention. People who don’t even normally like hip hop, by doing features with other artists from different genres. He’s helping Hip Hop sales. All that conscience rap BS don’t fucking sell. No one wants to hear that stupid bull shit save for a select minority.

Also his songs DO have meaning, and substance and YES ill lines…

“watch me as bust this, lay it down like construction/when I spit the mic get wet cause my voice is like seduction”

^ WHO THE FUCK CAN TOP THAT!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?

      1. Wayne had the HARDER bars, just coz Em rapped faster doesnt make it better

“I’m rolling Sweets, I’m smoking sour
Married to the game but she broke her vows
That’s why my bars are full of broken bottles
And my night stands are full of open Bibles”

        ^HARD AS FUCK

      2. LOL Wayne is trash. The difference between Wayne and Eminem is Wayne just puts shit together that sounds alike and Eminem actually tells a story with his verses. Learn what you’re listening to before you talk shit about it.

      3. Wayne begged eminem to do a song with him.. Wayne knows em is that dude.. All of your favorite rappers know that em is that dude.

    229. Em is str8 ass now. MMLP2 will sound nothing like the first one which is one of the greatest albums ever

      1. I ain’t never giving in again, caution to the wind, complete freedom
Look at these rappers, how I treat them, so why the fuck would I join them when I beat them?
They call me a freak ’cause I like to spit on these pussies ‘fore I eat them
Man, get these whack cocksuckers off stage, where the fuck is Kanye when you need him?

Snatch the mic from ’em, bitch, I’mma let you finish in a minute, yeah, the rap was tight
But I’m ’bout to spit the greatest verse of all time so you might want to go back to the lab tonight and, um
Scribble out them rhymes you were going to spit and start over from scratch and write new ones
But I’m afraid that it ain’t gonna make no difference when I rip this stage and tear it in half tonight

        Yeah, Wayne was amazing, lol.

    230. eminem had to sell out at age 26 to get where he is, now he fell off so hard hes TERRIBLE, lost all my respect, on the other hand DMX never sold out and shits on anyone out there. realest nigga out

      1. CO-SIGN

Dmx got this, DMX trod the whole battle scene in NY, undefeated, really ran them streets with hip hop in his blood from a young age and showed people that he has a love for this art and is not with all the bullshit singles and radio shit people be putting out.

        In a Battle Dmx>>>>> Eminem

Albums Flesh of my flesh is his 2nd best album>>>>>>>>>>> any em album

Will continue to do better than em on Sony records.

        U heard it here first

    231. reason I like this song as a single…..cuz he havin fun with rap again. dude already earned the whole rap games respect ask ur fav rapper fools. anyways this aint crazy dope but for a single its catchy. all u need…..I hate fans who hate on other fans cuz they cant be solo in life

      1. I’LL TELL U Y FIDDY SNITCH – DR GAY – FEMINEM ARE SLUTS and there Little teenager fans are more lame than Justin Beiber. If You Tell them This :

Interviewer : Rick Ross Just Dissed you Em what are you goin 2 do about it?!

feminem : I will HIT THE STUDIO & MAKE A SONG ABOUT Mariah Carey. But wont fight cuz I’m gettin fucked by Dre…

Interviewer : FIDDY! Ross dissed you…What are you goin to do about it?

50 Snitch : I will expose them on This Is 50 & Talk about his RECORD SALES…lol?

      2. Lol 50 flew rick ross’s baby’s mother out and took her shopping and then produced a sex tape with Rick Ross’s baby’s mother.

50 also had records showing that all of rick ross’s cars were leased..

        Officer Ricky got owned…

Rick Ross challenged eminem once.. Not to a battle lol because he would of got roasted.. but to who would sell the most albums.. and then recovery came out and sold more in 3 days than Ross’s whole album sold LOL.. Get out of here with that Rick Ross shit!

    232. Influence:
      Tupac>>>>>>Eminem>>>>>>>Biggie
      Lyricism:
      Eminem>>>>>>Biggie>>>>>>>Tupac
      Variety:
      Tupac>>>>>>>>>Eminem>>>>>>Biggie
      Quality Of Songs:
      Tupac>>>>>>>>>Biggie>>>>>>>>Eminem
      Mass Appeal:
      Eminem>>>>>>>Tupac>>>>>>Biggie

    233. His first singles are always pop trash…and as far as this goes it is not horrible. i just hope the album doesnt turn into the AA rap he has been releasing since Recovery.

      1. eminem was a bitch for a long time. whatever you muthafuckas think, eminem aint shit. in OAKLAND, we aint got no white feminem muthafucka trying to rap in here haha.

one thing about this faggot, he makes 14 out of 16 tracks about his fucking family, WHO THE FUCK DO THAT? fuckin boring wigger, we dont give a fuck about his mom or daughter.

fucking sellout bitches fuck outta here

      2. Yeah bro oakland blows.. shit city, dirty as fuck.. Stupid and crime ridden, take that shit to the bank and cash it in bro you should move to San Fran FAGGOT!

      3. fuck SF bitch nigga, full of queers n rich white fuckboys like you, in oakland, u could get laid out by a random nigga for no reason,AND we got better food than yo bitch ass city AND finer girls bitch nigga

    234. It’s like an ex-nba player getting out for a scrimmage. Let him play his old chords with his other old, rich friends. Then go listen to whatever whack current music you listen to, that somehow at the same time sounds better than whatever this is. It sounds like something tragic happened to an old M-Album and then got left on under a seat cushion and there is a T.V. on in the background playing whatever plays at noon on TNT. But at least he’s sober and having fun with his friends and was probably more talented than most of us could hope to be. And why are his beats always whack when he has too much control over them. Ok high guy out. Peace wankstas.

    235. This sounds like my dad went out for Karaoke and attempted to sing an old Em song and offended everyone in the audience.

    236. He should just do the right thing and hop on Chicago’s dick like everyone else. This beat is too quick. He needs that wavy shit.

    237. Eminem needs to get addicted to drugs again, and o.d. whilst the album is getting mastered, and then release a monstrous classic album that will live on forever. That, or he needs to just go into retirement and quit fucking up his catalog. Tracks like this need to not leave whatever old man jam session they arise out of.

    238. eminem only sold records to the little 14 year old hoes and whiteboys. fuck em all.

also, FUCK ja rule, FUCK 50 cent, FUCK lil wayne, FUCK soulja boy, FUCK the WHOLE mainstream and radio MUTHAFUCK em all.

underground n old school until da real mainstream shit be back like da 80s-90s.

      westside, MOB, bay to LA!!!!!!!

      1. Crip4life? Ha! There’s no way you aren’t either some ‘little 14 year old hoe’ or ‘whiteboy’ yourself. Delusional prick

    239. The only reason that people say that 2Pac is the greatest is because he died. But no one was saying that when he was still alive. Same goes for Biggie Smalls. Don’t get me wrong, they were good artists, but how is it that when they died all of a sudden people say that they are the best?

People just need to wake up, and get in tune with reality.

      1. He WAS the best, you imbecile. I don’t know where you get your information from, but people acknowledged his greatness back then and they acknowledge today. He had mastered the art of rapping and to this day, no one has been able to surpass him in his abilities (flow, lyrics, emotion, etc). And the best part: Rapping was just one part of what 2Pac did or was capable of (movies, politics, etc were on the horizon, but unfortunately, his time was cut short.

        Now eat a dick.

      2. Pac was an amazing artist, but there is no way he is the best ever, Nas, Rakim, Black Thought and KRS are the Top 4 and that should not be up for debate.

      3. or maybe cuz I’m just old and can remember them niggas…..

ITS THA SONGS THAT MADE THEM GREAT…..PERIOD

    240. Hip Hop started in the streets and it will forever be in the streets, the fact of the matter is. Nobody in the streets is listening to eminem, only kids from the burbs. I ain’t feelin this track, i don’t care how lyrical he is, it’s fuckin wack in the streets. Only people in the urban community (not suburban ) should have say to what is dope hip hop and what isn’t, this is NOTHING special. Kids from the suburbs tend to think just because a rapper is “lyrical” that makes them great! 2Pac , Too Short, Eazy E, and many many others weren’t the most complex rappers but they are more legends, why? Because they kept it street. These underground, and lyrical cats can rhyme as many words out of the dictionary that they want and it is still wack in the streets why? Wack subject matter, wack beats, nobody wants to listen to any of that. People wake up, street hip hop (biggie, 2pac, big l , 50, jeezy ) any rapper that reps the streets, YES even Snoop will have more respect than these lyrical cats, because hip hop IS the streets, and if the streets aren’t feelin it, than it doesn’t matter how versatile you are, wack is wack no matter what and kids from the burbs need to stop givin this shit 5 star reviews!!

      1. You mean Snoop Lion? Get lost bro you’re lame! RIP Tupac and Biggie and they where amazing but you have to understand that Rap these days is lame. 2 Chains, Wakka flokka, Future… Really… Eminem came from the bottom, he did the battle scene and made it.. he released different music that wasn’t the mainstream bitches, drugs, money, cars.. etc. It was hip hop, he told you a story. This is his 7th studio album, he has 2 D12 albums, The 8 mile soundtrack, he’s on songs with other people, He has the bad vs evil 2 CD. He has made a lot of great music, I don’t want eminem comming with the same music he put out in the past this is a new and fresh take on hip hop and it will sell.

      2. this shit….is shit….maybe cuz he’s sober now and 4rm wha he said, he’s got to learn how to “spit” again…..but from “99-03″…..HOLY SHIT……im not the same fan I was 10 yrs ago but still hoping he’s got another song like no apologizes, 8mile road, say what you say, drug ballad, rock bottom…..but doubt hes got a whole album in him like SSLP,MMLP,M&MS……

FYI……”THE WARNING” was his last dope solo song…..

FYI2X…..let this be a lesson everybody

ON MEDICATED DRUGS= loss of focus, skill, and ability to rap

ON PARTY DRUGS= one of the greatest to ever speak to a crowd…
THAT CAN GO TOE TO TOE WITH ANY ARTIST (NOT JUST RAP SHIT) on a creative tip in music history….

    241. Those of you making premature judgements of MMLP2 based off one song should wait until the album is released.

    242. sell-out illuminati another soul lost covering the left eye with the baphomet horn what do you need more? I think he went to the monarch brainwash program

    243. Can’t judge an album off the first single released, but I haven’t enjoyed a FULL Em album for a long time… These days it feels like he has great moments but the albums as a whole are missing that something extra.

    244. It fucking disgusts me that fans of a musical genre that is so surrounded and entrenched with stories of racism and overcoming it that the automatic diss is to go after him for being white? Really? Fuck off. You know what? Nobodies the best. It’s all based on your own perception. Just because I think Eminem is fucking dope doesn’t mean that I can’t listen to pac. It means they’re both great. We listen to them for a REASON. If you hated eminem why listen to the song? What are you sad and jealous cause you couldn’t come up with half of one of his verses in your wildest dreams? Get over it for crying out loud. Is this em’s best song? Probably not. Is it trash? NO! It’s different and what does that scare you? Does progression scare you? Without progression and artists trying different things and taking chances we wouldn’t have HALF the great hip hop we’re blessed. Haters get bent and go fucking school yourselves.

    245. Guci Mane realest rapper outthere:

      – this nigga throws bitches out his car
      – shoot niggas dead
      – beat niggas up.

Gucci aint no fantasy nigga like:

      – mobb deep,
      – nas escobar lol nigga only had a ticket for parking his car wrong
      – 2pac never gangbanged
      – rick ross
      – eminem

    246. This shit is in need of a remix and I don’t give a fuck if rick rubin produced this…awful shit, nigga back on crack, lost his artistic vision and trying real hard to appeal. I am lost on why this muthafucka don’t have an ear for beats and production.

      1. You said it man. Em never had an ear for good beats and production. He should take the cue from Jay-z and Rick Ross who got good beat selection.

    247. I think a lot of people on this site are too gassed and accustom to the last few years of hip pop to enjoy this.

Is noone happy to just hear a ‘new’ sound? Trust me it will grow on you…

This is a banger!! 4 stars

      1. what about this is classic… how come his music hasn’t matured with him how can you be pushing 40 still talkin about the same thing you were in your 20’s?

      2. Listen to something of his that isnt a single and then talk about maturity.. u got ross putting drugs in girls drinks and future mumbling and 2 chainz callin bitches big booty cuz she got a big booty… fucking idiots at least make a valid point..

    248. Is it only fans of this site that are infatuated with Illuminati, if people are real and if the artists backgrounds have a good story. I really do hope so.
      Track is peak

      1. Look brother.There are so many symbols that anyone can make.All these so called stars are picking this specific symbol.Why;

      2. Only dumb peasants would think that the Illuminati would waste their time trying to infiltrate and use mind control on the hip hop masses . Get over yourselves the people in power don’t need hip hop to push their agenda ..

    249. Listen to something of his that isnt a single and then talk about maturity.. u got ross putting drugs in girls drinks and future mumbling and 2 chainz callin bitches big booty cuz she got a big booty… fucking idiots at least make a valid point

      1. Exactly hip hop is soon dead once the legends leave the game Em,Nas,Jay,Wu …And then all you whinny bitches will be left with Titti Boi,Chief Keef,Ross,Gucci

    250. @Richeyrich:
illuminati are throwing symbols because they want us to know that they are powerfull.Emin3m is a great artist and i dont thing he knows what this symbol really means. On the other hand he know that proof died for nothing(an idea:higher ups killed his best friend cauze em is somehow rebelious guy)

      1. Yep because the Illuminati really need the hip hop community to HELP push their agenda .. The Illuminati would be more interested in weapons contracts, overpowering foreign governments, land grabbing for natural mineral resources …

Not trying to brainwash 20+ white suburban males who purchase hip hop with subliminal messages ..lolz

      2. Proof was killed like thousands of other black males in the USA over petty bullshit yet you claim that is because of the Illuminati .

If you had mentioned Pac there could be some truth to that because of the subject matter he rapped about and the historical ties of his family i.e Black panthers .

Like the guy above said you are clutching at straws

    251. @DUH:
Look man, illuminati, fremasons, black & white faternities are trying to manipulate young people through music. If you are smart you want be manipulate by them but if you are an materialistic human you will.

      1. Face facts the government has been overthrowing sovereign governments for over 100 years . The so called Illuminati i.e Goverments do not need me or you to push their agenda . Ask yourself what will brainwashing a bunch of hip hop fans achieve . You are failing to see the bigger picture !

      1. Most of the viewers of this site are young white boys…So whats so shocking about this being the top thread??? Stop reaching for more then what it is HA HA

    252. That’s why you see the vampire propaganda in the tv-series.
That’s why they are so conserned about the environment.
That’s why you are not free
They will make you pay green taxes
You will pay for the air you are breathing
They will forbiden you to collect water from rain
      WAKE UP!!!!!!!!

    253. @YEP OK:
They don’t need hiphop, they need faithfull teenages.Every kid is hearing music so they are using music to promote their message.

      1. You are clutching at straws …Halliburton,NSA,Shell Oil do not need a sub genre of disenfranchised teenagers to push their agenda . In fact What message are they pushing ?

    254. dangzzz yalll move over eminem with this crub mgk took up yo spot in the topz 5 yalll jus sit down with your millions and let the new skool do they thang yahuurr

      1. Agreed anon, fuck idiots justifying it at “just a single”. Single or not it’s a song on the album.

      2. Eminem drops Relapse, stop doing gimmicks and do a straight up album.
Drops Recovery, stop rehashing, do something new.
        Drops MMLP2, stop using gimmicks.

    255. rick rubin is a tiny bit over -rated. this song goes to show that just cause rick rubin is on the track dosnt mean its gonna be dope.

    256. I’ve heard other songs from the album. Trust me…they are more insane like the regular MMLP. This song is to show he’s different and shows a point.

    257. lot haters on here if you never listen run dmc or beastie boys dont listen to this song your not going understand it im sick tired you people with all this hate if its so bad why fuck did hit 2 million itune views and maybe he made song because he knew you hate its call mmlp 2 if you listen to first one its fuck you ablum to people like you he knows that your piss off that what he does eminem knows what he doing and its working

    258. Eminem did his thing on this joint no doubt about that. But some parts of the song sound a mess…too sloppy and over produced…that’s Rick Rubin for you. Eminem should’ve let Mr. Porter do some touch ups on the production tip and it would’ve been GOAT.

      1. He’s not even the second best rapper alive unless your going on sales only then yes he is the GOAT lol

      1. song is still trash though. Em could armpit fart over a track and it’d still be number #1 worldwide. that’s part of the problem. certain artists can put out anything and it will receive global recognition. Most of Em’s lead singles are bad, but this is definitely one of the worst.

      2. Eminem could take a million shits, package them in cd cases, and stans/dickriders will still call it a “great” album. This shit is trash.

    259. lmao people always gonna hate, he’s basically doubled the buzz from big seans control, in ONE DAY! 1221 comments to 761 comments. Got ya’ll haters talking ya’ll can hate go back to your hip pop this is real music/dj/production.

      1. The buzz on hiphop dx you mean, cause on every other site including twitter no ones tlaking about this shit. big sean control trended for a week.

    260. eehh, not bad. def overproduced. lyrics r okay. one of those em songs that u will either love or hate. i still guarantee the album will be incredible.

    261. bback to his old formula of a catchy goof around single yall niggas are in big trouble when this shit drops. em kno what he doing thats for fuckin facts every rapper in da game shit themselves to that album title news da other day

      1. Look, for some sick reason, Love Sosa is better than this. I’m not saying Keef is better, but either it’s Young Chop vs. Rick Rubin on some current day shit, but yea, I’d rather listen to Finally Rich right now. And I am college educated and my favorite artists are signed to Rhymsayers.

      2. Exactly, I see you didnt mention new songs from Jay-z, Nas, J Cole, Wale, Big Sean, Drake, Kendrick, ect… There new shit is all better than emnems curval song adn this shit.

      3. I didn’t mention nas,Jay,Kendrick for a reason NUMB NUTS ..

Cole is hit and miss and Wale,Big Sean, and flavor of the month Drake are boring as fuck

    262. I’m kinda surprise people are excited about this single. If someone else used the same beat and spit the same lyrics ya’ll would be saying it was wack.

      1. There is nothign complicated about this shit beat, please stop trying to make eminem songs better than they are

    263. this is same as all eminem lead singles. celebrity bashing, goofy rhymes.. just a different style.. And it is getting the same response as his old material.. It’s either love it or hate it.

    264. This song gives me a headache. I love the people in here with their “Leave him alonnnne broooo, just let him drop something new brehhhh, it’s musiccc mannnn”

      1. Your father should have dumped his load into your mothers mouth. Instead they decided to make a FUCK BOY!!!

      1. Shut your fuck mouth you dumb peasant cunt

P.S you dont need to say @ anonymous i am the only one who responded to your mindless fucking comment you thick as shit piece of scum ..And it’s not spelled ‘fagget’ it’s ‘faggot’ you stupid illiterate bastard .. lolz

    265. awesome track- haters need to listen to beastie boys before dissing this track- fools need to re-educate yourselves In terms of real hiphop

      1. Beastie’s did it a lot better. Just cuz it’s 80’s inspired it doesn’t automatically make it good. This joint is mediocre.

      1. ROFL you right.. if he was talking about molly or twerking then hell yeah they would be all over this shit HAHA

      2. Right because Em wasnt the first dude talking about doing acid and ex and other wierd shit with D12 when every other rapper was rapping abotu real life.

    266. Eminem needs Dr. Dre simply to tell him no sometimes. No way in hell Dre would have let him release this shit lol

    267. the beat is straight, i like the hook some, dont like the rapping too much. I like everything from sslp to relapse, but since recovery most of his music has been eeehhhhhh…

      1. 2pac and Biggie yea there great but if u think about it,if they were still around they probably would of gone into all this new music style music also so they could stay in touch with wats goin on in the game and be reconized

    268. my buddy’s step-sister makes $81/hour on the internet. She has been fired for seven months but last month her pay was $21124 just working on the internet for a few hours. look at here… http://www.Cafe44.com

no they havent moron, their album came out on October 9, 2012 and Kendrick album came out October 22, 2012

    269. “Slow it down throw in the towel t-t-towel towel
Dumb it down, I don’t know how, how, how, how
At least I know that I don’t know
Question is are you Bozos smart enough to feel stupid
      Hope so”

Thats some Ill shit right there going out to the haters thinkin em aint lyrical anymore…..he’s talkin to all you boneheads

    270. 2.5/5 but I’ll give it a 3 since he’s a legend. I’m sure the next few tracks will be 10x better then this

    271. Eminem just do your thang but dont sell your soul…i beleive in you…artist like you come once in lifetime dont dissapoint cause pac and big are watching you.

      1. Why does everyone mention Pac & Big as the best who’ve past? Biggie would have ripped Pac to shreds, and Big Pun would have SH SH SH SHITTED on Big easily! How about mentioning Pun & L next time.

    272. never like it at first but its growing on me quite catchy but if that is what his whole albums gonna be like then its a shame

      1. eminem only sold records to the little 14 year old hoes and whiteboys. fuck em all.

also, FUCK ja rule, FUCK 50 cent, FUCK lil wayne, FUCK soulja boy, FUCK the WHOLE mainstream and radio MUTHAFUCK em all.

underground n old school until da real mainstream shit be back like da 80s-90s.

        westside, MOB, bay to LA!!!!!

      1. This white boy used to be good, now all this nigga release is pop shit. Another album with Bruno Mars, Pink and Rihannas comin and of course all you white boys will snatch it up and say its the best thing ever cuz we all know only white boys buy his albums.

        Bawse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      2. Rick Ross.. fake.. Nuff said…
I know plenty of “Niggas” that will cop it…
        Stop trolling…
Listen and nod your head, if not move on, no one is forcing you to listen to eminem.. you choose too… guilty pleasure for you i believe.. lol secret Em fans man lol.. Peace!

      3. HHAHAHAHA, dude you troll so many other songs on Hip Hop DX talking shit but one someone talks shit about ur fav artist you get all defensive. Put your pad in and deal with it loser.

    273. eminem was a bitch for a long time. whatever you muthafuckas think, eminem aint shit. in OAKLAND, we aint got no white feminem muthafucka trying to rap in here haha.

one thing about this faggot, he makes 14 out of 16 tracks about his fucking family, WHO THE FUCK DO THAT? fuckin boring fool, we dont give a fuck about his mom or daughter.

fucking sellout bitches fuck outta here

      1. Your whats wrong with this site and with America i sure hope your a troll or i feel bad for you ignorant clown

      2. So u speak for Oakland? No one in the city likes possibly the greatest rapper of all time? Your an Internet gangster with the screen name crip4life….feel free to shut the fuck up

    274. DMX trod the whole battle scene in NY, undefeated, really ran them streets with hip hop in his blood from a young age and showed people that he has a love for this art and is not with all the bullshit singles and radio shit people be putting out.

      In a Battle Dmx>>>>> Eminem

Albums Flesh of my flesh is his 2nd best album>>>>>>>>>>> any em album

Energy on the mic DMX>>>>>>. EM

Countless cla##ic verses, 4,3,2,1 and 24 hours to live, niccaz done started something, ruff ryders anthem >>>> any Eminem verse

      DMXs single >>>>>> ems singles

Dmx impact on the game >>>>>>> Eminem impact(Just made kids think cross dressing is cool)

X took the game out of the shiny era dolo and made ruff ryders that label..

Will continue to do better than em on Sony records.

      U heard it here first

      1. Who Cares!!!
DMX is irrelevant, to this song and to rap now…
DMX had some smash hits, and was at the top for a while..
        Em’s on his own level

      2. yeah thats why DMX drives a 78 plymouth station wagon and Em has enough money to buy his own island…….. hahaha DMX??? hahahahahahaha WHO????

      1. No one cares about Ja Rule, Ringtone rap is over with…
Eminem and 50 killed Ja Rules career…
Just listen to the song nod your head or don’t listen to it and move on…

      1. I hope by back you mean “bakc with new material”. Please don’t disrespect em’s legacy by making this out to be good, it is not.

    275. Nothing was the Same >> MMLP 2. Eminem is better than drake no doubt but the shit he’s put out the past 3 years is not better than drake’s shit if we are being perfectly honest.

      1. You can call drake a pussy and a fraud all you want. Ill never argue that drake is a better rapper than Eminem. But drake’s compilation of material over the past three years has been better than Eminems. And in terms of fraud, I can identify hundreds of Eminem lyrics where he talks about shit he’s never done so get off your high horse and stop being a fucking Stan. But I cant be mad at you, you obviously dont actually listen to rap and will dick ride an artist no matter what he puts out.

      2. You’re a real dumbass. Drake’s weak ass shit ain’t nothing compared to Eminem.

        MMLP2>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Nothing Was The Same

    276. I always argued that Eminem got love simply because he was mainstream hip hop that could appeal to the masses. With the amount of people supporting this garbage track I was right. I consider Em a pop artist. Either you listen to him out of respect for his early years, you are a white female, you live in the suburbs or are an angry teen.

      1. You couldn’t be more wrong. Come on he’s respected as one of the greatest by all other MCs and how the fuck is his music pop because he uses people like Rihanna on the hooks now? Because he sells lots of albums? Then all of hip hop is pop nowadays. He stays ripping tracks lyrically and rarely dumbs it down and he’s as big as it gets. Song is just ok but come on he’s one of the best ever hands down

    277. This song cannot be compared with any song with the original marshall mathers LP. I personaly dont like it , you bitches can be pissed how much you want, its my opinion. I like the hook thats all.

    278. A 3.79 review on an eminem song means it’s actually rated 2.5. Half the 5/5 just gave it cause it’s em. DO BETTER MARSHALL, WE NEED YOU, NOT THIS BULLSHIT.

      1. um, sorry when did haters’ opinions become more valuable than stans’ opinions? it’s all the same. a lot of haters rated 1 because it’s Em too, dum dum

    279. how do ppl hate relapse and recovery that much?!!?!? just because recovery was a massive success with a rihanna hooked single on it?? not his best 2 but they were awesome and multi plat, lyrically better than way most of da game. yall apparently only judged both cds by the singles and not da hard shit

    280. they werent wack at all people behind thier computers are spoiled stuck in the past faggots…guarantee nas tech nine jigga and all other elite mcs atleast liked the albums if not loved em. tech nine called em the BEST lyricist last year.. 2and 3 years after these “bad” albums

    281. this song honestly feels like its filled with satirical shots at bunch of different turn up songs that came out this past year. Shots at Future, mocking nicki minaj’s voice when he says monte carlo, and referencing bugatti when he says he woke up in a monte carlo. Not to mention the hook itself… so idk I like this track because it still has lyricism and you honestly have to listen to it more than once to really catch what he’s doing. It’s definitely a mixture of Eminem and Beastie Boys feel thats for sure

    282. Fuck what you say. I love this track. flow, beat, lyrics. People will always just find a reason to not like it. it has me excited for the new cd

      1. niggas is gonna forget all about your wack ass holy grail timberlake pretty boy fag shit once this hits if they already hadnt started to

      1. nigga fuck eminem. he a sellout cause he sold his soul to tha devil for fortune, money and fame. just like 98% of the mainstream rappers.

they all fake, FUCK em all.

        UNDERGROUND FOR MUTHAFUCKIN LIFE!

      1. Eminem himself would tell all you faggots in these comments that Pac was the greatest. This dude idolized Pac. Even if you want to go strictly by flow and vocabulary, Big Pun would fucking murder Eminem. Eminem is nowhere near the greatest.

    283. MMLP 10/10 (Classic)

      SSLP 10/10 (Classic)

      Eminem Show 9/10

      Infinite (8.1/10)

      Relapse (7/10)

      Recovery (6.1/10)

      Encore (4/10

    284. Suburban whites who don’t have the street IQ to know the difference between a C.O. and a policeman are still heartbroken that Ross doesnt know Pablo Escobar and that JayZ didn’t lose 92 Bricks.

The Streets and people who listen to music for entertainment don’t concern themselves with weather or not Dr Dre was ever a “Gangsta” or if Pusha T ever sold kilograms or if Snoop ever lived off the earnings of a prostitute….we listen to rap-music for the sound of the instruments and the slickness of the poetry.

Suburban whites listen to our music so they can live out a “Ghetto” fantasy through the lives of our rappers which is why they focus so much on what they perceive as real/fake or fabricated/authenticated…our music is their only means of getting a street education so they actually attempt to believe song lyrics are supposed to be biographical criminal confessions..

    285. FUCK KENDRICK LAMAR, J. COLE, 2 CHAINZ, ODD FUTURE, LUPE FIASCO, MEEK MILL, WALE, DRAKE, WIZ KHALIFA, BIG SEAN, KID CUDI, B.O.B, MAC MILLER, YELAWOLF, LAUGHTERHOUSE, MACHINE GUN KELLY, ASHER ROTH AND ALL THESE WACK FRESHMEN RAPPERS THAT SOLD THEIR SOUL TO THE DEVIL.
FUCK EMINEM, JAY-Z, 50, LIL WAYNE, KANYE WEST, DR. DRE, DIDDY AND NAS FOR MAKING SONGS WITH THOSE WACK RAPPERS.

KILL THE ILLUMINATI! THEY KILLED PAC, EAZY-E AND BIGGIE! ONLY DMX AND ROSS REMAINED THE TRUE WARRIOR FOR THE KILLUMINATI SOLDIERS!

LISTEN TO REAL MUSIC LIKE IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE, LOWKEY, K-RINO, DIABOLIC, APATHY, CELPH TITLED, VINNIE PAZ, SEAN PRICE, HOPSIN, MC JIN, NECRO, CANIBUS AND ALL THE REAL UNDERGROUND LEGENDS!

      1. your a lame hipster. listening to solely underground music is fine if thats your thing. but half of them artists are not good at all and dont know how to use their skills to make a decent song/album. c’mon jin and hopsin.

    286. white people want to tell story by their view they don’t want us to remind them how we suffer by their fault remenber we din’t land on the hood the hood landed on us everything his made for the white man to express himself and when us black man find something to expressed ourselve they try to take it away from us and when we try to claim it they say were racist were is the culture of hip hop white man took our african heritage when they brought us here and when we create another culture they want to take it away from us remenber when you know your culture your free by taking away our culture we got no identity the white man want to change our mentality cuz he think his ideology his better then our a rapper is a artist and when your a artist your the reflection of the society and what the mainstream is giving us is not the reflection of the world how can you pretend being a true emcee without talking a stand

    287. this shit is fuckin wack as fuck lol couldnt stop laughing when i heard this shit haha eminem fell off hard

      best 3 em albums

      slim shady lp

    288. this is the UNDISPUTED top 5

1.Big boi (Most consistent rapper alive)
      2.Rakim (Best flow)
3.Scarface (Real OG, King of the south)
4.Andre 3000 (killed every guest ft)
      5.DMX (realist rapper alive)

      1. “top 5 all time is easily; Nas Jay-Z Pac Big and Em”

lol, big is no where near the top5. just coz he’s dead doesnt make him top5

    289. Niggas dont realize Feminem was sent out as hip hop saviors by WHITE execs. But them white guys got yall young fag ass niggas to believe Em the goat. Plenty of black lyricists would kill Feminem on the mic but cuz all these white people and uncle toms love ridin Ems dick, he gets too much hype for wack shit now.

      Bawse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    290. Infinite 8/10
      Slim shady lp 10/10
      Marshall mathers 10/10
      The eminem show 10/10
      Encore 7/10
      Relapse 6/10
      Recovery 7.5/10

      1. really, you gave encore a 7/10 and infinite an 8/10 and recovery a….

ohh nevermind what I say will never get through to you

      2. I agree .. but encore 6.5/10 and recovery 8/10 .. that shit was smooth lyrics on point .. wasn’t the wacky shady but it was a dope Marshall

    291. read the lyrics to this shit. real talk there dope. funny & still lyricaly on point.
think about hearing him live with this song. shit would be crazy

      1. They do not suck, they’re obviously not on Em’s peak or his better side, but neither are ANY OF HIS SINGLES before this one, none of his first singles are EVER based on lyrical content

    292. LOL….Once Em,gets to see the fans response to his new music he will stay retired he doesn’t need the money … Not long now till all the old dudes retire ..Nas,Em,Jay,Wu,…Then it will be all bout Chief Keef,Titti Boi,Lil Twist

      1. Exactly once the legends leave hip hop it’s more or less dead

Of course there is underground rappers and one or two decent commercial artists .

But are they better than Nas,Jay,Em no i don’t think so .

Hip Hop has had a good run but it soon will be over .

Will people still be listening to that 2 chainz ,Rick Ross,Chief Keef album in 5,10, years from now ?

    293. EM went over your head. again.

the art of MC’ing mixed with Da Vinci and MC Ren.. and i dont mean Stimpy’s friend, bitch. been Public Enemy since you thought P.E. was gym, bitch.

      you bird-brained, baby. i ain’t call anybody Baby since Birdman..unless you’re a swallow.

      MMLP2.

    294. This is unbelievably wack, is this a joke? Did Eminem hire some wack ghostwriter to make all his songs for him? Even the instrumental sucks ass

    295. this is just trying something new beat his rock style he said it wanted to try new style in his next single but it just that song plus i bet the one dr dre did are sick as hell he did like 85 precent of the album beats with him cant wait for those tracks this rubin work -_-

    296. “The industry is a robber, my mental be really bothered
Not talkin to any callers, escape the clutch as a povert-ty
Close to my Momma, ain’t really close to my Father
The more I became a baller, the more I seen him get Fathered
Cause I don’t trust you enough to let you inside of my mind
And even if I let you in, couldn’t handle what you would find
I done been through serious times, and don’t care if you think I’m lyin
I was grown at the age of nine, wanted to get you out of a bind
I spent my savings to save you, tryna get you up out of jail
Had to sign that little paper, promisin you wouldn’t jump ya bail
But then what you do, jump ya bail-they want you, and want me as well
Then the day it happened to me, yeah I hated it-it was hell
And you had to know that I hate it, I hate it-I’m irritated
It’s loud and it’s getting crowded, my space is gettin invaded
No nachos but it was some vatos who said they don’t speak no English
I’m telling e’m make some room, and they lookin like “what you mean”
And it ain’t no such thing as team, when the janitor wanna take ya spot
You the one that’s on the bench watchin I’m the one who’s takin the shot
And I seen the hate on ya face, the moment you seen it drop
Even people that’s really close try to take ya down from the top
What about that little fan, tried to say that I had a baby
A baby, I ain’t even met her so it ain’t even a maybe
Plus her skin is caucausian-she tryin to reach me daily
A groupie, won’t be a lady-she’s obviously tryin to play me
It’s obvious she was crazy-only thing she could do
Is go find a stupid rich rapper that’s out there that she could screw
And now she feelin so stupid, and it shows what I said was true
If I plan to go sleep with a white girl, then I wouldn’t go sleep with you
So I keep sayin his name, and he say I say it in vain
He say the only time I call is when it’s some pain
Tried to mess with my little sis and I threw some salt in ya game
Cause I knew you was old enough to be one of our parents mayne
But a shame on you, a shame-you the only person to blame
When a twenty five person gang, tried to jump me and take my chain
I was the only person not wet, by the punches thrown in the rain
And I couldn’t hold any grudges, I said I forgive you mayne
It’s true that he had a temper, my Father wasn’t bein gentle
At night I would wake up to knockin, my Momma tryna get in the window
Turn on the TV, tryna act like I’m tryna play the Nintendo
The house done burned down forever and no longer sentimental
They livin and lovin life till his girl done fell off that bike
And he happened to still survive but his future don’t look as bright
I admit that I got mad at ya and wish we both could fight
When I knock on them Pearly Gates, just don’t tell me to take a hike”

    297. A lot of the feedback I’m seeing about “Berzerk” leads me to believe most people don’t have faith in the newly returned Mr. Mathers. I want to explain the song in the way I believe he means for it to be interpreted, although I think his plan was for people to not really understand the layout of it. I find the track to be more of a warning than it is a song….

1st verse- Shows us he still has it.

Now this shit’s about to kick off, this party looks wack
Let’s take it back to straight hip-hop and start it from scratch

Obviously talking about hip hop as “this party”, showing his disinterest.

I’m ’bout to bloody this track up, everybody get back
That’s why my pen needs a pad cause my rhymes on the raaaaaag

Wordplay out the ass, showing he is still capable of head scratchers. Bloody. Pen Needs a Pad. Maxi Pad. Rhymes on the rag. The Rag- term for a woman’s period. Just clearing this up for anyone that may have missed it.

Let’s bring it back to that vintage Slim,
The art of the MCing mixed with da Vinci and MC Ren
      And I don’t mean Stimpy’s friend

Brings out the ridiculous flow. Now after the first verse Em makes it certain that his intentions are to bring hip hop back to it’s origins… now let me move onto the 2nd verse.

Guess it’s just the way that I’m dressed, ain’t it?
Khakis pressed, Nike shoes crispy and fresh laced
So I guess it ain’t That aftershave or cologne that made them just faint
Plus I just showed up with a coat fresher than wet paint

Em’s presence in these bars, as well as the ones following including the “Bang Bang” line are clearly Slim making fun of the rap game, while spitting in a way that people will still find to be enticing. He didn’t just make it was clear that he was bringing it back to Hip Hop, and then talk about his clothes in a very materialistic “new-rappish” type of way for no reason. This is the exact opposite of taking it back to straight hip hop. And in fact this whole verse is. It rounds off with….

Slow it down, throw in the towel, t-t-towel toww
Dumb it down, I dont know how (huh-huh) how-how

Em, at the end of an intentionally awful verse, say’s he does not know how to dumb it down.

At least I know that I don’t know
Question is are you bozos smart enough to feel stupid, Hope so

Em wanted everyone to love this verse. Wanted everyone to think it was creative. Then he follows up the not knowing how to dumb down line with “at least I know that I don’t know”. This is where the warning comes in. I view the line “Question is are you bozos smart enough to feel stupid, hope so” one directed at everyone who enjoyed this verse. Basically saying I hope you’re smart enough to feel stupid when you find out, I was dumbing down here. You honestly and truly have no clue what is coming.

And the third verse I find to be simply an explanation of what we all knew was coming. That he is going back to slim shady..

“woke up in that monte carlo” going to parody the game’s hottest radio hits.
Going to call out celebrities (Kardashians, L.O), Go after rappers (future)

My take on the concept behind this song. I was worried about what was to come on MMLP2 after first hearing it, but after further analysis I couldn’t be any happier. And for everyone thinking this is a negative sign of what is to come on the album, all of his albums but Recovery featured a silly single that wasn’t at all like the rest of the album

      SSLP- My Name Is
      MMLP- TRSS
      TES- Without Me
      Encore- Just Lose It
      Relapse- We Made You

      1. The “Let’s take it back to straight hip-hop and start it from scratch” line has a double meaning:

-Start it from scratch means start over completely

-Start it from scratch also means most hip hop songs back then started out with the dj/producer scratching on the turntable before the song came on.

      2. This is great, and it doesn’t go into some ultra deep shit, it’s understandable and dope, people need to read this.

      3. Ayo its not that the message of the fuckin song is hard to understand…its that it sounds corny as fuck and isn’t good.

      4. You know what, don’t judge the album on this track, this might be too deep an analysis, even though there are a couple of nice lyrical points, its really not that deep. It’s just the ‘Without Me’ of this album, no real relevance to the album just a promotional pop track with better lyrics than most other pop tracks, but still unmatchable to the rest of the album (hopefully)

    298. I think that this song is very good and something fresh. If you think songs like when i’m gone and spend some time etc..those songs was all the same, boring beats and lyrics. Now I think that this upcoming mmlp2 will be something different and i’m sure that it works hard! That “horror-rap what Relapse was something new, but it didn’t work, but this right here is gonna be “The Album”!!

    299. YOWWW… can one o them yes men over at intescope tel em tht chipmunk voce sounds prepubescent???? like nigga stop makin uckin songs for ur lil daughters slmber arties yo… Ems dope. but this is NOT wtf people wanna ear when the name MMLP is mentioned at ALL…. since the em show,s theres been a lack of focus bone chillin topics and approaches. hope the whole shit aint DICK Rubins rehashed 80’s samples beats on everything. smh

    300. typo fix

YOWWW… can one o them yes men over at intescope tell em that chipmunk voice sounds prepubescent???? like nigga stop makin fuckin songs for ur lil daughters slumber parties yo… Ems dope. but this is NOT wtf people wanna ear when the name MMLP is mentioned at ALL…. since the em show, theres been a lack of focus and bone chillin topics and approaches. hope the whole shit aint DICK Rubins rehashed 80’s samples beats on everything. smh fan of the def jam early screaming same vocal approach acts. jus sayin. no yeasty boys for me

      1. Lol shut the fuck up and judge him when the rest of the singles and the album comes out, since when has Eminem’s first single ever been anything to do with the rest of the album?

      2. @lol, unless your going to make the “wait till the whole album comes out” for every album song on this site, then I think its fair to judge each song on it’s own and the album as a whole later.

      1. … TOO MUCH FANBOYS ALL AROUND THIS TRACK SUCKS AND CHIEF KEEF IS THE VERY BEST OF THE HIP HOP GAME A NEW ERA FANBOYS
CHIEF KEEF IS THE NEW ERA

      1. The verse sucks and I read the guys comments. We all know anyone can make an argument for anything. If only you all analyzed all other rappers shit the way you do ems. Stop being biased sheep.

    301. typical wack lead off single. the album is gonna tear niggas a new asshole the white boy is the greatest hands down too bad skin color will take away such a point smh racist ass niggas makin all us black ppl look bad and retarded

      1. You are clearly white and race baiting . Em is a legend fuck all the weak racist race baiting.

It’s all becoming a bit DULL & BORING now .. You are not being edgy and dangerous posting race baiting comments anonymously on a hip hop website ..lolz

      2. @ Jamal AKA ‘Cody’ yeah right you are black .You need to improve your social engineering game that last attempt was very poor !

    302. I haven’t heard a song this terrible in quite some time. The meh 80s beat, the shouting, the scratching, the obnoxious Elmo sounding hook that doesn’t fit the beat, the samples, the lack of substance, it’s all just too much for me. Eminem needs to stop…His last 3 albums were terrible and this is headed in that same direction. He was good for the early 2000s…Angsty, white, suburban, kids of that era loved him. But the 2000’s is where he should have stayed. He’s old now and can no longer complain about his mom or his ex girlfriend. He has nothing to rap about. I’m not impressed

      1. N.I. can be harsh sometimes, but he’s usually right and he is again. Em’s last 3 albums have been trash. And the fact that he’s making a sequel to MMLP at this point in his career shows that he really has nothing left to rap about.

      2. why would Eminem stop when he sells millions of records every album? Go listen to his old albums if you’re that upset about his new song.

      3. Maybe he would stop because at this point he cares more about what music he makes than money. Em never seemed driven by money to me.

    303. I thought this song was just ok, but after listening to it while reading the lyrics, I love it. It’s fun, goofy and clever. It has an old school vibe but still sounds current. Way better than most crap out right now. Good stuff.

      1. LOL —- These sort of symptoms are common for eminem fans the last 7 years. They will hear a garbage track and hate it. But then they will remember that they pledge their hearts to em and they will listen again, still hating it. After a few more listens the hate slowly turns to denial and soon they “like” the song. A few more listens after that and they are calling it “classic”

      2. Yes, we’re “retards” for calling out people who are forcing themselves to like this song. Thanks for exposing yourself, no one over the age of 16 uses “retards”

    304. I hope Em keeps making music like this. Each time someone supports this trash it exposes their true motives. Youre not here for rap, you’re not hear for hip hop, you’re not here for lyrics. You’re here for gimmicks to hate on Drake and to blindly dickride Eminem. This isn’t real hip hop, if you think it is you’ve been tricked.

    305. The awkward moment when people keep saying eminem is way different from mainstream hip hop and all he makes are mainstream pop/rock/rap fusion songs.

    306. Bad Ass Em ! Way out of your league in style and Was this single suppose to be a word toawrds Kendricks King of the apple comment towards Diddy and all you high end money making kings! but I do agree with Kendrick most rappers our into the money and forgot about what Hip Hop Is ! Em Remembers when not on drugs ! go Em !

    307. I remember when I first heard of Eminem and the only song I seen of his was, “My name is”. I thought he was a total one hit wonder and just a white boy trying to be funny because back then there weren’t any white rappers with skill. Little did I know he was going to turn out to be top 5 best rappers ever. Point is, his lead single is always a goofy song making fun of celebrities. Wait until the album drops! MMLP2!!!!

      1. And you must be retarted cuz you can’t read. Where did I say Em doesn’t have one classic song? He has lots of classic songs, but 95% of his singles are trash. Hence, no flawless classics.

      2. wtf is your definition of “flawless classic”? Lose yourself is a “flawless” classic imo. And he had plenty of other classic songs. He always starts out his albums with a pop-type song.

      3. Some of you guys are f#%king retards…LOL. Shitty, goofy singles is the reason why Em doesn’t have a flawless classic ALBUM. You know albums like Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, Illmatic, Ready to Die, Liquid Swordz. There’s no filler on those albums. Em has the talent to make one, but even his best albums have filler singles on them. And it’s true because I see a bunch of Em stans defending this saying he always puts out singles like this.

      4. or maybe your just not an eminem fan? MMLP and Eminem Show are both classics. MMLP had “the real slim shady” and Eminem Show had “Without me”, and they are both dope as fuck for radio singles.

    308. Can anyone name an Eminem single that was just like the rest of his album? anyone that is basing his current skill off of this single is a complete moron, he will eat your favorite rapper for breakfast.

      1. He will not wash eminem lol I would love to hear a nas and Em song, em has only gotten better since 2002..lol that’s funny u thought that 2002 was when he was at his lyrical peak anyone that says that doesn’t know eminem.

    309. mr. bang bang can you plz tell me how chief keef is better em is a legend and go do some research chief keef said himself eminem is his favorite rapper and he even knows he cant handle em even the game, mgk, kendrick lamar, lilwayne redman all said said in a interview em is the best so ya and he out sells chief keef by millions im not bhating on keef i like him a lil but dnt compare a legend to someone like chief keef give me whatever your on retard

      1. no he didnt Redman said he is ONE of his favorites, he’s always said LL Cool J, KRS-One and Mef are his favorite MCs

    310. Eminem new album is already leaked in private forums with quality 320kbps.
I reuploaded it and it’s ready for download.
Get it here: eminemmmlp2leaked.blogspot.c o m (remove spaces)

    311. this shit was WACK, dope beat but absolutely garbage rapping, mediocre grade school wordplay couple with weak delivery. Anyone who gave this a 5 star score is either a delusional stan or has no fucking clue about lyricism, I freestyle off the top harder than he spit on this shit.

Hop off dudes dick for a second and you’ll see he fell off fuckin years ago around his 3rd album, 98% of what came afters straight garbage

    312. wow just look at all the comments!! ANOTHER win for the white boy!! Eminem just can’t be beaten no matter how bad his songs are! 5 stars just for the hating trolls!

      1. I’m the first one to say Eminem is one of the top 20 MCs of all time.

I hope I’m wrong..

      2. you’re crazy if you think “Relapse” was a ‘great Eminem album’. It’s filled with corny punchlines like that and his voice is just awful these days. Everything from “Infinite” through his appearances on the “8 Mile Soundtrack” are great to classic. Everything after that has been wack except for his verses on 50 Cent’s “Psycho” and “Be Careful What You Wish For” – which was a bonus track for some reason

    313. Back in the day, Dre used to tell Eminem when shit was wack, so they did it over and ended up with classics. Now and days, who is going to tell Eminem his material is wack?! I guess the fans are!

    314. LOL, I love how people are saying that because this song has the most comments that’s a good thing. When half the comments are bad, and em is receiving ratings lower than 4 on a site full of aftermath dick riders (the song was on the front page for three days), that’s not a good thing. Miley Cyrus was the most talked about person on twitter this week, doesn’t mean it was positive.

      1. That is because haters don’t wanna get off is nut sack, go to iTunes and see where the song is at, impact pass impact

      2. eminem was a bitch for a long time. whatever you muthafuckas think, eminem aint shit. in OAKLAND, we aint got no white feminem muthafucka trying to rap in here haha.

one thing about this faggot, he makes 14 out of 16 tracks about his fucking family, WHO THE FUCK DO THAT? fuckin boring fool, we dont give a fuck about his mom or daughter.

fucking sellout bitches fuck outta here!!!!!

    315. Personally this is not a pop song, this is 80s rap, it has a rebel punk feel, and to the haters, just quit, you never gonna change anyone’s mind not to like a song, you are free to have your opinion, but if you must voice it, give constructive criticism instead of your usuall hate spew.

      1. This white boy used to be good, now all this nigga release is pop shit. Another album with Bruno Mars, Pink and Rihannas comin and of course all you white boys will snatch it up and say its the best thing ever cuz we all know only white boys buy his albums.

        Bawse!!!!!!!!!

      2. Sorry to disappoint dude, I’m black as they come, and I’m in my mid 20s, just the dumb ass response I expected, like I said come with a constructive criticism and not the BS you just said

      3. His career is over. Last album was straight ass. This shit will be nothin more than a bunch of pop songs with Pink, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna. Em yo time done pass son, new niggas the face of hip hop. Slip back into irrelevance with that monkey Curtis aka the snitch.

        Bawse!!!!

      4. THIS IS NOT 80S rap. And to the black dude saying he eas expecting constructive criticism, have u ever been on this website and read the comments? This isn’t the forum for constructive anything, either people are hating or they are dick riding. there’s no real middle ground with these stans.

    316. FUCK KENDRICK LAMAR, J. COLE, 2 CHAINZ, ODD FUTURE, LUPE FIASCO, MEEK MILL, WALE, DRAKE, WIZ KHALIFA, BIG SEAN, KID CUDI, B.O.B, MAC MILLER, YELAWOLF, LAUGHTERHOUSE, MACHINE GUN KELLY, ASHER ROTH AND ALL THESE WACK FRESHMEN RAPPERS THAT SOLD THEIR SOUL TO THE DEVIL.
FUCK EMINEM, JAY-Z, 50, LIL WAYNE, KANYE WEST, DR. DRE, DIDDY AND NAS FOR MAKING SONGS WITH THOSE WACK RAPPERS.

KILL THE ILLUMINATI! THEY KILLED PAC, EAZY-E AND BIGGIE! ONLY DMX AND ROSS REMAINED THE TRUE WARRIOR FOR THE KILLUMINATI SOLDIERS!

LISTEN TO REAL MUSIC LIKE IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE, LOWKEY, K-RINO, DIABOLIC, APATHY, CELPH TITLED, VINNIE PAZ, SEAN PRICE, HOPSIN, ROSS,DMX , NECRO, CANIBUS AND ALL THE REAL UNDERGROUND LEGENDS!

    317. Wayne boasts about his Blood Gang ties since 500 Degreez and he hasnt been checked or murked because he is RESPECTED in the Blood Gang commmunity.

Em has NO respect in the streets

      YMCMB!

    318. Eminem is good, but not as good as Wayne. Wayne KILLED him on “No Love” .

      1. Go back and listen again, eminem delivery and lyricism was way harder, is rappin fast style is part of his delivery, talking like anybody can rap fast, that is part of his quality

      2. What the hell did you just type??? Wayne wish he had the skills, and delivery of Em. Wayne is the most overrated, and hyped up rapper of our generation. It’s not even close…maybe Drake but damn Wayne fell off after the Dedication 2.

    319. I NOTICED SOMETHING, MOST OF THE COMMENTS ARE HATE AND THIS SONG IS THE MOST DISCUSSED. JUST FACE IT, YOU HATERS ARE MAKING EM EVEN MORE FAMOUS BITCHES

      1. Because this is a hip hop forum, I doubt that the more comments on here is making the song more famous. It’s a new eminem song, it’s going to sell and it’s going to get listens. but in no way does that make it good. That same hater argument can go to pop musicians like justin bieber, millions hate on him, he still sells, doesn’t mean his songs are good. Eminem’s new material is garbage. I don’t need him to be SLim shADY, but I do want to hear good musi and this isn’t it.

      1. Funny thing is he almost didn’t get into the rap game BECAUSE he was white. Now the tables has turned and it’s paying off.

    320. WTF IS THIS SMFH did he fuckin say bang chikawanwan hell nah go home don’t lose your credibility em please bro

    321. If this song is actually a part of his new album…..I don’t know what to say man… I feel really bad.

This song is a disappointment man. The beat is lame as it gets. Yeah, he switched his flow but this is Eminem and I hope this doesn’t make the cut and the actually album is exactly what Eminem’s music should be like. Class!

      2/5

    322. Haha. Making a song that makes everyone talk and start to doubt his process.

“Every CD critics gave it a 3, then 3
Years later, they’d go back and re-rate it
And call the Slim Shady LP the greatest
The Marshall Mathers was a classic
      The Eminem Show was fantastic
But Encore just didn’t have the caliber to match it
I guess enough time just ain’t passed, yet
A couple more years, that shit’ll be ill-matic”

      And, yes, before anyone else says it, I ride his dick {Jigga Laugh}

      1. I agree, critics are usually right the firt time – it’s years later they airbrush history because mainstream stans like u fuckup the zeitgeist…

the writer can suck a dick.MMLP is was a 4 star album. It still has 20% corny ass pop songs on it.

      2. What? Come on thats bullshit. MMLP was one of the rawest and hardest rap albums of all time and he still sold millions that makes it pop? His genius is how he always made commercial funny first singles that will appeal to everyone. He’s one of the few who still did and said whatever he wanted on his albums and rarely dumbed it down. He’s got 3 classic albums and MMLP got great reviews when it dropped only a few critics didn’t want to give it praise because of the offensive shit and controversy that went along with the album

    323. I do not see why people are freaking out. Eminem is choosing to go against the flow and reinvent himself. This song is unlike any other commercial release in the last few years. He is creating something that stands out against the onslaught of current rap music. Wait until the album drops.

      1. Your right but this site has become full of close minded rap fans who wouldn’t understand that and the comments are full of trolls who have nothing better to do. Em actually gets less hate then most of the other top rappers on this site

    324. 3 stars..i like the hook.lyrics was weak.white people gone eat it up.lets go back to all eminem releases..always puts out a weak ass lead off..the real slim shady, without me, etc etc..this is really nothing new..still the best MC of all time.if not aa close 2nd to hov.

      1. Be real with yourself bruh. Jay only had 3 or 4 good albums (Reasonable Doubt, Blueprint, Black Album, and American Gangster) out of his entire discography which has 12 solo albums and 17 if you include the joint albums he did….that’s just sad man (yes I took the time out of my day to actually look it up lol). Stop following the crowd and saying Jay is the best rapper to ever grace a mic. You lying to yourself

      2. FUCK JAY U DONT NEED HIM

I DONT CARE IF HE CAN SELL WATER TO A WHALE

MOMENT OF CLARITY WAS DOPE THO

        BIRDMAN SWALLOWS

    325. Throwing up the devil horns covering one eye, portraying the all seeing eye. Come on EM! Fuck.. oh well, I should’a knew it haha..

Anyone who comments on this needs to know that Em is a puppet for the illuminati. Listen but don’t take in.. Be vigilante peeps. PeaCe. And if you think I’m lying, where the fu*k have you been! Lol Read up biznitchez

      1. Yeh cause I’m sure the 1,426 BILLIONAIRES in the world really need a guy worth maybe 100 million to be there puppet…with that much money u dont need to sneak around homie, u do what the fuck ya want.

      2. By the way…those 1426 people..have about 5.6 trillion dollars between them. Thats more then the GDP of any country by far. Your opinion makes no fuckkin sense

      3. its called they use people like eminem to fill there music with negative messages and brainwash the up and coming youth… how many children are going to listen to old white billionaire…hmmm
you see you just think your a smart ass but really you’re an ignorant prick

    326. You people realize this is over a decade after the original LP? Of course its gonna be different. If you can’t appreciate this new stuff, don’t listen, don’t comment. Em did his thing. This albums gonna be good. Go ahead, call me a stan .. haha

      1. So you soft ass stans can’t take that a majority of people are gonna think this song’s trash? Ayo the Beastie Boys should sue this dude for making their style sound terrible.

      2. “a majority of people are gonna think this song’s trash?”

        AVERAGE USER RATING: 3.73

        464 people have voted.
5 is the most popular ranking.
263 people gave it a perfect five

        Yeah, take a seat.

    327. man yall really think his whole album gonna be like this single? He just having fun, and its a decent song.. I didn’t like my name is, the real slim shady, etc.. But the albums was classics… he straight

    328. I’d like to see other rappers spit to this. See if they are even able to… Prob not many can. Dude is showing off

    329. Everyone has criticized Eminem for making pop songs and becoming a ‘pop artist’.

      Wake Up.

This is as hip-hop as it gets. The origins of the genre.

      1. No Anonymous the fact that you don’t recognize that this beat is in the essence of throw back hip-hop shows that you are a new era fan!!!

      2. Did you lot forget about Sugarhill gang or something? Sure the lyrics were simple but thats when it got POPULAR.

      1. @yourdad GTFOH. real talk the internet is the only reason u talk like that u punk. he didn’t say thing to stanish.

    330. When it has to do with Eminem everyone is a critic/hater… it’s funny man… the song is cool with me its like a song to get drunk and party too ya digg..
But all imma say is Drake is pop too…. he sigs too much has not evolved as an artist everything is still the same but seems to put out some nice songs.. not hating just stating facts…
But as far as people that dislike this song posting on here, YOU ARE NOT FORCED TO LISTEN TO IT…LOL… and you must like what this guy has done or is about to do or you wouldnt waste time talking trash you would move on to a different song…

    331. This site is full of trolls now and some of you don’t understand what he’s doing with this record he’s done it his whole career funny fun first single and this track is meant to completely go against the trends in hip hop nowadays and if you don’t like the shit then who cares he doesn’t have to do another song in his life and he’s still one of greatest

    332. This track is iight. I fox wit EM he’s a true EMcee. There isn’t a lot of EMcee’n out there these days. I hope this new album brings that outta him, some sh!t like that track “biterphobia”. I’m not feelin that thumbnail pic promoting satanism tho, c’mon man. I know ppl eat that shit up but it’s everywhere now and ppl, mostly kids are going to follow in the footsteps. My ppl do not need no more bs we need some “edutainment”.

    333. this song got 20k plays. you know why? because he’s the best goat! imo the song survival is better but anyways I don’t think Em would give the new album the title MMLP2 if it wasn’t going to be dope!

    334. the ‘its just a single’ excuse doesn’t make the song any better! too dissapointed to know what to say

    335. I see how this will appeal to a lot of people. Bringing that old puffy remix stuff back first may be what he needs to do a last album (please)

    336. this is a decent song. it’s just as good as my name is, the real slim shady, without me, etc. his funny radio songs never are anything that special. they’re catchy and fun but not like they represent his skill set in any way. his other songs always kill his initial singles. out of his radio songs, this is one of the most upbeat and catchy. this is going to get a shitload of radio play, like an absolute shitload. the album i’m sure will be good like all of them are but i do hope he gets back to producing more of his own beats. he always did those simple but raw as fuck beats where he just killed it. like some article on here said, dre is just a marketing name. most of his big hits don’t have dre on them.

    337. THIS SHIT IS…WACK!!!

kindergarten level wordplay, weak delivery, mediocre rhyme schemes

only thing decent was the beat and anyone saying otherwise is fucking delusional and that isn’t opinion its a straight fact. You can claim “opinion” on whether you perceive it as “dope” or “wack” but NOT when it comes down to the technical aspects and if any of you delusional stans wanna argue that then post examples of sick wordplay or dope rhyme schemes from within this verse

of course you wont, you’ll respond in your usual corny manner because you can’t counter that argument with actual examples to support your retarded dick ridery and it’s YES MEN like you why Eminem will never be as great as he could be

Got ’em still on the fence whether to pick it
But quick to get it impaled when I tell ’em stick it
So sick I’m looking pale, oh that’s my pigment
‘Bout to go ham, ya bish, shout out to Kendrick
Let’s bring it back to that vintage Slim, bitch!
The art of MCing mixed with da Vinci and MC Ren
        And I don’t mean Stimpy’s friend, bitch
Been public enemy since you thought PE was gym, bitch

        Kindergarten wordplay??

I guess nobody ever taught you to never go full retard..

      1. Em got 2 classics easily ; MMLP + Eminem Show. Some consider SSLP classic..but its whatever

        Em lyrically DESTROYS X

        Em sold more records

and X is my nigga. not bashing him, but c’mon now…lets be real

      1. oh shut the fuck up.. its black ppl that make it a race thing with him and ppl think its whites dick riding him…its really teh blacks doing the opposite for the same exact racial reason stop being a fuckin idoit

      2. that’s a very white person thing to say. eminem clearly (by his own admission), like miley cyrus, like macklemore, used black culture and made it “safer” for white people to relate to. before miley was twerking, strippers the same age with no money were and no one cared. nicki did and no one cared. white people would look and think “that’s trash” until now…every no ass chicks mom is tryna twerk it out with her feet on the wall.

think about it for more than 10 seconds. all of the biggest entertainers of the last 2 centuries at least have been white people who took black music and made it their own…or there was that ONE black guy who looked and sounded “white.” from blues to rock to now. black people support black people because all we see is white people supporting white people and white support means A LOT more in America. tay swift, miley, both justins (yes even boyfriend has it’s roots in black music), robin thicke, elvis, the beatles, i could go on all day, but im sure you’ll argue that lets say…the beatles…are not black music. some of it is not (when I’m 64), but others are clearly ethnic (michelle, hard days night) and all the black people i know love eminem anyway. this song is still some cut.

that being said…it’s all been done before. at this point white people have learned to imitate well enough that it should almost just be a human thing and not a black thing. it stems from the fact that white people used to have no rhythm at all. many even today cant dance to a syncopated beat, it’s so ugly. you’re getting better though. now you can take lots of offense to my true statements.

tl;dr – just wrong. go to sleep.

      3. COULDN’T HAVE SAID IT BETTER MYSELF!!!!!

(oh shut the fuck up.. its black ppl that make it a race thing with him and ppl think its whites dick riding him…its really teh blacks doing the opposite for the same exact racial reason stop being a fuckin idoit)

      4. Chris im not even white bro and i think what you just said is ridiculous. It is true that white people will getm ore credit for doing something than a blak person does i agree, its sad but its true. But this does not deny the fact that eminem is still the greatest lyricist in the game right now, he makes shit music but his true talent is in his lyrics, end of story

    339. I don’t know if that picture is new or old but it is clear that eminem’s allegiance is to Satan, the Devil, Baphomet, whatever you want to call it. The devil horns placed on his forehead, the all seeing eye. It doesn’t get more blatant than that. I knew he sold his soul a long time ago, but always hoped he would turn back to the light, this picture says not so much.

      1. tbh it’s really neither. When has any post 2010 pop song ever sounded like this, it still sounds more towards the 80s sound, but with poppy basic lyrics, especially for Ems standard.

Its just another Just Lose It, just hope the album isn’t another Encore.

      1. People wake up, street hip hop (biggie, 2pac, big l , jeezy, meek ) any rapper that reps the streets, YES even 50 will have more respect than these lyrical cats, because hip hop IS the streets, and if the streets aren’t feelin it, than it doesn’t matter how versatile you are, wack is wack no matter what and kids from the burbs need to stop givin this shit 5 stars!

      2. hip hop is poetry you ignorant fool, it may have originated from the streets, but that doesnt mean they have to keep it “street” or only dudes frmo the “street” can say whats dope or not lol. Meek? really? hes bout as mainstream as they gett, hes hip pop. This is not a good song i get it. Em has bars for days but it seems like he cant make good songs anymore. has nothing to do with this “street” shit youre talking about, get outta there

      3. what he is trying to say is that if you not talking bitches, and money then it isnt hiphop, if you not banging shells, its not street, if you dont have 3 or 4 baby mamas then it dont matter… what he is trying to say is that hes dumb as fuck and has no education because he stay in the streets, nigga, u keeping it real though, fucking real stupid…

      4. Eazy-E kept it so real and sick that he died and overdosed on AIDS. Don’t fuck with the corporation executives y’all.

Tupac was about that Thug Life and kept it so street that he got clapped in the streets of Las Vegas. Biggie and Big L were so big in the streets, they got clapped in the NYC nigga.

Chief Keef is so fucking street, he released baby gangsta tears when he found out he was going to the little kids’ slammer for 30 days. Keeps it so black that he has bad credit, doesn’t pay rent on time, gets no education, and never shows up on time. Keeps it 3hunna, just like Gucci Mane when he slappin’ bitch ass hoes.

DMX kept is so real he did crack and went into the slammer 69 times, 69 places, 69 different positions.

Too Short kept it so real he ran from the cops while under the influence. He’s a player.

50 Cent kept it so real and kept his bitches in check, his ass got checked and charged with domestic violence.

Lil Wayne keeps is so real, he’s able to be a Blood, Crip, and a Punk Rocker all at once (doesn’t get realer than that shit). He also performs homoerotic hood rituals with Birdman every weekend. That shit is fucking trill.

Meek Mill keeps it so street, he fucks with a former officer to get him off the streets. William Roberts meating Robert Williams. Street connections baby.

I mean, when does keeping it real ever go wrong……..?

    340. this song has no rhythm….the lyrics are cool i suppose…but it lacks rhythm…but I got that’s nothing new for a white man.

    341. most of these rappers aint real niggas.

      BAWSE!!!!!!

    342. i dont understand you people, is that all you do is complain? dont like this track then fuck outta here, dont judge the album based off this one song (which btw is a foolin around single like always) music has changes cant stay the same forever and if anybody knows how to switch it up a little bit its Eminem, all you other rappers spittin the same fucking boring line/bar like it for what it is. THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME IS BACK! buy the album u pussy fucks wont be disappointed

    343. Eminem hurt the soul of rap music by opening up the fanbase to weirdos and nerds. After his success, there was no longer a need for urban relativity in rap.

    344. I think the album will pull through but i’m not liking this at all. it reminds me of a poor attempt at a run dmc beat from the 80s>

hopefully it doesn’t make the album. but i’m still buzzing for MMLP2

    345. YA’LL JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP AND ENJOY THE MUSIC. CAN’T BELIEVE UNTIL NOW HATERS ARE STILL DICKRIDING EM WITHOUT EVEN NOTICING IT. IF YOU’RE A FAN, THEN ENJOY. IF YOU’RE A CRITIC, STATE YOUR OPINION AND DON’T BE HATER. IF YOU’RE A HATER, WELL GTFO!!

    346. I’m not sure how I feel about the track, but if Em can find himself in terms of content and beats, he still has it. Lyrically he is still talented, but I think he still needs that spark for an album.

    347. WHAT IS HE SAYING, REMAINS UNKNOWN BY PERSPECTIVE AND NOT JUST SPEECH. VERY WELL EMINEM CONTINUES TO RAP. I THOUGHT HE WOULD BE TRAINING NEW ARTISTS, OR PERSONS. OH WELL…

    348. He’s still got dope lyrics. I’m just not feeling his screaming style. It sounds sorta forced to me. If this is gonna be THE Marshall Mathers LP 2, he needs to take it back to his smooth relaxed flow. Otherwise this will just go down as a marketing ploy.

    349. THIS IS NOT GREAT AT ALL…. TELL EM TO DO WHAT HE DOES BEST…. SPIT FROM HIS SOUL… WAIT….. THE PIC SUGGEST THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE….SMH

    350. the whole album won’t have this feel to it. this is like a tribute to the Beastie Boys. MCA from the Beastie Boy died last year

    351. What did I just listen to? Did em just lose it? hahahahaha. get my corny joke about another one of his corny songs? Will the real slim shady please stand up cuz the rap game is doing fine without him. I hope he lets kendrick renegade him instead of having girls and lil wayne on his album.

      1. My Name Is was a corny single. Nobody liked it when it came out, but the album was completely different.

So was The Real Slim Shady and Without Me, but by then people had understood his single was not reflective of his album, it’s usually the second single that’s actually reflective.

        SSLP: Role Model
        MMLP: The Way I Am
        TES: Cleanin’ Out My Closet

Don’t judge his necessity in the rap game by his first single,

      2. It was a cornball single just like this one. All the mainstream audiences ate it up like they’ll eat up this one. But no true hip hop heads thought anything much of Eminem when My Name Is came out

      3. ^my nigga, u needa understand, niggas wasnt feelin ‘my name is’ back in 99, niggas i ran with been playin that big pun, wu tang, big l, biggie, 2pac, public enemy, nas, mobb deep, kane, busta rhymes, tribe called quest, rakim, niggas was on that cold shit, u understand me? niggas heard corny white boy and they was like ‘nigga, the fuck?’ at first but then the nigga eminem solidified his shit in the game

all a nigga need in life is a fat blunt, niggas who r down and a gang of hoes who r willin to ride wit yo ass, put on that music, mufuckin hip hop my nigga, and vibee

        peace my niggas, one love

    352. Not feeling this at all.. whats with his voice and yelling etc? Didnt listen to any of his music since I was a kid growing up to the MM LP. Not debating his skill factor just not into his music.

      1. People keep complaining about Em yelling, go listen to MMLP again, he yells on plenty of shit.. Kill You, Amityville, Remember Me, Kim, Criminal, The Way I Am. Idk

    353. i c wat u did marshall, i c u in the beginin of my video beggin me to shake ur hand dawg just shake ur hand and i did , its good to see i inspired you to get your shit back on track and hit the streets with some release cos thats what i do cant see tears in the rain dawgg

    354. the track decent for a single. Its diff. I dont know what im gonna expect from eminem on his new album. Hopefully its decent. I actually like Recovery was amazing but it was a solid album.

    355. – Great beat, Rick Rubin won.
      – Hook is awesome too.
      – The verses are terrible however. Sounded like Em was experimenting somewhat with this one.

No doubt a solid single from Em anyway..

      Song: 8/10

    356. Yo this shit is DOPE. Em killed it – no doubt. And y’all just tripping cuz this doesn’t sound like your 2 Chainz (a fuckin’ joke btw), Weezy and them? Fuck outta here….. Patiently waiting for #MMLP2

      1. lol what? The highest selling Cash Money artist right now is that skank that died her hair pick nicki or whatever? lol how u gonna claim they are better when some bubblegum music skank is there highest seller?? haha People willbarely remember lil wayne is 20 years…but Eminem will still be called a GOAT. Don’t believe me..check out this site. http://www.eminemalbum2014.com

    357. I agree when people say this song is a big cornball but to be honest it’s more dope than what people have been releasing lately. And compared to em’s old releases, this one is weak.

    358. so lame i hope the album sounds nothing like this. Ever since I heard that shitty slaughterhouse album i’ve lost some faith in him as a creator and producer of music. 1/5

      1. Your comment is lame! You must just listen to the beat on songs. I agree this is not one of Em’s best, but Slaughterhouse is bunch of lyricist, which rap/hip hop has been lacking….content.

      2. THe fact that you think hip hop is lacking lyricist just means that you don’t really listen to rap music, I bet you think the only rappers now a days are chief kief and trinidad james, cut the bullshit argument that there are no lyricst in the game, there are many and their lyrics are better than em’s on this song.

      3. @anothony jones
you just contradicted yourself in your own comment. If you think wtoh was lyrical other than hammer dance, YOU are the one listening to only beats

    359. …-___- they say it grows on u… so I left it alone for a week came back n listened again… STILL NOT DOPE n im a huge em fan by the way. I just hope… I pray to god that this isn’t the theme of his album cuz he duz do that from time to time… I agree wit the article on this site completely. lk I said on my first comment for this pg. He has a lot of ppl he has to put in their place loaded lux called him out, Kendrick n schoolboy q think they’re the best, all these self proclaimed kings, gods, n lords like I said he has to really show up on this project. Eminems a solid bet but if he pulls thru on this project he cements himself as the best rapper/lyricist/writer/freestyler in the game black white brown yellow wutever.

      1. No way, he’s last 3 albums we’re garbage a good album this time does not cement him in anything, but it saves him from falling

    360. When are y’all going to admit that em feel off lyrically, these lyrics are no better than dedication 5, smh em is way better than this

    361. The Now:

      i smell hip hop revolution

      1. anon..you realize he typically has about 20 songs on each of his cd’s right? 18 isn’t that many…but this clearly isn’t the track list..this is some moron that wasted at least 30 minutes of his life typing up a very fake intricate track list lol

    362. talking to one mother fucker turn around for a sec turn back around.guy put on a 666 rabbit mask start chaseing mother fuckers out the shit

    363. Get’s better every time i listen too it. Stop hating this new album will be a BIG SCARY MONSTER RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

    364. HONESTLY I LIKE EM BEEN A FAN FOR YEARS JUST KNOW THAT ONE SINGLE DOESN’T DETERMINE HOW GOOD YOUR ALBUM I DONT LIKE THIS RECORD BUT KNOW THE ALBUM IS GONNA BE GOOD.

      1. Sadly the first single is usually a good indication of what the album is gonna be like. Especially for Interscope artists. I bet Em will change the name of the album and say the MMLP2 was never gonna be the title and was just a rumor, but really it was a publicity stunt to get everyone excited about it

        this song is fucking horrible

      2. Eminem’s first single is never any indication of what the album’s gonna sound like. He always releases a corny as fuck pop single as his first single, and his album sounds completely different (bar Recovery).

    365. why do i like this song a bit. not the real slim shady(his best single ever), but its okay 4 now i guess. already have money to buy mmlp2, going platinum 1st week

    366. Geez, devil worshipping much…. Eminem is a great rapper. But his satansim has taken over!! Just look at that picture. Devil horns?? One eye??? Wow what happened to marshal mathers.

This cat is a real lucifarian illuminati puppet!!

      1. he’s been doing this shit since the fuckin 90’s man…are you serious? it’s not some illuminati bullshit conspiracy, it’s just entertainment. if you’re taking any of his devil humor seriously, then…he’ll kill YOU lmao…he’s always been into satanic sadistic humor…never heard the cd devils night from d12? plenty of this same type of shit going on from start to finish…same with his first two mainstream albums and definitely on relapse.

    367. It’s a nice time for Aftermath. 50 just “leaked” a hot song, Kendrick’s doin his feature thing, and Em’s got a very strong single out.

      1. Em give it up…you only out sell every rapper out there…em give it up…your only the highest selling artist of the decade..em give it up…lol ignorant comment by another ignorant hip hop fan. Here is a good em site for anyone that wants to check it out.

        http://www.eminemalbum2014.com

    368. 1. Survival
      2. Over
      3. To The Extreme (feat. Ad-Rock)

      16. Proof
      17. Curtains

    369. Its time for a change for years the Ja rule comments were flooding this site but that has changed now. At one point it was funny but now it got old and people automatically just disregard comments about ja rule. It has gotten to the point where its so repetitive that even hhdx moderators delete the comment. THE JA RULE ARMY IS FINISHED JA RULE HAS BEEN IRRELEVENT. Its time for a new beggining its time for the GUCCI MANE ARMY TO RISE AND ASSEMBLE. From now on i expect comments to be about BIG GUWOP GUCCI MANE. Because GUCCI MANE is the realest nigga and he deserves respect for being the ONLY nigga saving gangster rap and being a real nigga in the rap game. GUCCI MANE ARMY ASSEMBLE!!!!!!

    370. You can debate whether Em is as sharp as before with his lyrics, but he still rides a beat like no other. And this beat he’s riding is on some arena shit.

    371. beginning to hate this site you hate on this single yet you people have a hard on for a eddie murphy ft snoop track thats actually terrible?

dont matter what eminem releases it can be fire and you drake ross wayne kanye dick riders will hate on it because hes better then ur fav

if there was a vid of wayne sucking kanyes cock with ross shitin on drakes chest you would all rate it a 5/5

      fuck off

      1. eminem only sold records to the little 12 year hoes and whiteboys. fuck em all.

also, FUCK ja rule, FUCK 50 cent, FUCK lil wayne, FUCK soulja boy, FUCK the WHOLE mainstream and radio MUTHAFUCK em all.
underground n old school until da real mainstream shit be back like da 80s-90s.

        westside, MOB, bay to LA!!!!!!!

    372. eminem was a bitch for a long time. whatever you muthafuckas think, eminem aint shit. in OAKLAND, we aint got no white feminem muthafucka trying to rap in here haha.

one thing about this faggot, he makes 14 out of 16 tracks about his fucking family, WHO THE FUCK DO THAT? fuckin boring wigger, we dont give a fuck about his mom or daughter.

fucking sellout bitches fuck outta here

      1. nigga, im from Oakland, where the fuck u stay bruh? speak for ur muthafuckin self bitch ass nigga wit yo limited ass view of Oakland, niggas like u aint got no respect

      2. hey yo real, ur acting like a tough guy on the internet…oakland could suck my cock, and so could your whore of a mother. and thats why eminem sells records, ur mom sells blow jobs

    373. Not gon pass judgement on this new music just yet. But I’m not really feeling this song. The thing that I look forward to with this album is the production, b/c you can’t go wrong with Dr. Dre. But the Marshall Mathers LP is a classic hip-hop album, and Eminem’s best work IMO. It had a crazy impact on pop culture, and was one of those albums you can sit with from front to back. Not too many of those going around nowadays. So he’s setting some real high expectations with this title MMLP2. We’ll just have to wait and see. 3 out of 5

    374. I was at a bar they played this, didn’t even make it halfway through the song before the dj went to the next, shit is trash, and no this is not old school hip hop either.

    375. I don’t really get why people are hating on this song. Each verse is awesome, especially the first. The hook is great. The beat is really sweet, and overproduced, but it works. It’s a goofy song but way better than his usual first singles.

After seeing the clip of the music video, I think people will get into it even more when the whole thing is released.

      1. “Its a goofy song” When is this cornball going to get back to rapping. if you take away the fact that Shady has always had great flow, his substance and even lyrics on here are subpar at best

    376. Eminem is a pop/rock artist at this point. Don’t call this trash hip hop and don’t call it 80’s hip hop cause he rhymes like the beastie boys, shit is far from the beastie boys or 80’s hip hop.

    377. find out why nba and nfl throw around that orange ball with goose bumps and white and brown foot ball find out what type of ppl their trying to get at other news later.

    378. Why is this song always on DX’s front page with the other stuff that just got released? This came out like three weeks ago.

      1. Just call me Richard, cause I’m a dick
It’s also Richard cause I feel like you should
Pry your fucking mouth up off of it
I said just call me Richard, cause I’m a dick
You ain’t gotta be no detective to figure out I’m a dick
When I hold my privates it’s your first clue, Sherlock, prick!
        Just call me Richard

    379. If you know hip hop this song will grow on you and you’ll experience a feeling of real hip hop…anybody got somthin to say about Eminem has no real hip hop influence, when that album comes out he will rip u a new asshole

    380. I think people have forgot “Eminem is one of the best rappers alive” Hands down…you think he doesn’t know what he’s doing, you must be smokin that good crack

      1. Sorry buddy this is rap music and real rap fans give all due respect, the fact that Em is one of the greatest ever doesn’t mean shit about judging one of his bad songs, I don’t just give rappers passes because I like their music. Be fair, this is not good.

    381. this shit is wack. just because he is doing a tribute to the beastie boys doesn’t mean it’s good. i’m a eminem fan for the most part, but he’s the biggest HIP POP artist of all time. You could make a legit argument about it being HIP HOP before eminem and HIP POP after him. macklemore said it best, casual white fans made hip hop wack.

      P.S. Fuck the Stans!!

      1. Well I don’t ever expect Eminem to sound the way he did in 2000.

the same way I don’t expect Paul McCartney to sound the same way he did when he was in the Beatles.

Like McCartney, Eminem earned his legendary status without having to die, so any song from him is welcomed

    382. It’s no way he’d make mmlp2 if he knew he didn’t have some great material in store… hey got some heat in store…

    383. Men:
Jay Z is the best rapper ever. I mean his really is… MCHG is the best album this year if you really understand the words put together in the album. Hov is the only rapper saying what he does and what his going to do and you see him do them.. Rap is a funny genre of music and jay embodies it and says it in his rap a long time before now just happens a lot of you blacks are just so lame to realize what his was saying, guess you all now understood him now that you’re older which is a good thing now you don’t want to dance but get bread. Lol how a lot of fake rapper came your way and sold fake attitude to you all, posing with guns in their album cover and other horrible things to prove they are real as the cover gets and most of them were your favorite rapper… I wonder what you fools listen to now they are no more. I mean DMX, Ja rule, Game, Camron, Dr, Dre Snoop, Xzibit, Fat Joe, Nas, Buster, Twister, Lox, Eminem, Kurrpt I can go on and on with this new cats rapping their lame ass off saying nothing. But we Hov fan will have him all season till you fools are no more. I listen to him because his the best, realist and here to stay. Other rappers and their fans are visitors like Hov said.

      This song is straight wack!

      1. Because it contains what you, your father and your kids to come can’t achiev in life… You sucker nigga and a low lifer.

Fear is your only God, get y’all to fear me is my only job.

Bulletproof glass, glass roof like the Pope
Bulletproof love, Niggas down since the yolk
Bitch asked if I was God
Fuck I’m supposed to say, “no”
You already seen me turn a man to a G.O.A.T.
You already know what I could do with the coke
Drop it in the water, made it disappear
I made it reappear, I had that bitch on a rope
I make my roof get ghost
Bottom grill, I make my tooth get gold
All the shit did, I wasn’t supposed to live
        Hallelujah Hov
Wasn’t for the ‘caine wouldn’t be able
Wasn’t for the bread, probably be dead
        Best friends become ya enemies
        Niggas’ knives are double-edged

    384. eminem TALKS ABOUT KILLING HIMSELF and RAPING WOMEN and killing chopping up woman AND KIDS and BEING A PEDOPHILE, EMINEM is trash just like MILEY CYRUS IS TRASH but the white population refuse’s to let them go trying to make them more than what they are… All he does is goes to the studio makes songs and dissing people from his studio then cries about how people hate him because he is white…He is trash just like his label…And trust me im far from a “hater’…

    385. you idiots must not know Eminem’s formula by now.

      1) create a buzz with a pop type of record and dis a few celebs two months before the album drops.
      2) few weeks b4 the album drops, release another banger that blows all of the haters away that hated on the first song.
      3) release the album with 3-4 classics.

      haters gon hate!

    386. Em is channeling almost every other white rapper in the game on this song, not a huge fan of this song, but I appreciate the originality its better than having to listen to another rapper trying to sound like Jay or Wayne or one hit twerking wonder

    387. eminem is the greatest rapper if you no his shit you would no that no 2 albums were the same mmlp n emienm show were simliar but differnt in my ways emienem show was way deeper. no matter wat he does he does it to the max this is great song bringing hiphop back if it werent for this we wont have anything today!

    388. Took a few listens, but I really feel this song. Kinda wacky or whatever, but I really like the second verse, and the beat has really grown on me. Rick Rubin knows his biz.

    389. THIS AIGHT..HE ALWAYS MAKES RETARDED 1ST SINGLES WHEN HE’S ABOUT TO DROP A CLASSIC..CHANNELED THE BEASTIE BOYS ON THIS SONICALLY….

    390. damn the last 4 bars of the second verse are nasty…….I think he wrote that shit for all you scrubs who judge em on his first single’s

    391. Random topicRemember Ems worst album Encore. Well, the album shouldnt of sounded that bad. Check out this site. It has an interesting twist on the album. It also tells how to download how the album should of sounded. It will give ya something to listen to until MMLP2 drops. Check it out
      http://www.eminemalbum2014.com

    392. man I hope this album isn’t overly compressed like his last one. probably will be, rick ruben ruined Metallica’s last album doing the same thing, this track sounds too loud, overly compressed.

    393. this track is a mess, em to me is either amazing or way off and this is way off, his half singing is garbage and what is he doing with his voice, i understand a little head nod to the beasties but MCA be like looking down thinking, why listen to this when you can listen to Rhymin & Stealin or Brass Monkey or No Sleep Till Brooklyn, all better than this “effort”, seems like he is trying too hard…all over the place with this one and nowhere near the mark. i expect almost genius from him when you think of Soldier, Till I Collapse, Square Dance, Role Model, Mosh, American Psycho etc etc…this is a pale cpmparison to that genuine lyrical genius…2 stars

      1. your fucking mouth, eminem is doing whwat he wants and not whatever everyone else is telling him to do. Hes the best. so suck a dick

      1. Actually, that song showed they were on different levels, see the first 3 verses of that song were all on similar levels, Em’s verse was so, so far ahead of Kanye, Drake and Wayne’s verse.

    394. Eminem raps fast, shouts and does multiple syllables every verse, to hide the fact that his lyrics are simplistic and he has nothing to rap about anymore…When you read Eminem’s lyrics on paper they are very one dimensional and often, just nonsense….People tend to overlook the lyrics because of the flashy delivery…But he’s not really saying anything. And I know the white boys are going to get mad at me for saying that..But you know in your heart it’s true…

      1. if you say Em’s lyrics are simplistic then ur understanding of writing and lyrics is simple.. his rhyme schemes are actually one the most complex rap has ever seen.. and also take into context of the song.. Its called BERZERK… look what bezerk means and its within that context u must keep it… it sounds fuckin crazy and it is…to rap sounds and syllables and bend words to rhyme isn’t simple buddy.. If Em is so wack why hasn’t anyone had balls to call him out on wax? they know it will be the nail in their coffin…this is not one of my favorites by Em at all but it stays within the context of its title.. take it for what it is..

      2. @OP I agree to some extent, but you gotta understand that its hard for rappers thats been in the game as long as em and jay z to break out of their own trademark styles. Ems music is also a product so he has to rap about certain things to make sure it sells to his standard so I think if he really put his mind to it, he can spit more complex and deeper subjects, but doing that alienates fans who dont want that shit, so he’s gotta stick to his winning formula. The only, most well rounded rappers out right now in terms of delivery, flow and subject matter are nas and lupe, (j.cole’s headed there, but he lacks the lyrical talent) and they aint puttin out diamond records.

    395. Hate to say it but Em is offical dated. He is not the best anymore 🙁

At this moment he is not in the current top 5 best rappers out right now.

Kendrick Lamar GKMC and Section 80 shits on evertyhing EM did last year and this year

Ab-Soul last album shitted on EM

      Nas had a better album

J Cole had a better album

Big Krit mixtape was better than EM album

      Big Boi will be better

      T.I. will be better

Even Schoolboy Q had a better album

Kendrick album is better than the last two albums

His flow and lyrics sound like he is 40 and he is 40 years old

He is to old he had his run. Its time to hang them up EM

When you say album has to grow on you then its not very good

      I dont get the hype

      Case Closed

    396. “advertise change but they don’t really care//
that eye on that pyramid never shed a tear”
      -Money

want more bars like this google Money – King Micah 87….thank me later!

    397. lol the reason eminem is on top of the most discussed and hottest is because he is the best PERIOD so shut and fuck yourself

      1. How about NO. He is on top of those lists because:
        1. He just put out a solo effort after a long hiatus.
        2. The track production is nothing like the one on his previous songs.
        3. Everyone is usually pretty hyped when an Eminem song comes out.
        4. He’s white
And no, I’m not a racist.

    398. I used to be all about em but this shit is overproduced, unfocused, and i think he’s realized he’s already put out his best material and everything from here on out is going to be subpar so he’s lashing out. still though his subpar stuff is better than a lot of dudes best work. if he can just come to terms with where he is in his career maybe he can still put out cool songs without having to try to top himself.

      1. everyone knows that his best work is behind him. Eminem knows that as well. he’s a 40 year old white man who raps for a living. I mean c’mon, he received the lifetime achievement award in like 2005. I still think he’s the greatest of all time, but maybe fans are expecting too much from him. there will NEVER be another Marshall Mathers Lp, or another Eminem Show.

he’s not the same 20-something year old kid he was back then..he’s a father of three now and he’s 40. imagine your father making a rap album… besides, Drake is pretty much the biggest thing in the rap game right now. kids these days prefer that type of music. if the Marshall Mathers Lp was released in this generation, I can assure you that it wouldn’t reach the Diamond status that it is now. it’s not just about spitting anymore, it’s about music that makes you ‘cool’ and gives you ‘swag’

    399. MMLP2 Tracklist:

      1. Bezerk
      2. Lonely
      3. Gay Pride (feat. Kendrick Lamar)
      4. Desperate (feat. Slaughterhouse and Yelawolf)
      5. Coming out (feat. Jay Z)
