    1. WHY BIG SEAN, ONE OF THE MOST LYRICAL YOUNG RAPPERS MAKE SONGS WITH PEOPLE THAT WACK, FLOPHOUSE’S ROYCE DA FAG NINE AND FRAUD ASS KENDICK LAME-AR. I KNOW ROYCE IS FROM DETROIT, BUT I’M STILL SHAKING MY HEAD.

      1. DUDE HOW OLD ARE YOU? WHO THE FUCK SAYS SHIT LIKE FLOPHOUSE, ROYCE DA FAG NINE, LAME-AR? IS THAT THE BEST YOU CAN COME UP WITH… YOU A POSTER CHILD FOR STAY IN SCHOOL

      2. @TROLLING dont feed the troll.
but yeah really yebo your the worst troll ive ever seen those are the shittiest plays on names ive seen in my life

    2. Disappointed.. nothing technical from Royce.. nothing crazy from Kendrick.. the bar is so high for those two. And, I figured Sean would of went harder because of them.. whatever; this is OKAY.. But, I agree ANNOYING hook

    3. kendrick shudnt hop on every mixtape imo i think hes ruining his skills by making ”average” bars for these kinda songs

    4. @Kdot: I disagree, Ive heard a snippet off of GKMC called My Way and hopefully Money Treez soon honestly Kendrick’s album is where his focus is at. If he’s hoping on a track its because he was asked to and he’s trying to add to the song. But I agree both his and Royces bars were nothing insane, but they made for good music.

    5. Also, for those on the fence on the mixtape, its actually pretty good. Nothing amazing but it buries DK4, there are a few bangers on here probably like 4, but I feel like this is slightly better than his first CD. Nothing to convert Big Sean haters, just something his fans will appreciate.

    6. I just can’t get into Sean’s music he sounds like a third hand Fab to me we all know second is Red Cafe.
I want the Nickle back from Death is Certain & Independaet’s Day but it won’t even happen.
Lamar went it don’t even try hating like he said the truth hurts!

      1. Rock City was his worst?! Lmao don’t call yourself a fan. Rock City and Death Is Certain are his classics. Independence Day IS his worst album. Have you not heard the songs ‘King of Kings’ or ‘Life’? Those are 2 of his best, and 2 of my favorite hip-hop songs of all time. Open ur ears

      1. I agree, too many people only to a certain rapper without being bias. Royce’s verse was inspiring. Real recognize real, Kendrick did his thing too.

      1. How are you going to be Shady, And not cheer for his counterpart, your probably one of those people that think TDE is the best rap group alive.

    7. royce always seems to fail whenever he tries to keep up with mainstream artists. I dont get it. Its like when he just raps hes dope AS FUCK but when he TIRES to come up with what he thinks would appeal to the masses, it just kinda looks like the weirdo in high school trying to be cool. Huge royce/slaughterfan by the way before you keyboard jockeys go off

    8. especially with that last line..neither of these dudes have kids. its almost like a middle finger to sean and lamar hah..shame..

      1. The fact that they don’t have kids means that the line doesn’t apply to them. That line applies to dudes who have kids and don’t take care of them. How old r u?

    9. The beat is garbage, The chorus is garbage, Big Sean is garbage. 5’9 and K dot verses are wasted on this track.

    10. Big Sean haha why the fuck does he make a song wit 2 real rappers he better put drake or rick ross on the track 4 more buzz and no respect. fuck this bitch

      1. just shut the fuck up im no big sean fan but i respect his effort to get two dope rappers with him and not taking the option that will get the most attention. And honestly big sean doesnt do too bad on this i mean hes nothing compared with kendrick or royce but this is a very dope song

    11. Ppl on this site constantly hate on the same artist (big sean, rick ross, lil wayne). I don’t get it. If you aren’t a fan of the music don’t even click on the song. Its quite simple.

    12. I usually hate Big Sean but this is a really good mixtape. He surprised me big time and proved that he has a lot more potential. After multiple listens, I put this mixtape or album since its album material up there with J. Cole’s Friday Night Lights. You people hate on shit way too much, If somebody has wack bars, I get it, but If they put out a solid project and actually try, theres really no reason to hate. If you don’t like the music don’t listen to it.

    13. so sick of this shit. I am sorry but mixtapes shouldnt be fuckin better than real cds. LAbels need to stop fucking everything up in teh rap game. Yes labels you want to have some mainstream appeal we get that, but at the same time the songs have to be complete. It must have all three phases which are a good hook, lyrics, and the beat. Production on the new albums blows too…what the fuck. This is honestly so much better than finally famous its crazy

    14. for real man im pissed its fuckin sad. This shit is so much better than whats on the mainstream album release. Fuck labels.

    15. Very dissapointing
No matter how many chances i give to Big Sean, he always dissapoints me. Poor verse, ok hook.
Royce didn’t go off like i expected. Average verse.
Kendrick had a decent verse but again noting special.
      Overall:
Hook: Ok Lyrics: Ok Content: Ok Beat: Good
      3/5

      1. pretty good coming from a Big Sean track. the fuck did you listen to? ROyce and Kendrick spit that fire and Sean did his thing (which is always wack, but there’s not much you can do about that)

    16. Just tuned in for Royce and Lamar. Never heard Big Sean before and apparently I clicked on a Drake link while listening to this. They sound the same. I will not be listening to this dude in the future.

      1. They both got that feminine style. I guess it’s cool if you into that.

        To each his own.

I’m with you I came for Royce and Kendrick.

        After hearing

“I been stressing so much I’m surprised I ain’t going bald”

        I immediately skipped him.

        The dude is super weak.

^What it would take for me to download it… and for it to justify the name “Detroit”.

    18. This track is so nice. It’s got a late night cruisin in the whip, summer time vibe. Damn you can close your eyes and just picture greatness. Sick record anyhow. Don’t mind me I just got lost in this track. What are people comparing this too when they say it Sucks or it’s garbage?

    19. Is it James Faulteroy on the bridge before Royce’s part?

Expected better. Mad fan of Kendrick, but it would be great a tape named after Detroit with just local artist on it. Royce fits to that concept, Elzhi (or the complete Slum Village), Obie Trice, Danny Brown would have been a great addition to this mixtape. And let Chuck Inglish, Black Milk and Bei Major handle the production!

Now THAT would be a Detroit mixtape!

(ps.: I didn’t mention Eminem on purpose.)

    20. I hate Big Sean as much as the next guy but if you judge this song objectively its a jam… Kendrick bodies it, Royce bodies it and Sean is ight too…

    21. Big Sean sounds Drake-ish with that helium voice & R&B/rap-style

Royce da 5’9 sounds dope on this beat, well, he IS a dope MC

Kendrick Lamar…damn, always good to hear this young dude rap

      Sean – 6.0
      Royce – 8.0
      Kendrick – 8.5

      1. big sean sounds drake ish coz drizzy copped big sean flow, drake admits it.so its drake that sounds lyk sean..royce is always dope…still not too sure bout kendrick…dope track tho

    22. Youth know everything about this earth..The devil controls it..so before you scrutinize how I feel ask God if them polls important?? Kendrick killed that shit. defending his stance on not voting in that verse.

    23. Little Sean is like the retarded kid sittin over in the corner havin trouble colorin inside the lines while Doogie Howser performs open heart surgery on the 2nd verse. Fuckin lames.
