    1. this mighta been good for marketing ken but u got destroyed on so many levels dude. real hiphop heads are looking at the bars and unless u come back (which i doubt u can from so many bars aimed at u) u have lost significance to alot of people.

    2. Its kool, surely, but its this a little late? I mean, if it was gonna take THAT long, couldnt it be just a little more spectacular? Why is the beat so damn sleepy? And isnt GURU from Boston? IJS

    3. bar for bar he cant fuggg w Kendrick but i love this lil nicka music , he reminds me of a new school Bukshot , he has big potential on the underground I dont see him having no mainstream success tho, too grimy soundin for these new school sweet azz cats he should go to Duck Down

    4. I mean the lyrics are just average, he just rhymes every last word, i truly miss the days of MMLP where Eminem was able to rhyme syllables on syllables and I sat amazed at how he was able to rhyme some words and all the while maintain such an incredible flow. Meanwhile this guy rhymes “cum” with “dem” and you all think he’s a genius? “You’re in a swimming pool of champagne, ha, you set yourself up for that one mayne,” seriously I’m not seeing the supposed ingenuity in this that adherents the view that this is superior to Kendrick’s verse. Sometimes you just have to climb onto the bandwagon my friends, sometimes the majority is correct.

      1. Atleast someone broke it down, for something that took 2 weeks… It’s really weak… He could be excused if he came out with this quicker than Ortiz but naa, this is too weak at this point. Joey feels like he’ll be a nostalgia act but not a serious contender for any mainstream or critical accolades.

    5. it takes a couple listens its maybe a 3.8/5 for me the beat takes some getting used to if capital steez hadda been on this it woulda been MURDER tho

    6. There’a a shot at Joe Budden throughout the end of this track. ” And I’m feelin like the realest Motherfuckah alive.. And I’m feelin like the realest Motherfuckah alive…” Budden had a track saying something similar. I could be conspiracy theoring (yes i made up a word) but Joe Budden did diss Bada$$ in his Kendrick response..

    7. Fuck HHDX for deleting my posts! You fucking YMCMB and Ja Rule faggots. You just mad that Gucci is a real nigga and you favorite rapper is a faggot!

    8. He’s not a bad rapper, but diss tracks are not his forte and for this to take two weeks is sorta sad. I like him, but his beat selection isn’t the best either.

    9. Meh. Honestly i’m not feelin’ any of the guys involved in this beef.
It’s nice to see in general though, guys battlin’ with verses. It’s good for the music.

    10. I’m not a fan of Kendrick, but I hate this guy even more. Using the 90s as a gimmick does not make you a good rapper. That kid Astro uses the same 90’s gimmick and he’s a way better rapper then this cornball. This response was trash, his response to Lil B was trash, his tapes are trash, his lyrics are trash, everything about him is trash. There’s no real market for him, so hopefully he vanishes in the next year or so. I’m not impressed

    11. he didn’t come that hard at kendrick, it’s like all these ny rappers won’t standup to this chump, but him in his place for real

    12. Kendricks verse was better i think, but this is dope! Maybe i`ll need to let it grow on me. People are dissing him cause it took him 3 weeks to responds.. maybe he been out touring or some shit.. Haters gonne hate i guess….

    13. Thank you kendrick for exposing all of these garbage ass ’emmcees’… this song is not what’s up!!

    14. This was weak as hell. I keep hearing good things about Joey but every time I listen to one of his songs I end up feeling underwhelmed. He’s got age on his side with plenty of room to grow but right now son is really average.

      1. Too little, too late. He can’t feel confident with this one. This is like trying to follow up the Dark Knight with Springbreakers

    15. I was the 2nd Nigga to Respond Period .Obviously I dont have the same platform or resources as these other niggas but I represented my city well for whoever DL and listened. Joey can spit but this aint it. Less not go overboard and say he whack tho.

    16. I was the first nigga to respond, soon as flex dropped the 3rd bomb, i had already went in 32 bars, no hook, one fishing rod on that ol Trey Styles nigga son, Blam!!!!

      1. Damn you on them stupid pills huh? This shit was weak as fuck. Even Joey’s biggest fan can admit that. Tryin to change up his voice. Boy sounds like a retard fucking a doorknob. Haha This kid needs to stay in his own lane. K Dot is a giant. This fuck boy is an ant.

    17. who the fuck gassed this nigga and told him he nice? If he had kept the same pace and flow he had on survival tactics he would still be nice. Sorry nigga but when u rap slow and add cadence to your rap it is annoying as fuck.

    18. Damn this is really disappointing. I’m a huge fan of the kid but his battle raps are not up to par. Canibus should take him under his wing. I think he’s smoking too much weed on the road.

    19. This wasnt even a diss lol
Joey is buddies with the whole TDE gang…. It was just a response, calm down ppl

    20. Dude has A.D.D. He is all over the place and really needs a good producer to help him sort thru his verses and make better songs. Flow is still starchy and too raw for me.
The beat wack super wack..Verse was kind of good, but too sloppy.

    21. Joey SADass drops another lame diss record! Battlin’ ain’t yo thang Homie… neither is emceein’! STOP IT!!!

      1. This aint no Drake rhymes son….you aint got a ear for this cause you listen to too much pop rap. Radio got you brainwashed so when good shii drop you cant even recognize it. Kinda sad….

    22. Shits sooo gutta, y’all niggas want something to snap yo fingas too, and this ain’t it.

“Please don’t leave a comment if you are not up to par”

    23. Dude dissed Kendrick while tryna sound just like him… SMH
Decent at tops… but he dont want it with Kendrick, that’s my opinion… Nor does he want it Budden

    24. Of course the young generation wouldn’t like this record. They listen to drake, j cole etc

If you have that ear for a different time in hip hop then you will like this if your ear is only into today’s records then you won’t.

If you liked jay z or kanye wests latest album then you won’t like this.

But if you like black moon, nine, lost boyz etc then you would like this.

Joey badass and action bronson make more 90s standards hip hop.

      1. Finally. You don’t see much truth in the comment section of HHDX. The flow combined with the wordplay, Joey is one of the few artists today that would have survived if they were comin up in the 90’s.

      2. Grew up on 90’s rap or the golden age of rap. Boot Camp, Wu, Beatnutz, black moon, etc….But you wrong about Ye’s album. That ish was good for hip hop.

    25. This isn’t a diss on Kendrick it’s just healthy competition. If it was really a diss do u think Ab-Soul would be going on tour with Joey!?!

    26. Reminds me of the 90’s but that’s about it. If he’s trying to come for Kendrick he has 2 do better. Solid track to nod your head too but that’s about it.

    27. Nice lyrics sounds alot different since his first project totally different flow sound the the same tho chill NY shit

    28. Dope. Now I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but if u don’t like this track or u say he’s rappin’ “with Kendrick’s flow” you probably don’t even know where hip hop originated from.

    29. Some roc wit Kendrick, but this cat here is puttin on for the East. prefer him better than Kendrik and all em new cats even meek, even cole.
