One of the big surprises off next Tuesday’s “Watching Movies With The Sound Off” is this Larry Fisherman-produced track featuring Jay Electronica.

      1. I remember Black Zombie disapproving some dope shit recently. How Black Zombie gon do that and then approve this mess? Black Zombie must really be a zombie.

    1. This is hot, Hov need to go ahead and drop Jay album. Check out thegrandreport, they have some good hip hop news on there as well

    2. too lazy to put out a new fucking song, mixtape, album, shit anything at all but giving out verses to mac miller? fuck jay electronic that man gonna be 40 before he ever puts out an album

    3. how does this collab even happen? i’m stunned. on top of that, i’m surprised that i actually enjoy it quite a bit. Mac’s verse is solid.

      1. Sounds like it could be something from Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club, but I don’t think they would be willing to pay for the clearances of an actual Beatles sample.

      1. actually not at all. He sounds nothing like Em. Oh, I get it, it’s because they’re both white.

    4. This is such a bad tune, i dont mind the melody, Jay electtonica kills it, but Mac Miller is so wack LOOL how can ppl say this is better than born sinner thats true hatred there!!!!

    5. You know that sjit is messed up when you wish that Jay electronica had signed with Bad boy rather than Roc nation. At least Puffy would have released his album already and screw him later rather than Jay Z who is still sitting on it.

      1. Agree I was thinking the same thing a while ago. Should have signed to bad boy made a classic first album and then get screwed and not hear from him for 4 years. Signing to roc nation only made us not hear from him for 4 years without the dope album.

      1. lol. you’re right. next year is a little too soon. if he waits til 2016 he can return on his 40th birthday.

      2. straight up. but also shit happened last year, his grandma died and she like raised him and now he’s all wifing it.. maybe u’ll just see features from him from now on

      1. Or maybe its because he sounds asleep when he raps and has an awful flow? He’s decent lyrically but not enough to make up for it.

      1. Idiots like this are the reason the genre is on life support…

    6. Wasn’t a big fan of Blue Slide Park, but the past couple Mac Miller songs / featured songs have been pretty solid. This is decent, and that song with Ab-Soul is dope.

    7. I’ve been impressed with a lot of Mac’s new music lately. He seems to have found his lane and he is turning into a dope producer. I will definitely be copping “Watching Movies With The Sound Off”. Next Tuesday is gonna be a great day for hip-hop with Mac, J.Cole, and Kanye dropping. Although i’m skeptical on Kanye dropping next Tues with the lack of a video and or music out.
