    1. I gave the song a 5 but I find it ironic DJ khalad got a song here about hip hop…. when he got people like Rick Ross and Young money niggas on his shit. But A dope song is a dope song…wasn’t feeling Scarface verse he could’ve done better

    2. Scarface, Primo, Nas & Khaled #UnDeniable Hip Hop Stand Up.. Trapped In The 90’s Niggas.. I Mean, Real Hip Hop
      10 Stars

    3. This concept has been beaten to death. There ain’t no love in Hip-Hop. Just a bunch of frontin’ ass niggas poppin’ bottles and jerkin’ each other off at the expense of the listener. An exclusive fraternity of rich uptight cocksuckers that talk down to their consumers from a burning pedestal once built by creativity, love, and courage.

    4. Wow, DJ Khaled put together a monstrous team. JUSTICE league,Nas,Scarface,Premo-the-greatest and of course DJ Khaled…huuuh huuuh. This summer gonna b a problem. yall cant let khaled be taking over every summer like this. Someone needs to step their game up. Ricky Rozay, Maybach Music crew, Lil Wayne, YMCMB, We the Best Music group got summer on lock down.

      1. They used the played out, overused metaphor of comparing a woman to Hip Hop, HOW FUCKING ORIGINAL, INTELLIGENT AND CREATIVE!!! BOW DOWN TO THIS COCEPTUAL MASTERPIECE!!!

    5. Eminem ft Nas Ft Jay-z Ft Scarface ( produced by Dr.Dre & Dj premier )> best track of alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll Time allllll time

    6. DJ khalad beats suck ,and was neva a fan o scarface ! and def not a n of nas over DJ khalad producion ! this song was avg at best! its lik as got no love for usingnyc producers anymore when thats wht made a master piece! fucking sell out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      1. man shut the hell up this ain’t high school… niggas can collab with whoeevr they want. and if it wasn’t for Khaled, these legends together on a track probably would’ve never happened. yeah face is a legend, but you ain’t never a fan of him so that explains much already.

    7. KHALED doin some real shit. No YM gotta be a step forward for him, right ?.
And NAS is & has been the man for years.
PREEM jus’ PREEM…… Doin it right.

    8. Aight Scarface did his thing, fam is a legend anyways…Been doing it for 20 years+..Mad respect and props givens to the soldier.Primo is one of the pillars of HIP-HOP at its purest form and again YES again another legend did his thing.NASIR BIN OLU DARA JONES…what can I say??The man is the epitomy of what a REAL MC should be.Lyrically ain’t no one touching NAS(DEAD OR ALIVE)….The imagery, lyricism, oratory dexterity displayed by NAS is second to none.I feel honored and blessed to be exposed to such a level of excellence.NAS is one of if not the last one of a dying breed. The guy mastered is craft(MC-ING)over the last two decades and is still on top.To me he has surpassed the God Rakim and the best thing is he is far from being done.As far as I’m concerned the best is yet to come.Once again WOW…He actually found a way(as usual) to outshine a legend buy hey that’s waht he has done all these years=raise the bar…

DJ Khaled is lucky the be in presence of such greatness…yeah man this shit is special indeed..

BTW LIFE IS GOOD IS A CLASSIC ALBUM….

      1. @Anonymous..You’r a prime example of a piece of a piece of shit, getting mad when someone gives a detail description to why they like a song.

    9. This song reminds me of Eminem’s “25 To Life” due to the fact that both songs talk about Hip Hop in a way like it’s a woman.

      1. You’re right, I totally shot myself in the foot for that one. Also, Murs did a continuation of “I Used To Love H.E.R.” on his 2010 album Fornever with 9th Wonder.

    10. I respect Khaled, but don’t usualy agree with all his stuff. This right here is beautiful. What did he do on this song?
Produced by JUSTICE LEAGUE. DJ Premier on the track. 5 STARS

    11. produced by justice league…..
      lyrics by Face and Nas……
      cuts by Preemo…..

Khaled screams his own name??? If all he did was pay theses dudes to make a song it should say..”purchased by”, or “funded by”
FUCK Khaled dick riding on the talent

      1. I feel you but this is something all us stuck in the 90’s cream for….elevating HER back to the True Goddes she is….

      2. I agree Khaled just screams his own name, but he’s the one who got em together on a track, give him credit for that

no hip-hop song will say “purchased or funded by”, this ain’t PBS nigga

    12. This track & the one with Big K.R.I.T., J. Cole & Kendrick Lamar are the only songs on Kiss the Ring that I give 2 shits about.

    13. DJ Khaled – “This is special” … You are so right my dude. Listened to Nas verse like 3 times. HOT

      1. But he brought you one of the most Hip Hop sounding tracks of the year and Scarface and Nas, who embody real Hip Hop, had no problem to collaborate with him, so what are you?

    14. Khaled must be funding this project with arab oil money to get all theses guys together. Great to hear Mr. Scarface again. Him and Nas brought their usual “A” game. No surprise there. Great song!

      1. I couldn’t agree more. Nas is sensational. I’m dreading the day that Nas will announce his retirement from hip hop. We should appreciate that we’ve all been blessed with such an extraordinary talent in the hip hop world.

      2. Nas’ verse is pure garbage compared to real poetry, yall some fucking clowns. Get some education before you talk out of your ass like that next time.

    15. This summer is gona b a 4uckin problem. yall cant let khaled be taking over every summer like this. Someone needs to step their game up. Ricky Rozay, Maybach Music crew, Lil Wayne, YMCMB, We the Best Music group got summer on lock down.

    16. this is really fuckin good. REally good. Love hearing actual hip hop with a legitimate beat that you can bob to

      1. Stop calling people trolls to make the truth less hurtful for you, fuck outta here. That loser Nas can’t stay on beat to save his life, after 20 (!!!) years! LMAO.

      2. WTF is you’r dumbass talking about? I respect scarface, but nas killed this fucking song.Face didn’t even want to get on it after he heard nas verse,so stop fucking trolling,it’s pathetic.

    17. Damn Nas… The artist references, the magazine/website references, the Hip Hop Is Dead references…

      What a verse…

      1. the same you hear from fans of the rappers mentioned above and yall got the nerve to call yourselves hip hop fans, my bad though, didn’t know that only dickriders were allowed here.

      2. NO UR JUST TO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HES SAYING IM TIRED OF CATS LIKE U ALWAYS FINDING A WAY TO SLIP THRU THE CRACKS AND HATE GET A LIFE PUSSY

    18. Two of the best ever. Nas is just so much better than everyone right now though that it’s not fair. It’s really like Jordan during the second three repeat. No one can touch him right now.

She took me to places I would have never saw without her
And she took me from my girl powder
I doubt I’ll ever be the same, hallowed be thy name
Give me strength so I don’t do this dame like Orenthal James.

    19. Premier is living off his name for the last 10 years, dude’s a straight bum nowadays. They could’ve got ANY DJ for much less to do these generic ass scratches at the end. Scarface and Nas were ok, nothing special though. Compare this to “Favor For A Favor” and you’ll realize that this is average at best.

      1. LOL! What a fucking idiotic loser. Getting his defensive mechanism on because I spoke the truth about his idol Premo. I don’t listen to pop trash, but Premier fell off like a motherfucker and that’s real.

    20. Hahaha, funny shit, thanks to Khaled we got Nas, Scarface and DJ Premier on a track in 2012, give credit where it’s due.

    21. Scarface is back with that spooky voice but Nas just takes it to another planet with mystical untouchable word play.

“She menstruates weekly, her Vibe covers keep you warm
But The Source to her heart is love, Word Up, Right On
You know how girls are, she love when you licking on her World Star
Kissing on her Belly, trick on her at Onyx
Confused fans think that she illuminates demonic”

      1. Nas Spreading Disinfo huh? i see jay told him to play his part or he aint gonna get paid. faggot rappers.

      2. He/she believes in the false stories involving the illuminati. Nas was pointing out it’s unreal, as Tupac had done in his jail interview. It was started by the religious fundamentalists to get people to fear fame. It’s the same thing they did in the 60’s-80’s claiming everyone was Satanic and if you played their records backwards you’d hear Satanic chants and things. They just realized people started to find it laughable and Satanism (the word) became a joke, so they came up with a new ‘scary’ word. They forgot to look up the historical Illuminati that was not Satanic, but against absolute religious and monarchical rule. That’s why the Illuminati theory can be so easily debunked.

    22. This shit is legendary. Fuckin lovin it. “I don’t wanna kill this dame like Orenthal James.” Yo, Nasty.

    23. Should’ve been Face and Raekwon or Beans, this don’t give you your credibility back, Nas, you’re still one of the biggest sellouts Hip Hop has ever seen.

      1. He sold out in the ’90s, he admitted it, but even on those albums, he still was more real than most in the game. He never went full sell-out, you probably only listened to the tracks that hit radio/video. None of his CD’s is w/o realness. None.

    24. Thank you for not screaming all over the track DJ Khaled. That gets pretty damn annoying sometimes but anyway. Nas and Scarface 2 of my fav Emcee’s of all time in my top 10. DJ Premier one of the best Hip Hop Producers of all time he’s in my top 5. That right their = Classic Hip Hop. Good job DJ Khaled get more tracks like this on your albums from now on.

    25. BJ Drama should stay the fuck out of anything to do with Premier. I don’t care if he “brought you Nas and Scarface”, anyone with a pile of cash could’ve done that.

    26. DJ Khaled s part of the YMCMB MMG family.

Nas thanks us for helping pay his child support with all of the features we give him. We help Nas stay relevant.

    27. STR8 BS! It would be special if Khaled didn’t do it and if each one would have just rocked instead of using this topic. What should be classic is just as forgettable as most of Hip Hop these days. Just like HHID what should’ve been a reminder of more glory days was sounding exactly like all the garbage out there. I won’t even listen to this track again. It has no replay value.

      1. Nah you are hating. It doesn’t matter who did it. Khaled isn’t rapping on it. Judge the song, not the person who put it together. Who does that?

    28. whats sad is this song will never make it mainstreamn, if this was released in the 90’s it would be the #1 single with a low budget rap video.. i miss those days

    29. THANK YOU HIP HOP FOR GIVING US SCARFACE NAS & SLAUGHTERHOUSE TODAY. Theyve said multiple times that they are all fans of HIP HOP first, theyre the ones keeping it alive

    30. Khaled, a dude who gets shitted on for dropping mainstream trash, is responsible for one of the best, straight Hip Hop tracks of the year. The fucking irony.

    31. dope song overall….im starting to put Justice LEague as one of the top sounds/production i would like to hear NAs over most….easily top 5 now…

    32. Damn, this is straight FIRE!!! And people still saying Nas doesn’t need great beats? Fuck outta here, imagine how far Nas could’ve been away from other rappers if he dropped nothing but albums filled with these kind of beats, it would make a legend even better.

    33. This song is on some other level shit, Nas is killin the game right now. To try and listen to any other hip hop song right now after listening to this its like going from the big leagues to single A. Shit gives me chills. 10/5

    34. As a guy pushing almost 30 i listened and grew up with these artists.. This track brings tears to my eyes. This means alot to the art form.

    35. DJ Khaled is a smart man.

      1. His biggest client (Ross) has the #1 album out right now.
      2. Nas is hot right now.
      3. Nas fans were complaining about not having Premo on LIG.

Khaled takes Nas, Premo, and Scarface (*THE* fucking master/godfather of Southern Rap) and puts them on a sick track.

I’m not the biggest MMG fan, but you have to respect how they’re approaching the game.

    36. some rappers are just meant to rap together. dre and snoop nas and game and kanye and jay .in between us is one of my fav tracks ever. ten years later this wow! somebody better tell hip hop not to give nas beats like this. the arguments would be over who the g.o.a.t. is early!

    37. Nas fucking murdered the game on this one. FUCK!!

Nas the real GOAT. He proved it here. Havent heard him spit this hard in a long time.

    38. NaS just told it how it the fuck is, old and new fans listen up. I respect khaled for this, I never thought I’d say it. This is my favorite nas verse nth is year n that says alot

    39. pac had dre making beats. big had puff. jay had kanye. nas had ?????? just saying any time nas is given a crazy beat(which isn t offten) he murders it like no other. all those other rappers i named are my favs to. but i can t help wonder if nas would be considered the goat if he had that genius in his corner.

    40. Nas haters are like Lebron haters to me, only difference is if Lebron would have won the championship in his rookie year (Illmatic). Dope verses from both, Khaled is good for a couple joints on his albums amidst the bullshit.

Want to hear that Kendrick track, though.

    41. This shit is fuckin’ amazing!!!!! Hov would be dope on this. But i think if they had a remix with hov and Joe Budden it would be something i cant even articulate! Joe kills song where hiphop is the subject.

      1. Budden is dope on these type of tracks. i.e. who killed hiphop pt123, cut you loose(w/ slaughterhouse), a chick named music, and there’s a few more i cant recall off the top

      2. I like Budden…but to act like this song, which features indisputably 2 of the top 10 emcee’s of all time, is missing something that he or one of those other two could only bring is completely asinine.

    42. I one here is too serious, i dont wanna hear a remix or somebody using it on their mixtape cause they will just kill the feel to it

    43. people can hate on DJ Khaled if u want but if it wernt for him he wouldnt make this dope ass beat so fuck you punk ass niggas!!!

      1. ^^ Exactly. People hate so hard that they can’t pay respect where it’s due, smh. Without Khaled we would’ve never got this song.

    44. amazing song…we all know face killed it, we all know nas ripped it to shreds but justice league’s production on this fits it perfectly and definitely shouldn’t go unnoticed.

If anybody was to do a third verse it should have been KRS or rakim.

    45. You can really hear the emotion in the Scarface verse, he complimented the beat perfectly, but Nas’ shit was nothing special.

      1. “but Nas shit was nothing special”
i guess nas is too complex for you huh? go watch the making of this song and see the reaction on scarface face when he heard Nas verse.

      2. nothing special??? did you see Face’s reaction to Nas’bars in the making of the song? that says it all.

      3. That says NOTHING. If you actually followed Face you would know that he always goes off over other artist’s works. And you go ahead and tell what about that verse says “complex” to you? The magazine references? I’ve heard better lines from Wayne. You have to be really, really, REALLY dumb to think that this verse is a complex piece of work. You shot your chance of being taken seriously as a commentator by associating a mediocre Nas verse with complexity. Nice try though.

      4. U got to be one fucked up dumb azz to think nas verse want complex!! do yall listen to music or do u skim through it?? If u can put the hating to the side for a second and listen to what he’s saying, then u will understand what he’s talking about…must be a youngin for real!!

    46. if the up and coming generation doesn’t appriciate this then real hip hop wont have a chance in the mainstream five years from now.

    47. This is a fucking Instant classic, you young bucks got the game messed up, your thoughts are worth 50 cent. Get it ?

    48. scarface DESTROYED this song, sometimes when i don’t listen to him for a while i forget how legendary he is! insane, i like nas too but scarface won this round IMO. these two need to make a joint cd if anything

      1. yeah i ended up watching it on xxl. i think that was just him being humble/nice i mean and nas have quite a history together, this is def not the first track they’ve done together. their both super talented mc’s, so i guess i gotta agree with scarface himself haha

    49. And if I cry two tears for her
That would be the most that I can give to her
I am Joseph, Darryl, Jason, Dr Dre, O’Shea
And a host of those who passed away
      Today I’m Drake, I’m Wayne, 2 Chainz
You say you want to rap, to this bitch you must commit
Then you’re a slave to your grave, you won’t get out, you cannot quit
She menstruates weekly, her vibe covers keep you warm
But the source to her heart is love, word up, right on
You know how girls are, she love when you licking on her world star
Kissing on her belly, trick on her and onyx
Confused fans think that she illuminates demonic
But she’s the object of my affections, God’s essence, God bless her
She bought me Bentleys, Breitlings, made some friends resent me
For writing about my life, they thought I should have stayed quiet
She took me to places I would have never saw without her
And she took me from my girl powder
I doubt I’ll ever be the same, hallowed be thy name
Give me strength so I don’t do this dame like Orenthal James
Brad warned me while driving this auburn Ferrari
Never follow in her games, I fuck around and I’ll be sorry
But I tried her, used to ride her, for dollars not the fame
She slowed me down and had me guzzling on cups of lean
      She’s a middle-aged cougar, showing young’uns the dream
Noticed she wasn’t breathing for a second then I screamed
“She’s dead!”, and everybody took it out on Nasty
I was just looking out for my music family
Wasn’t trying to claim her to myself, she’s yours
You can have her she’s a motherfucking whore
      I fuck Hip Hop

    50. For those of you whop dont really listen, this dong is an ode to hip hop the person or girl they are talking about is a metaphor for the state and history of hip hop music

    51. Dam was extremely tired gettin’ home from work. This track just woke me up. ‘Face and Nas, yet again? WOW! Wish it was another legend to bless it, though.

Good lookin’ Kool Herc was birthin’ Hip-Hop. This shit runs in my veins! Pay attention youngens.

    52. most of these rappers aint real niggas. Word, Nas bankrupt never was a drug runner, Lil Wayne aint no blood, Jeezy aint no BMF, 50 a snitch, Game a stripper, 2pac a ballerina. None of these niggas real you guys. If they was all real they all be dead now. Like it or not Ross is the new biggie.

      BAWSE!!!!!

      1. Ross stole his whole image and name from a a real actual drug kinpin. and you call that a BAWSE? the correct word would be Boss, first of all. You can’t even write the fucking word boss correctly let alone make a valid point. Who the fuck are you to judge anyone to begin with? you’re a fucking clown with a shitty opinion on the internet. You are abusing your freedom of speech and shouldnt have that freedom.

      2. lmao this is hilarous , calling ross the new biggie is a joke right ? please tell me youre kidding if not braah you started listening to rap today

    53. DOOOOOOOOOOOOPE!!!! 5 stars.

But uh…what exactly did khlad contribute to this song besides sayin his punk ass name at the end?? thank god thas all he said.

      1. LEARN TO SPELL MY NAME DUMBASS.

HOWEVER I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING BUT I WILL GET BIG MONEY WITH THIS SONG NO MATTER WHAT WHILE YOU PUNK ASS NIGGA ARE MASTURBATING.

THIS IS WORLD GOES ROUND. I’M SMART & RICH OFF DOIN NOTHING!

    54. PAC a ballerina? Ross the Co is the new Biggie? Wow , your a straight up clown. Copped ya first hip hop album on ITunes last week. if rap is dead it’s fans like you who are killin it

    55. This was an unexpected gem that came out of the gravel called current hip-hop!!! And it came from a DJ Khaled cd??? WOOOOWWWWW

    56. Amazing Track! Justice league are killing it right now, add Nasty Nas, one of the greatest on top of his game and Scarface, another living legend..and you have an absolute classic.. I really don’t see what Khaled’s contribution is other than knowing the artist! Either way, classic from an unlikely source..5/5

    57. NICE 🙂 🙂 real nice….

No matter what happens….can’t nobody keep HipHop down..!

Eh Be real man…when Face drops his verse…. Don’t you expect PAC to spit a verse? PAC would KILL this! He just brings me back. LOVE Premiers drums…..love the BOM n BAP! Damn.

N be honest yo….when Nas comes in…..dont u feel educated?kinda makes u happy in a child like way….don’t it? Like its a gonna be good day….u can’t wait t play it again…get it in ur car….roll down THA windows n let everybody kno u rockin with Esco….like u rockin that real shit!

      Love HipHop!

      1. You love premiers drums? This track was produced by justice league you idiot, this doesnt even sound like a premier beat, shows how much you know about hip hop.

    58. What does DJ Khaled actually do? He doesn’t rap… He doesn’t produce… So how are these songs ‘his’?

      1. DJ Khaled would go over beats from his team or beats that he cops from producers……..then gets the artist(s) to appear on the record.

    59. Esco and Face ripped this, and Premier ends the song with nice scratch work. One of the best songs of the year.

    60. Wow, DJ Khaled closed yall out.See how everyone is dick riding the brother.Yall use to diss him but now everyone likes the record.Yall used to diss Ricky Rozay but now yall like him…yall used to like Dr Dre,50 cent but now yall aint feeling em.HipHop got some fickle fans….FUCK HIP HOP

    61. Oh God, let’s all cross our fingers that Weezy doesn’t decide to jump on this. Please please please don’t fuck it up Weezy, this is bigger than you.. fuck 🙁 and he has a mixtape coming up, it’s almost inevitable, fuck 🙁

      1. Favor 4 a Favor was FIIIIRRRRREEEE!!!!!
But this one is on another level fo sho!
One love, real hiphop, no tight jeans wearing, taking it in the ass shit!

    62. dj khaled is acting more like a record label executive on this album. He is not involved in the music itself, but he is getting people together and making shit happen. I respect him for that, although i hate his beats and the shit he normally does.

    63. ive played this ten times in a row. this is legit classic track material. They should do a joint album fo who

      1. Do you really believe that Eminem’s track wasn’t a copy of somebody’s else concept? There are finite number of concepts and a helluvalot rappers who don’t want to get a decent job flipping burgers where they belong with their ignorance of the beauty of english language, constantly peddling ebonics, so it’s only natural that each concept has been done over and over and over again.

      2. You really think Eminem in 2010 was the first rapper to personify Hip Hop as a woman in a song? getthefuckoutofherewiththatbullshit

      3. who cares…nothing under the sun is new…its all about putting a good spin on it…eminem’s track is good…this one is good and Commons was good…shit…just listen and enjoy…don’t be so technically critical where you can’t enjoy a GOOD BEAT AND GOOD LYRICS WHICH IS WHAT THIS UNDENIABLY IS.

    64. Yea Khalad shouldn’t of come within 10 feet of this joint! Eat another falafel and have a heart attack already you screaming ass fuck!

      1. I’m not a fan of DJ Khaled but he’s the one who orchestrated this masterpiece, probably the greatest song he’ll ever be a part of and that’s ok a shitload of shitty hip hop about time he made up for it with this jewel. You can hate his music but i gotta give this man props for this one right here.

      2. Khaled isn’t the one who plays instruments, but yes, he’s the dude who actually tells people what to do, he starts with a vision.

      1. respect, can’t stand Khaled, Scarface the Diary was my first cd i bought, nas’ life is good was my recent cd

    65. I’m a big DJ Khaled fan, I think he is a great producer/DJ and his albums are instant classic…
bit he new album will be 4 stars at best cuz diz song fucked up da album… diz is not standard hip hop..
we need more weezy and drake. swag

    66. Great song, hearing Scarface and Nas together on one track is hip hop Nostalgia.
Respect Khaled 4 making this happen!

    67. something bout scarface voice/flow(no homo)but da nigga always goes in, especially when he does cuts with up north artists..listen to that song by scarface”picking up the pieces”dopness!!!!

    68. For all the generic music that Khaled helps put together, this song makes up for it – getting Scarface, Nas & Premo on a track together. If this isn’t 5 stars then I can’t tell you what is.

    69. its funny to see a DJ feature another DJ, DJ kaled is a dj right?, He could’nt do his own scratches? LMAO!!!!!!!!

      1. Whether or not he could do his own scratches is irrelevant. Getting Premier on a track like this is an awesome look and I’m sure that’s what he was going for.

    70. this song is hot and it’s nasty. even though i’m not a DJ Khaled fan but i do respect DJ Premier, Scarface and Nas for coming together on this track

    71. YO… ITS ABOUT TIME KHALED GOT BK ON HIS AUTHENTIC HH SHIT. IF EVEN FOR ONE JOINT ALL GOOD… MUSIC RIGHT HERE….

AND FOR U LIL SLOW FUCKS WHO SWEAR THEY UNDERSTAND WTF IS GOIN ONBUT ACTUALLY DONT GO DO SOME HOMEWORK … http://rapgenius.com/Dj-khaled-hip-hop-lyrics

JUS GOES TO SHOW THAT FOLKS STILL CARE ABOUT WHAT IS BEIN SAID ON RECORD.. NOT JUST BANDWAGON GIMMICK AND DICK RIDIN… MUSIC WORTH MONEY RIGHT HERE…

      BLESS

      1. LOL. Like they were the first to compare Hip Hop to a woman, take your ass out of here and learn some history.

      2. LOOK CUNT FOR BRAINS ANONYMASS .. NO ONE SAID IT WAS THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE USED THE COMMON SENSE “USED TO LOVE H.E.R.” CONCEPT [AND TONS HAVE DONE IT AFTER THAT MR HISTORY EXPERT PUBIC BREATH]

BUT THE MEANING AND FEEL OF THIS RECORD IS WAY HARDER THAN ANY HIPHOP/ MY BITCH STORY IN A LONG TIME IF NOT EVER… ITS ABOUT EXECUTION DUMMY.. NOTHIN NEW UNDER THE SUN RIGHT… SMFH.

SOME LIL PUNKS OUT THERE ALWAYS WANNA ACT LIKE THEY KNO SOME SHIT… DEAL WIT LOGIC AND SUBSTANCE OR SHUT THE FUCK UP. FUCKIN CRY BABIES.

ALL THEM NIGGAS HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES/ STORIES WIT THE GAME U DUMB LIMITED MINDED SHIT STAIN.

        #DONE

      3. “THE GIMMICKS AND DICK RIDIN” MEANIN THE FUCKIN NO LIMIT WANNA BE DUMBED DOWN RHYME SHITTY CASIO BEAT AND “OOH I THINK THEY LIKE ME” ESQ FUCKERY HIPHOP THAT BEEN TAKIN PLACE BCZ IT BRINGS CHECK$ IN BANDWAGON. U SLOW FUCK

    72. STOP GIVING PROPS TO khaled!!! Really now, someone elighten me. This track is dope, collabo of the year.

      1. your own ass is sayin “collabo of the year” guess who made it happen in the first place

Khaled is like the executive producer of those tracks he has his name on, he brings emcees together to make somethin special (or most of the time, shitty) but this was special

    73. Jus seen the making of this song on youtube…Scarface had me tripping when he heard Nas verse on here…Nas said “he don’t want to do the dame like Orentha James!!!!” If u don’t get that he’s saying he don’t want to kill this bitch like OJ!!! That was the quote from the legendary Scarface who giving Nas verse much respect. The man told Dj Khaled he don’t want to be on this song after hearing Nas verse… for yall that be hating on nas, i see why…Remind me of how i use to hate on Micheal Jordan cause he was to dam good!!! Enough said..Nas is simply amazin!!!

      1. I watched that video 2 or 3 times and that’s the exact part that stood out the most, Face couldn’t believe Nas’ verse but the reaction to the OJ line was the pinnacle. And you could tell no one else in the studio, especially Khalid got the line. The man is pleading people to fuckin listen to what the man says, but most of it just goes over people’s heads.

      2. I thought yall don’t care about what rappers say, but since it was Nas getting props, yall quick to co-sign Face, huh? Is that the first good line yall have ever heard? SMH. Yes, it was a dope line, no need to overrate it, rap has been blessed with dope lines since it started.

    74. This is a real good song, but why does this bitch khaled need the fuck the first seconds up from the song.
khaled is the worst thing in hip hop.

      1. I’m sure yall would be all over if it was Premier in the beginning, stop bitching. It’s ridiculous, I have no problem admitting it, without Khaled, we would’ve never heard Scarface, Nas and Premo on one song in 2012.

    75. THIS GOT TO BE THE HARDEST SONG OF 2012
SCARFACE VOICE AND DELIVERY PERFECT 4 THIS
NAS BEST VERSE OF THE YEAR
      youtubecom/productsofchicago

    76. fuck deze old ass niggaz. Nas iz a Lil Wayne wannabe.. DJ Premier shud go back to da 80s. lmao… we bump Bangladesh and Lex Luger. and who da fuck is Scarface? lmao. swag

      1. Nas is a lil wayne wannabe…the dunbest shit i ever…how u disrespect a legend like nas like that, what hip hop u listen to , GARBAGE!

      2. dude im guessing your like 13 years old. either that or you need a serious intervention as to what real hip hop music sounds like. nas is a lil wayne wannabe????? Dumbest shit i’ve ever heard on this site, which is a site full of young kids who don’t know shit about hip hop hating this and bashing that without knowing the first thing about music

      3. Yo this So Icy Boi is hilarious, he never fails to get somebody jumping. This has to be fake. No one is this ignorant. He is the Borat of Hip-DX comments.

      4. hahahah lil wayne?? the same one who’s bout to retire to skateboard?? the same one who kisses men? the same one who has no classic album? the same one that has a lip piercing? the same one that wears skinny jeans like a rocker?? hahahaha lmfao!! get the fuck outta here kid he’s trash, Nas and Scarface are the teachers he’s just the student, learn your hip hop history clown

      5. hahaha this is great props to icy boi for always being able to trick a bunch of dumbasses into getting mad at his random troll comments

      6. truth is icy boi actually probably has good taste is music because he always seems to leave these kinda comments on the best songs- he likes them hes just messing with ppl

    77. I don’t like Scarface’s voice to be honest, and I’m not crazy about his flow on this beat, but he said some real shit and i can’t help but respect that, Nas did his thing too

    78. Damn, I can’t remeber one Khaled song I’ve EVER listened to, but he might very well be responsible for my favorite track of 2012 thus far. Damn.

    79. And yall have the nerve to call Jay unoriginal? This exact concept has been done countless times before, decades ago, but since Nas is involved, we gonna pretend that he came up with the idea? SMH. Hip Hop fans and their fucking double standards.

      1. ^^^^ ITS NOT ABOUT THE ORIGINALITY ITS ABOUT THE EXECUTION SIR… sure it’s been done before many times… Nas has plenty of original concepts under his belt to let it slide a bit when he tries something others have before [including himself]

This track has some of the coldest lines Nas has ever spit…ever. ‘To this bitch you must commit you’ll be a slave to your grave you won’t get out you cannot quit.’ ‘Do this dame like Orenthal James.’ ‘Wasn’t trying to have her for myself shes yours you can have her shes a motherfucking whore.’

And the ‘menstruates weekly’ and ‘licking on her world star’ lines are straight from 3Ks playbook… very classy

Face has the best voice in the history of rap without a doubt… him and Nas together are BETTER THAN HIM AND AZ… there is so much feeling and remorse in Face’s delivery and lyrics… very complementary to the depth of Nas themes and imagery to an extent that AZ really isn’t capable of despite his flow being one of the greatest ever

This shit is harder than Locomotive and Nas is sounding magnificent over Justice League and MMG productions… really keeping the juice running after dropping a pretty brilliant album

Fingers crossed for the Face and Nas joint album

      2. Love everything you wrote. but Nas AZ is the best duo in hip hop history. nobody has chemistry like them 2. fuck line for line they go word for word

      3. ^^^You are probably right… just think Face and Nas would be a better joint album than Nas and AZ… less monotonous with deeper and more varied subject matter… God AZ is so nice though I get chills from livin it, time, serious, lifes a bitch, and the essence especially… most underrated ever because Nas casts quite the shadow

      4. lol bruh nas or scarface didn’t come up with the concept of the song most likely it was the sole producer, they just layed down the lyrics…im in the music industry its most likely dj khaled who approached nas and scarface and told them about an idea for a song on his compilation album and played it for them…the rest is history

      5. Damn, dude is a true Hip Hop fan, you can get it out of every single sentence in his comments. Nas and AZ are one of the best duos of all time, there’s absolutely no doubt about that, love every single one of their tracks (especially Mo Money, Mo Murder), always wished they would release an album together, but after I read your comment and thought about it, I have to agree about a Nas and Scarface album. Nas and AZ go at it from a skill demonstration standpoint, just some crazy, swagged out rhyming, but Face and Esco? Damn, just the imagination of them tackling deep topics poetically and the emotion in their respective flows. SHIT! That could be one for the history books. Favor For A Favor, In Between Us and now Hip Hop, three exceptional pieces of art, damn, what classic of an album this could be. Nas is so far above everybody else, it’s just ridiculous and disrespectful at this point (all you need is to compare Blueprint 3 and Life Is Good) to put Jay into the same discussion from a straight rap point of view. Nas, the true GOAT.

      6. I’ve been a die hard fan of both, bought both of their debut albums. face and has together always been a fantasy on the hip hop seen. whenever they do a track together its a classic. jay-z has always been ill, but these boys always been sick!

    80. just watched the studio session of this scarface went crazy when nas said that OJ line, he was like”i dont even wanna be on this track anymore” lol, he said the same thing when he talking about being on the same cuts as beanie sigel and jay-z….message to scarface its a reason why these up north cats fuck with you my dawg, you get it in on the mic also!!!!..classic track both artists went in!!!

    81. Say what you want about Khaled but he brought exactly the right people in for this joint. This song is the model of PERFECT music

    82. This is a GREAT track…similar to the 1992 DREAM TEAM its a perfect and timely collection of talent.
This joint is HOT! Nas is at his best, Scarface just did what we always expect from him.

      Now this IS hip hop!

    83. The BEST track I’ve heard this year, can’t stop playing this, never thought we would get Scarface and Nas on a track again.

    84. Nas is just UNREAL! Dude is every best rapper of all time in one person, the features he killed over the last two years alone rival ANY career in Hip Hop.

      1. Love this comment – u definitely kno ur Hiphop brah!. Happy to see some niggaz still understand what’s real!

    85. Nas be spitting them career ending lyrics he’ll body anybody on the mic if u ask me dude is real, Scarface as usual is nice and mops the floor with any mc downsouth including lil wayne. This is why i stick to the legends because new cats can’t rap

    86. Wow, DJ Khaled closed yall out.See how everyone is dick riding the brother.Yall use to diss him but now everyone likes the record.Yall used to diss Ricky Rozay but now yall like him…yall used to like Dr Dre,50 cent but now yall aint feeling em.HipHop got some fickle fans….FUCK HIP HOP.Khaled officially closed summer with this single.ITS OFFICIAL KHALED MADE YALL BELIEVERS.

      1. what . can u see wtf khaled has done to this track. Beat ? Vocal ? scratching ? or just a feminine screaming intro.
Hes well connected and brought everybody 2gether to create this track but systematically what da fuck has he done ? Be smart don’t be illiterate.

    87. give khaled credit for having the vision to bring these artists and subject together, and not adding himself on. you didnt see this on nas’s album…. tired of the hate on khaled. nas was too dope

      1. So Khaled should get credit for bringing artists together who have known each other for nearly 20 years (Nas & Premo) and like 15 years (Nas & Scarface)? These guys have all worked with each in different capacities for longer than most people on here have been alive.

Hell, Khaled didn’t even produce the song. What exactly did he do here other than drop his name on the track and “this is special”? Any fucking idiot can do that.

    88. Damn, this is what i needed, real shit from real artist. scarface one of my personal favorites of all time, fuck sales. lyrically harsh. khaled / premier put a hurt on this one. flawless

    89. Scarface Ft Nas and Dj Premier – Hip Hop

Khaled really had no input on this track other than getting the artists together. Justice League produced the track, Premier did the scratching and Nas and Scarface laid the vocals, all Khaled did was yell his name and say “this is special” at the end with his name again.

      1. STFU!!! DAMN IM TIRED OF U IGNORANT FUCKS COMIN UP ON THIS SIGHT AND SHOWIN UR ASS AND REALLY HOW DUMB U FUCKS ARE ABOUT THE BUSINESS…

IF KHALED NEVER LIFTED A FUCKIN FINGER ITS STILL CALLED PROOOOOODUUCCCTIONNN UUU FUCKIN TARD….

THE MAN ARRANGED PREMO’S CUTS AND DIRECTED JUSTICE LEAGUE ON WHERE TO GO WITH THE RECORD

JUS LIKE DRE AND EVERY OTHER TOP NOTCH PRODUCER OR DJ WHO DROPS AND ALBUM.. THEY HAVE GHOST PRODUCERS OR FEAT PRODUCERS.

AND EVEN DRE HAD DJ KHALIL [WEST SIIIDEE] GHOST PRODUCIN FOR HIM.. NUFF O THOSE DRE TRACKS U HEAR IS NOT ACTUALLY PRODUCED BY DRE BUT MORE SO MIXED AND ARRANGED AND AT TIMES ADDS ELEMTS…SO

        AGAIN….

        SHUUTT

        THEEEE

        FUUUCCKKK

        UPPPPP…

AND LEARN WTF U SPEAK OF B4 U OPEN UR CUNT MOUTH….

AND SORRY UR MOM AINT TELL U .. BTU IM UR REAL FATHER… UR A DISGRACE TO THE FAMILY ALL O U LOL

      2. Actually, the production credits go all to JUSTICE League. The only thing the fat guy did was make the song happen and yell his name like it was his

    90. DJ Khaled – Did nothing
Scarface – Sounded awful, decent lyrics
      NaS – Killed it
      Justice League – Awesome beat
      Dj Premier – Nice scratching
      4/5

    91. man idk why this is so highly, i can’t get pass the first singer scarface, sucks major dick, nas is good doe. fuck this song

    92. Wow…. Scarface completely killed it. Verse of the year!!!
Anyone know how to edit out the bs DJ Khalid thing at the start?

      1. U SOUND LIKE A TRUE SPOILED ROTTEN CHILD CRYING ABT MAYO ON HIS TOMATO SANDWICH.

… STFU AND RESPECT THE FACT THAT THIS SONG WOULDN BE WITHOUT KHALEDS DIRECTION OR VISION… YEAH NIGGAS HAVE MADE SONGS ABT HIPHOP BEIN THEY BITCH B4 BUT THIS JUS LIKE EVERY EPISODE OF A TV SHOW WIT SAME THEMES LIKE CSI ETC… THIS IS THEIR EXPERIENCE WIT H.E.R. AND THE STORY IN CURRENT DAYS ABT WHATS GOIN ON.

RESPECT THE FACT THAT A SONG IS HERE LIKE THIS THAT CAPTURES THE PAIN OF THOSE WHO LOVE THE CULTURE AND FEEL THE ANGUISH.

AND THAT LIL FUCKS WHO SWEAR THEY KNO THE DEPTHS OF THE MUSIC AND WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE TIMELESS WORK.
        http://vimeo.com/47147407

      2. AND THIS NIGGA GOT THE NERVE TO BE DISSIN THE MAN AND CALLIN HIMSELF “Cashmoneyrealest” OK DUR BUDDY BWOY.

    93. Face brought the pain rap, as usual. Nas is just running victory laps at the moment. Dude should get in the studio with Premo now and make an EP/LP with him

      1. SMH. That’s exactly why you Nas stans stay ridiculously pathetic. Yall can’t let go of Jay even when Nas drops great music.

    94. if u a real nigga then u would pull your dick out and jack off while u watch rick ross speak, thats real , like any real nigga i got turned on but not in no gay homo way, on some real shit and started to stroke my dick when i felt a buldge in my pants get hard, and just stroked my dick until i felt all the cum spray out, thats real shit right there from seeing a real nigga speak made my dick hard and i had to take care of that for real

      BAWSE!!!!!!!!

    95. WOW!!!!!!! NAS POETRY IS TOO MUCH, MOST OF HIS LYRICS WENT OVER A LOT OF NIGGAS HEAD. NOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE HATES NAS SO MUCH,CAUSE THEY SIMPLE MINDED PEOPLE. HIS LYRICS WAY TOO DEEP FOR THEM

    96. Scarface played the part very well with this concentrated dose of emotion

Face really sounds disturbed in this track, playing the part of a heart broken man….well done

no emotion behind Nas’ verse but still ill

Andre 3000 would be good on the remix

      1. ‘Face IS a disturbed, heart broken man…he’s not playing a part…check out his last 20 years of music

    97. I hop Nas sees the response to this

he receives heavy criticism when he’s paired up with Rick Ross but receives heavy praise when paired up with Scarface

thats a message from hip hop fans right there that Nas should pair up with lyricist and not rappers based on their popularity and cd sales

don’t ignore the message Nas, its loud and clear…We love it when you pair up with real mc’s coz you come correct lyrically

imagine if ‘Accident Murderess’ featured either a Scarface, or AZ…you would have received more praise then criticism

      1. bitch, shut the fuck up… just enjoy good music!!! stop making everything an editor’s note or big ass discussion. and NO Nas does NOT hear your response…. either way, Nas is GOAT… and this song is crack!

    98. these 2 have undeniable and beautiful chemistry – they should rethink that Dr Death collabo album

Scarface has chemistry with alot of legendary mc’s…Tupac, Nas and Beanie Sigel

      1. i can tell you what im worth just like any rapper can without proof cmon all his albums flop he dont produce anything the entire industry is a fraud

      2. I don’t know why people hand out so many passes to Nas for his lies. He’s a great rapper, but still a phony lame.

    99. Its frustrating because this truly is much better htan life is good and the reason is the beat. All I ask for is beats that you can bob your head to with nas rapping and a catchy hook. This is a complete song. The only song I loved on life is good was the opener(by justice league) and the one with mary j blige. The others are just average songs even though Nas raps and flows well. You must have a good beat and a good hook as well.

      1. u r an idiot if u don’t like nas music dont listen to it instead of talking bout some damn beats all the time how has he been around so many years still top tier if his music or as you all say his beats selection is so terrible somebody is listening – stop falling for someones propaganda of nas music being bad and monkey see monkey do yall start saying the same shit people are sheep- Nas is a giant and his music is great listen to someone else instead of negatively commenting on

      2. Its the lyrics that mean something. If Nas is spitting some conscious shit that actually has meaning, who gives a fuck about the beat, it doesn’t take away from what he has to say. Thats the problem with hip hop today, too much concern over the beat and not enough lyrical content, don’t get it twisted.

      3. Agree 100%.. think Eminem, think Jay Z. Who makes the majority of their beats? Dre and Kanye. The two best producers ever.. a good beat is just as important as the lyrics in the greatness of a song. But obviously there’s no denying Nas is a lyrical monster top 5 dead or alive

      4. a good beat is just as important as good lyrics…Nas delivers boring flows on wack beats and only comes correct on good beats with equally talented lyricist

these 2, Nas/Scarface have delivered classic as a pair, ‘favor for a favor’, ‘In between Us’ and now ‘Hip Hop’

They should do more collabos….Scarface should put Nas on his upcoming album

    100. New unsigned hype from michigan go to youtube type in reg lauren good time!!! and follow him on twitter @reglauren24

    101. I can’t believe no one has said anything about DJ Premier agreeing to be on a track with DJ fuckin Khaled, I mean what the fuck is going on here?? Not one person said anything about this. That shit is weird as hell.

      1. Dj Khaled did not do the beat but Justice League and its not like Khaled is rapping….he’s the man with vision and he did a good job on this

    102. 0.1* FROM ME .. That’s as much as i will give this Golden Girl of Rap .. And you all know who i talking bout

    103. The funny thing is all you idiots who always post comment to HHDX and WSHH dont buy singles or albums. You fools are all arm chair critics and probably only started listening to HipHop 2yrs ago.You fools come here and insult yourselves becos of rappers that u dont know, buy their albums & never been to their concert. You broke the rappers are fucking rich, your lifes fucked up you all act tough bcos ur anonymous online like u built that way n you never left home. Hope all u idiots die some fuckin painful death.STUPID FUCKING E-gangstas.

    104. a remix to this track needs rappers with emotional flows like Jay Z, Ghostface, and Andre 3000

Dj Khaled should consider a remix but not include anyone from Young or Cash Money

    105. Andre’s body of work mostly talks about women so this double entendre would be perfect for him on a remix i agree

as for Jay Z, as long as he does not brag about his riches, his daughter, Beyonce and bank account he’ll be right for a remix as well

remix: Dj Khaled ft Scarface, Nas, Andre 3000, and Joe Budden

      1. This needs a remix with Lil Wayne,2 Chainz Drake …and big Bawse Ross.. Then this shit would really be fire !

      2. Joe Budden on subject matter about women goes in and gets real emotional…how Scarface set the emotional tone, Joe Budden would fit as well as a Ghostface and Andre 3000

    106. lol nas going murder again… i swear this dude has been ripping through tracks crazy fr the last couple years damnn!!

    107. This track is ten times iller than ‘New Day’ by 50 Cent, and ‘3 Kings’ by Rick Ross

‘Three Kings’ actually should have been, Scarface, Nas and Rakim

      1. ‘She left me stranded in my nightmares, taking pictures of my memories she right there’

i reacted like Jadakiss, ‘stupid, stupid, stupid’

this is stupid son, Scarface back!!!!!

    108. I cant take this off Repeat!! Nas is that dude but damn Facemob killed this, listen to this shit!! Simple but yet tough!

    109. “She Left Me stranded In My Nightmares/ Taking Pictures of My Memories she right there”

      Facemob bringing that thieves theme

    110. This is the best comment ever on HHDX “The funny thing is all you idiots who always post comment to HHDX and WSHH dont buy singles or albums. Hope all u idiots die some fuckin painful death.STUPID FUCKING E-gangstas”

    111. not me… another song about hip hop… and why is djkhaled here? im not giving it a 5 ony because there are 2 legends here.. doesnt appeal to me. and lyrics are good but nothing that i will listen to again.

      1. if you dont think this song is classic, your probably a kid that wears snapbacks and think everything you do is “swag”.. i dont like khaled either but the fact that he arranged this song, i will give him props..if you cant appreciate a song that says “i dont wanna dame the game like orenthal james” you should switch your music preferences cuz hip hop aint for you

      2. and if you dont know what hes saying when he says that…hes sayin he doesnt wanna kill the bitch like OJ..and the bitch he refers to is hip hop…amazing man

    112. first time i listened to this i was like hell yea, this is like “i used to love h.e.r.” except with 2 of my favorite mc’s (not that common aint)but the second time i listened to it, i analyzed every line and they say some CRAZY SHIIIT..for you younger listeners, you wont appreciate this song as much because you wont get what some of nas’ lines. the OJ line was sick, him talkin about his “hip hop is dead” album in such a crazy way, saying i am joseph jason and darryl (thats Run DMC) talkin about rap magazines without directly talkin about the magazine, and sooo much…wow i am at a loss for words, easily the best VERSE ive heard in probably 10 years…thank you DJ khaled for putting this song together, one love

      1. give him credit man, yea he didnt produce, rap, or scratch any of this track…but he was the one that arranged it and that is the important part..if it wasnt for him, this song wouldnt have came out..thank you dj khaled, nasty, face, and preemo

    113. We the Best!!! Who? We Ninja, We!!!!! lmao you can’t run from it but this shit is a classic, one for the books.

    114. The definition of mediocre…way too over hyped on this site just because of the names attached to this song. I expected so much more from Face, hes been in the game for 20 years and still hasnt evolved his game like Nas did. Therefore: 2.5 stars for the rap, 1.5 stars for the wack ass beat by the overrated justice league. Oh and all the haters SUCK A FAT DICK, 99 percent of you herbs dont know hiphop like I do.

    115. Good Song.

For those of yall screaming yall like real Hip Hop.Take the time to Check me out. I will dropping a class album for free, very soon.

I recommend: Black james Bond, Somebody Gotta Die, The Essence, and Get Back to Yours.

You only have my word but my word is bond.
      soundclick.com/shambamenelek

      1. justice league made the beat you fucking idiot. what he does is kinda acts like suge knight or any other person like that.. he gets the people together and adds input to the concept.

    116. 4 stars, -1 for that fatfuck Dj Khaled being listed on this track. He doesn’t do anything except say “DJ Khaled” and organized 2 or more rappers to be on the same track- he’s a glorified personal assistant at best.
You are a meat head if you think he adds any value to the hip hop game.

    117. As a aspiring artist, I’m very particular about the hip-hop/rap music I listen to as alot of the music I hear now is regurgitated bullshit. This right here is the shit, that got into wanting to spit rhymes. The wordplay, depth, emotion, and passion applied. This what we all as “artist” hope to achieve. True “Good” music right here.

    118. [Verse 2: Nas]
And if I cry two tears for her
That would be the most that I can give to her
I am Joseph, Darryl, Jason, Dr Dre, OShea
And a host of those who passed away
Today Im Drake, Im Wayne, 2 Chainz
You say you wanna rap, to this bitch you must commit
Then youre a slave to your grave, you wont get out, you cannot quit
She menstruates weekly, her Vibe covers keep you warm
But the Source to her heart is love, word up, right on
You know how girls are, she love when you licking on her World Star
Kissing on her belly, trick on her and onyx
Confused fans think that she illuminates demonic
But shes the object of my affections, Gods essence, God bless her
She bought me Bentleys, Breitlings, made some friends resent me
For writing about my life, they thought I should have stayed quiet
She took me to places I would have never saw without her
And she took me from my girl powder
I doubt Ill ever be the same, hallowed be thy name
Give me strength so I dont do this dame like Orenthal James
Brad warned me while driving this auburn Ferrari
Never follow in her games, I fuck around and Ill be sorry
But I tried her, used to ride her, for dollars not the fame
She slowed me down and had me guzzling on cups of lean
Shes a middle-aged cougar, showing younguns the dream
Notice she wasnt breathing for a second then I screamed
Shes dead!, and everybody took it out on Nasty
I was just looking out for my music family
Wasnt trying to claim her to myself, shes yours
You can have her shes a muthafucking whore
      I fuck Hip Hop
And if I cry two tears for her
That will be the most that I would give to her

      Nasty Nas/ GOAT

    119. damn this shit bang only checked for face cos nas backs minaj now but shit this is proof nas aint sold out but he needs to stay away from tht young money shit.5 stars right here i hope it aint on khaleds album though dont plan to buy a khaled album.

    120. KHALED EASILY THE BEST DJ IN THE WORLD!
      THANKS TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
TO ALL THE HATERS! SUCK MY FAT WHITE DICK

    121. This is dope 🙂
We are hating on DJ Khaled, and this is what DJ Clue did back in the days… get dope artists in a song & he’ll scream his name..
Anyway, Big up to my boi Nas for F####ing Hip hop with a dope LP 🙂

      1. He gets the SAME PEOPLE for every fucking record. He’s helping monopolize the genre rather than introduce new faces like Clue did back in the day. Go kill yourself.

    122. Damn, Face’ delivery. The true KING of the south. That’s why he’s better than Nas. Nas’ delivery has always been nothing more than mediocre.

    123. Sorry to confront yall with reality, but any Lupe Fiasco verse makes Nas’ shit look like child’s play. Just listen to “Joaquin Phoenix” for instance. Bar for bar, Lupe shits all over Nas.

    124. “so I don’t do this dame like Orenthal James”

LOL. Every single Lupe lines is LAYERED with hidden meanings and yall jerking off to something so obvious. SMH.

“Dumb It Down” >>>>>> everything Nas has ever done from a lyrical standpoint.

    125. “My self portrait shows a man that the wealth tortured
      Self-absorbed with his own self-forfeit
      A shelf full of awards
Worshiping the war ships that set sail on my sea of life
When I see my own self I wonder if we still see a light
      We was tight seeing lights
      Speaking right and breathing life
Now I see my demons and barely even sleep at night
I don’t get high life keep me at a decent height
As the old me I predicted all my recent plights
Exhausted. Trying to fall asleep. Losses at my recent fights
Burdens on my shoulders now, burnin’ all my motives down
Inspiration drying up, motivation slowing down”

      >>>>>>>>>> Life Is Good.

      1. Lol he’s a straiht up DUMB PEASANT ..Watch the Bill O Reily interview again your poor dumb thing . LOLZ

    126. now this is that good shit!
      glad 2 hear ‘Face again.
      Nas kills it, as usual.
      Nas haters still mad…..lol

    127. This song is generic and this has been overdone and done BETTER way too many times.

      Hop off Nas’ dick, smh

      1. A BIG cosign: its been done WAYY better in the past. Look up verbal intercourse for example. Everything Khaled touches has shit stains in it

      2. wasn’t Nas on verbal intercourse? fuckin clowns.

Can’t say i’m a fan of Khaled but this joint is dope.

        Nas = GOAT

    128. Favorite lines – “Confused fans think that she illuminates demonic
But she’s the object of my affections, God’s essence, God bless her”…..enough of the Illuminati BS

      1. only fools don’t believe that there is something/someone working behind the scenes that is greater and more powerful than all the governments of the world.

      2. Only a fool would think that a secret society that supposedly controls business’s and banks has any interest in rappers. Confused fan maybe?

    129. why when any song comes out, we feel is necessary to bring up “name your fav rapper” and compare them?

this song is DOPE for numerous reason, all of which are only MY OPINION.

      1) 2 legends in hip hop

      2) the beat is a head nodder

      3) lyricism

      4) khaled obviously respects hip hop and shows it with getting these 2 titans

i am hip hop…i love hip hop…i grew up on him hop. we grew up together.

    130. In any other musical genre, khaled would be seen as a composer. Taking the best musicians and making beautiful music. But because it’s “Khaled we the best” our people hate. We only do it to ourselves. Then they wonder why we as a people can’t rise above anything and always putting the blame on someone else. Knowledge is key my people… One.

    131. NASTY CAME WITH A UNIQUE APPROACH ON THIS ONE I LOVE B/C BOTH OF THESE MC’S ARE IN MY TOP 5 HIP HOP MC’S OF ALL TIME AND TO HAVE THEM ON A CLASSIC BURNER….IS POETRY IN MOTION

      1. Nas will kill features, but you’ll never hear him going in like that on his own shit. He wastes his best verses on tracks of others.

    132. Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz would have done a better job, HAHAHAHAHA relax niggas just playing don’t get butt hurt

    133. damn yo this is a song that can make me feel like a stan, cuz Nas killed this shit, and lately I don’t feel like he’s been killing tracks, but this one, DAMN!

      1. WTF where you been? NAS has the best HIP HOP album of the year HANDS DOWN!!!! Not to mention he had the Midas touch on every track he been featured on! REAL TALK MY ASS!!! You dont know jack shit BITCH!!!!! WORD TO THE RETARDED STAN!!! WHY DONT YOU DO LIKE STAN AND HAVE SOMEONE LOCK YOU IN YOUR TRUNK AND HAVE THEM DRIVE YOU OFF A MOTHERFUCKING BRIDGE YOU DUMB MOTHERFUCKING BBBBBBBIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

    134. if khaled wasnt the most annoying fat piece of shit in hip hop history and could shut his fucking mouth he’d prolly sell more ………………..nas is the goat and u know this

    135. Scarface got this and every other track he did with Nas. As always, Nas brought it lyrically, but his delivery is straight out WACK. You can hear and read his words, but you don’t feel them. He’s like a fucking robot, delivering every topic and emotion in the exact same manner. You don’t feel what Nas is talking about off his delivery alone, he acts like a gangsta, a poet, a broke and rich, a sad and happy nigga all in the same vocal tone. Music = emotion. That’s why he’ll never be close to being the greatest rapper. He might be the greatest lyricist, but that doesn’t translate into being the greatest rapper.

      1. How you gonna say you fuck Hip Hop when you’re not SOUNDING like it? Scarface embarassed him here and gave him a lesson.

      2. ^^^^WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU LISTENING TO?

Its unbelievable how you guys can manufacture baseless criticisms whenever Nas drops gems, this track being case in point. His delivery was wack? You’ll be a SLAVE to your GRAVE YOU WON’T GET OUT YOU CANNOT QUIT… huh? Dude doesn’t need to be as emphatic as Face because his lyrics are so much more complex… the finality and inescapability of words like these convey the lows of a man who has dedicated his life to hip hop every bit as much as Scarface vocal inflection reveals.

Plus Nas’ voice is very smoky so it obscures changes in inflection and delivery that are more apparent through voices of other rappers… I think you guys really aren’t even listening… can’t you hear the change when he says he was just trying to protect his music family? Or when he says shes a motherfucking whore?

Face is a first ballot legend but he got worked on this. I don’t want to even compare their verses because they excel at different things. I know Face has so much pain and feeling in his delivery, and he has more than Nas sure. But Face can’t get close to matching Nas imagery and this song definitely proves it.

And Nas trumped Face on In Between Us and Gangsta Rap made me do it. You guys are seriously looking for any reason to hate on Nas. And if you don’t have one, you just make one up. Come on now just enjoy the goddamn classic joint they just laid as a hip hop fan.

        ONE

      3. I agree, finally someone sees what i see…Nas is great lyrically but he can’t get into character and deliver the emotion of the picture he’s painting…Scarface outdid Nas with delivery, and Nas only out did Face lyrically

as song or movie is more effective when it evokes an emotion out of the viewer or listener hence why Pac is the most effective rapper to date…he rhymed of his heart that you could hear when he was happy, angry or jus ok….Face really sounds emotional and heart broken in this track thats what makes his verse so timeless.

As much as Nas came through lyrically but it just sounds like he’s reading straight off his rhyme book, and face memorized his verse then spit it from memory and heart

      4. Emotion/ delivery is much more effective than just dope lyricism and word play…it touches your heart, and makes you react

look at hollywood, movies that win Oscars are not your Batman or action packed high speed car chase but low budget ‘drama’ movies where actors are tasked to show and deliver their acting skill by completely morphing into a diff character than what they are

same thing with music, its not about being on a high budget Dr Dre, or Kanye West beat but being able to act out the character you painting with your words so we the listeners can visualize the delivery

You gotta inject emotion into the word play, get into character and play out your script perfectly

I go with Scarface on this one….”She left me stranded in my nightmares/ taking pictures of my memories she’s right there” … if your mind fails to visualize this, then am sorry to say you got brain damage

Nas is just delivering a speech reading from his cue cards

    136. NAS the only real nigga in the game these days and you put him on premier bat and its Illmatic all over again.

    137. Hope all u idiots die some fuckin painful death.STUPID FUCKING E-gangstas

    138. yo people rating lower than a 5 listen to lil wayne and drake. even though its not the best spit verses ever, its a story. sit back and put yourself in nas or scarface’s shoes. imagine knowing biggie pac big l ect. and look at it now….damn

    139. The only thing that’s holding me from giving this a 5 is the retarded “this shit special” shouts throughout the song. Yeah, dimwit, it almost is, but you ruined it with all that yapping. Let the music speak to itself and STFU, fans will determine if it’s special or not.

    140. you realize khaled works with all those guys right? they just put this track together to win over underground and east coast heads, this concept of rapping to hip hop as a person is really played out anyway, its been done to death

      1. Yes, but there’s been songs about mothers, fathers, drugs etc.. It’s the execution not the concept. No one said it was a breakthrough song but just a good one.

      1. Haha, thats if Khaled can holla at Jay Z…plus Jay Z got that emotional flow it will fit well with Scarface emotional delivery here

    141. Am I the only one who realized how hard Nas went. That verse was epic, almost rap verse of the year. That wordplay was just too sick. Nas is the greatest most hated by the internet era rapper ever. I just dont get why people don’t give him props as the greatest. The dude is consistent as a lyricist. He’s one of the most creative story tellers ever. I dont understand why the internet hates Nasty. I love underground rap but I along with Mac lethal and others agree that Nasty is one of the greatest. WTF?

    142. yo seriously I am a rap fan and used to bump every jay-z cd up until black album. The guys flow is slow and boring now; and we should all be able to admit that as hip hop fans. Hes dumbed it downa nd says about half of what he used to in a verse by slowing it down. Its just not as good. I do not want him on here. This song is perfect

    143. Nas….. are you KIDDING me? both face and nas ripped this. S/O to justice league for the beat.. and premier for the scratching. made it a classic. and Khaled for the idea of getting all of these guys together

    144. Problem with us black people is that we don’t have vision, long term investment rather we think for now…we animals…just consume now and for tomorrow we’ll cross the bridge when we get there

rather than signing 2 Chainz, Chief Keef, Soulja Boy’s and all the wack ass non lyrical mc’s people like Dr Dre, Jimmy Iovine, Good Music and Def Jam should be investing in lyrical mc’s especially the veterans

Its not that can’t sell records, as smart marketing team could sell a bucket of water to an ocean

if Good Music or Def Jam were to invest in lyrical veterans like Jadakiss, AZ, Pharoah Monch, Talib Kweli, Black Thought, Canibus, Chino XL, Ras Kass, Killah Priest, Masta Ace, Last Emperor, and Scarface (well Def did once, and proved to be success) they’ll take hip hop to a higher level of respect and viewed as an English language representation gunning for longevity. Any of these mentioned artist can sell millions if were to be put behind good beats by your Kanye, Dr Dre, Alchemist, No ID, Justice League, Focus, Pharell, Jay Electronica and others with the right marketing budget they could dominate airwaves same way as your 2 Chainz, Chief Keef and Rick Ross…they got the lyrics, and all they need is to be paired up with dope beats and there we have Hip Hop the Poet not the current Hip Hop the Whore that every Tom Dick and Harry is pimping

rappers like AZ, Last Emperor are ill with the flow, too damn ill so why ain’t they getting invested on instead of 2 Chainz?

Coz black business men don’t think they still chess pawns and white men still king control them with his vision of profit 1st art none

The internet is a blessing coz then you get see response from fans instantly than before it was where it is today. yesterday we were just writing fanmail, calling radio station but today we can give feedback instantly when we don’t feel an artist or a song or album.

When we react negatively its not hate, but it trully how a person feels…if you don’t like a song you don’t like why you gotta be labelled a hater???

A smart business man is the one that will invest in lyricist coz they last longer than the none lyrical niggaz hence Nas, Lupe, Eminem and Jay Z are still around and still make a buzz whenever they working on album its coz people are looking forward to great lyricism. Rick Ross is just hot now but won’t last forever as Nas, Jay Z and Em have. He is just enjoying his 15 mins of fame same way Master P, P Diddy, and 50 Cent did in their prime but no longevity coz they don’t posses the basics (lyricism)

We tolerate Nas or Lupe whenever they come wack coz we still believe they can come thru correct the next time around coz they posses the basics which is lyricism but as soon as Rick Ross flops one album, he’s done ain’t no coming back!!!!!!

      1. i hear what you saying but theres so many factors to consider. My main issue is first is about record sales and buying albums:

People need to understand that sales actually do matter. The more a certain sound/style sells the more a label will push it. Nowadays labels are pushing that pop rap because thats what sells the most

Honestly i could write a book about this but what im trying to say is that before we say “Def Jam should invest in lyrical artists” we need to show that we really want to support these artists. Remember it cost alot money to support an artist and theres no point for a label to push an artist if he wont sell many records.

An example is Big KRIT. His talented and does put substance in his music, but he only sold 40 000 in his first week and last time i checked the album is around 81,000 copies. Which is ok but those numbers arent gonna make def jam say “we need to invest in Big KRIT”

Like i said, before we say we need more lyrical we need to support heavily those that are already here

      2. Putting these guys back out adakiss, AZ, Pharoah Monch, Talib Kweli, Black Thought, Canibus, Chino XL, Ras Kass, Killah Priest, Masta Ace, Last Emperor, and Scarface is like re-making the star Wars movies. It was a classic and then they just ruined it. Move forward and hope for new talent it will come.

    145. Man scarface is really missed in the game… this shit is melting my speakers!!! Nas is a beast…. BBBBBBBBAAANNNNGGER!!!

    146. Keep Jay off this. It doesn’t need to be touched by anyone! Perfect as is. And every hip-hop head, artist, producer, fan, dj, etc. prolly teared up when they first heard this. I certainly did. Every word spoken is sooooooooo on point

    147. FUUQQ YEEZ MY NIKKAS

FINALLY IT HAPPENED – JUST GOT A NEW RIDE – A CAM A RO CONVERTIBLE.GOT APPROVED FOR 26 LARGE. BEEN 5 YRS SINCE IVE GOTTEN SHYT APPROVED, BUT NOW ALL MY CRE-DIT SHEET GONE. ALL OF IT.

    148. this joint right here bangs like… “A FAVOR 4 A FAVOR” – Mr SCARFACE & NAS Continue 2 shed light and lyrics by example…. Im lighting candles 4 this 1 seated in the hip hop Tabernacle

    149. mater of fact if pac was physically here we would have face pac & nas album by now so its def time 4 a face nas & ???? album

    150. i dont fcuk with khaled or his 20 feature long garbage. but this track, shit is tough. two verses, two legends, and shit is laced by premo. dope

    151. Cannot wait for a remix with WAYNE, SOULJA, WAKA, GUCCI, SWIZZ BEATZ, WALE, ROSS, DRAKE, LIL TWIST, LIL CHUCKEE, NICKI MINAJ, TYGA. SHEW gonna be one for the books

DONT FORGET BIRDMAN ON DA ADLIBSSS CAA CAAAA CAAAAA

    152. Khaled produced this idiots. Check the video of him directing premier where to drop the beat and breaks. He doesn’t or never just adds his name to projects.

    153. This is a classic hip hop record. every aspect of this record is almost flawless. the beat, scratching, lyrics…production was done nicely by khaled and justice league. many hate on khaled but he brought together a banger for hip hop on this one. 5/5

    154. It’s not up for debate anymore….Nasir Jones is the best to ever do it….excluding nobody dead or alive! Goat!!!!

    155. Y’all niggaz better stop sleeping on that nigga Nasir…BTW Face is still The King Of The South period.

    156. “Noticed she wasnt breathing for a minute then I screamed she’s dead” lol escabor is just on another level ….he’s the greatest dead or alive…always on point shout to scarface n khaled we see u too gents

    157. I heard this on XM when I was out of town last week and damn near had a wreck…Face does the fool…

    158. This song is a classic.
And if I cry two tears for her
That would be the most that I can give to her
I am Joseph, Darryl, Jason, Dr. Dre, O’Shea
Kissing on her belly, trick on her at Onyx
Confused fans think that she illuminates demonic
But she’s the object of my affections, God’s essence, God bless her
She bought me Bentleys, Breitlings, made some friends resent me
For writing about my life, they thought I should have stayed quiet
She took me to places I would have never saw without her
And she took me from my girl powder
I doubt I’ll ever be the same, hallowed be thy name
Give me strength so I don’t do this dame like Orenthal James
Brad warned me while driving this auburn Ferrari
Never follow in her games, I fuck around and I’ll be sorry
But I tried her used to ride her, for dollars not the fame
She slowed me down and had me guzzling on cups of lean
      She’s a middle-aged cougar, showing young’uns the dream
Noticed she wasn’t breathing for a second then I screamed
“She’s dead!” and everybody took it out on Nasty
I was just looking out for my music family
Wasn’t trying to claim her to myself, she’s yours
You can have her she’s a motherfucking whore
      I fuck Hip Hop

    159. Noticed she wasn’t breathing for a second then I screamed
“She’s dead!” and everybody took it out on Nasty
I was just looking out for my music family
Wasn’t trying to claim her to myself, she’s yours
You can have her she’s a motherfucking whore
I fuck Hip Hop…….Nas Will allways be the best that ever did it. Crazy song. Face is back.

    160. Nas really does insults our intelligence…his personification songs always gives clues what’s he talking about

‘I Gave You Power’ – he tells us from the beginning of the song he’s personifying a gun where is ‘Me And My Girlfriend’ leaves no single clue

same with Fried Chicken and Last Words where he gives clear indication he’s personifying a wall

Now on this song his verse is not that unique coz he’ gives clues ‘i fuck hip hop’ that line on its own carries no weight but coz its Nas his stans just see legendary on simple line

This Man Must stop insulting our intelligence and take a page out of Tupac’s poetry book and learn

      1. if you watched the making of video it shows the first time scarface hears nas verse he gos crazy and say he doesn’t want to be on it joking around then he plays the oj simpson line back as well

    161. OK khaled I see you. Nas just spit the rhyme of the year. I thought Gunplay had it but this one narrowly edges it with the wordplay.

    162. I cant speak for everyone on this site but when i hear music like this it connects to me on a personal level. And not on some stuff where the rapper was saying a bunch of cliche’ terms and trying to fake you into believing that this rap sh*t matters. I know that people under 25 get tired of hearing about the old days and in some ways i agree because we have a tendancy to be too nostalgic. But the feelin you got from the music was sincere. Simply because the artist was. The culture of rap is sickened with the same plagues that we used to mock other genre’s for. Rap was never about having a hit song it was about making a dope album. A bad sign of any music genre is the amount of one hit wonders it has under its belt. The rise in these amounts in rap is dramatic and detremental to the culture as a whole. People need to be looking at rap as a career rather than a job. Listening to this song in addition to Life is Good has me thouroughly convinced That Nas is the greatest rapper of all time. No other rapper has remained this strong lyrically even after 10 years in rap let alone 20.

    163. The emotions evoked from the track are what makes Esco + Face on a pedestal upon a mountain higher than the top tier of the current Hip Hop landscape.

    165. face and nas always got classic tracks.

i guess it takes face to bring the best out of nas. as of late, nas been rapping down to the level of his competition: minaj, wayne, ross ect ect. his verses were solid on those songs but but nothing close to his talent level.

      1. Nas ain’t from Southside. He’s from 40 Side, Queensbridge.

Nas shouts out Fat Cat, Pappy Mason, Supreme in his songs, but he’s never hung around Southside cats.

    166. This shit tuff

    167. First time i’ve ever spend money on Khaled (not that he has much to do with it). Lol..Nas and Facemob all day!!

    168. Great song, they both talked about real stuff. we need more music like this. CLASSIC track sinlge of the Year!!!!!!

      1. Not when he gets songs like this made. Don’t get me wrong I don’t like the fat cunt and most of the songs he shouts over are shit but I’ll forgive him for now if he keeps putting out records like this.

    169. So many emotions circling around hip-hop… This song really gives you a sense of the relationship both artists have with rap. The love and hate, joys and disappointment. Great track.

    170. What’s up with the gap at the end when Preemo is scratching. Doesn’t sound like it’s supposed to be. Nevertheless a classic song. Still no respect for DJ Khaled. I wished there is a version without him screaming.

    171. I just saw the making of the video. the “ha… what” scratch is missing in the final version that’s on the album. what the fuck!?! this is such a classic song. really embarrassing. how could this happen??? didn’t they listen properly to the final mix??? blame it on khaled this fake ass “dj”

    172. Crazy… Face… Nas… Damn this is how I feel. I don’t love her like I used to. Fuck her on the side, but no commitment to her. Damn, what happened?

      Track is Hip Hop.

    173. It’s been confirmed that Nasir Jones is not and Earthling. This discovery was base solely on the verse that was revealed to our crack research team in Houston.

    174. Yea 97 percent of hip-hop is badly currupt, stop the brainwashing. Just listening to this the media/indrusties are more evil than ever.

    175. this is classic. Scarface came back with a vengence and as for nas….anyone who has any doubts on his lyrical ability should sit with a pad and pen and write down the lyrics he spit on this rack and stack them against the best verses you have heard this year….Nas wins hands down.

    176. yo im bangin this shyt on my dre beats and this goes hard scarface is sick and nas is one of the best ever kill em nas dnt ever change

      1. Lol Nas murders him no Rapper in the world can compete to nas vers in this one. Scarface is still dope but nas is in another universe in this song.

      2. I agree, Scarface’s verse isn’t as good but it sounds good with the beat. Nas rips it down but Scarface takes the cake, he’s been out the game and comes back with heat. Lets not talk about that ICP bullshit….

    177. DAMN. The best Khaled track ever. Period. Even though Khaled didnt do shit but scream on it. The Preem scratches are classic. Nas and Scarface always bringing it. Loved the collabo on Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It and this is just as bangin.

    178. Nas is the hardest, any real hip hop heads from London needs to get tickets to the nas show that he is doing at the club under chelsea’s football ground, the bridge is over!

    179. ” im doing drugs just to feel you” lol real talk about hip hop now a days
song is ill. hard to belive its on a khaled album. but good music is good music

    180. i think nas should of done a song for Nasa instead of will.i.am. real talk aliens would not fuck with earth cuz of his power alone….hahaha

    181. They Killed this live at Rock The Bells in Jersey…fuckin amazing when he brought Face out on stage, and then brought lauryn hill out to finish it, Nas is a fuckin legend.

    182. Nas verse has to be one of the top 5 verses ever. The concept, the way in whiched he described hip hop. The execution is flawless…nas top 3.. Dead or alive..nobody in the game touching him right now..classic hiphop…

    183. This was a Sad weekend in black history…two of the most successful rapers in hip hop history did a festival less than 100 miles from each other that’s some real Divide and conquer shit .instead of strengthening the hip hop genre they do a separate show…..willie lynch is still in the minds of many in 2012…this is a sad day in hip hip history….kanye and jay should of been headlining at rock the bells not doing shows with pearl jam!!!!! if you understand black history you will know where I am coming from Jay is the one of the greatest of all time..but that doesn’t mean hes not a Uncle Tom, Sambo of our time Sammy Davis Jr..

    184. If Nas would rap more often on beats like this, he would be THE GREATEST. However, his production and beats are terrible. IMO nobody can touch this man…not even my beloved 2Pac. Please Nasty, ”switch up ya beats”!!!!

      GREAT SONG

    185. Weezy F. Baby would of KILLED this. They should remove Nas and Scarface and replace them with Lil B and Lil Wayne. Now THATS History!

      YMCMB!

      1. BLOW IT OUT YO ASS BLOW IT OUT YO ASS
BLOW IT OUT YO ASS BLOW IT OUT YO ASS
BLOW IT OUT YO ASS BLOW IT OUT YO ASS
BLOW IT OUT YO ASS BLOW IT OUT YO ASS
BLOW IT OUT YO ASS BLOW IT OUT YO ASS

    186. Just heard that bullshit Kanye track talking about his girl that video ,clothes etc ..Had to come back and listen to this to remember Hip Hops not dead .. 5*

      1. People pretend that a genre of music can “die” because they are so egocentric, and unworldy that it would be impossible to accept the fact that the genre has moved on and evolved without them. It is like a kid with a caterpillar who returns from pre-school only to discover that a an ugly scary butterfly has “eaten” his beautiful caterpillar. We with better sense would understand that the butterfly is simply the progression of the caterpillar

    187. this song is the absolute only reason i have even an ounce of respect of khaled… still would’ve been better to have it on Life Is Good

    188. Dey shoulda put dat dead nigga jojo on dis shit, shit woulda been fire nigga, hologram jojo on his bike gettin blasted stupid ass fuck ho

    189. Love this song! Scarface put alot of emotion on his verse you could realy feel it & Nas was INCREDIBLE as always. These ‘rappers’ should learn from these two. SPECIALY Wayne’s bitch ass.

      1. Wtf?? I thought you liked jammin Lil Wayne with me when we in the living room babe…have you been fuckin lying to me?!

        YMCMB!

    190. This would be 1000 times better with Lil Wayne, Drake and Tyga. YMCMB is da best thing to happen to HipHop Period.

      1. LOL you’re a fucking moron! YMCMB would ruin this song! WHAT YOU’D WANT DRAKE RAPPING ABOUT HIS HARD UP BRINGING AS A FAKE DISABLED CHILD ACTOR? yer youre right he goes hard man!

      2. kill urself. i really mean it. if u really felt those words u wrote u should feel the tringer with ur index finger and pull it….period. kill urself im not kidding aks ur mom if she thinks u should do it and she will say yes but dont make a mess faggot

      3. To the few imbeciles above me, what does that day at the top right hand corner of the track art? I see YMCMB… Weird… You wouldn’t recognize or give props to a good song on any level if they dropped one just because you want to sound like a “real” hip hop fan. Wanna be elitist assholes is what most of you are.

    191. Once Nas bows out from this game, i need to find a new genre of music…the cunt known as hip hop will jump off da bridge.

We with better sense would understand that the butterfly is simply the progression of the caterpillar.

      1. With all due respect, I bet you say this every time they post a Nas song, and not because its true because it isn’t. I think you say it because…well…that’s what diehard fans do. And then after a while you really start to believe what you say. I lie told well, over and over is inevitably the truth.

      2. so you say that todays hiphop is better than 90’s and early 00’s rap? if you believe that you’re a fucking bitch

      3. Being a bitch is not so bad you know. Especially because its just a word and no one knows what the hell it really means in the non dictionary context. Its not really that insulting when I think about it. Especially written over the internet from a stranger who has no clue that I might actually be their favorite rapper, athlete or even their mother. Besides, there are worse things to be and worser people too…

      1. Wow! u r the death of our shit! listen to some other shit man b4 u come in here with yo illiterate comments of hate. your the reason for this joint to even have to be created faggot! pay homage stupid ass!

      2. youre anonymous bcuz u aint hiphop! DMX is that dude and he would be PISSED u said that shit u just said dummy! get another culture vulture!!!!!!!!!!!

5 star song. The fact is, it is a part of today’s hiphop. It was made in today’s climate. Don’t try to paint it as an ode to the ‘era of true hip hop'(whatever true hip hop means). There were time machines involved in the making of this song. This is modern day music, this exists today.

      1. I was on the bus reading this then I looked to my left and this old couplSWAG SWAG SWAG SWAG SWAG SWAG SWAG WAKA SWAG!!!!!!!

      2. laron the catepillar analogy was perfect…well said my dude…as true hip hop fans we have to move on and learn to appreciate the present expression of artists…the 90’s were an amazing time for hip hop that probably cemented it as a genre and not a passing fad…that said we grew up and must move on

      3. Well said! As a 33yr old man, I have grown up my whole life w HipHop. I remember when 80s rappers were mad at 90s rappers for the progression to real street rap (i.e. guns, drugs, etc.) and now its happening again. My point being its not so much what u say but how u say it.

      4. Couldn’t agree more, have been preaching the words of evolution of music on this site for years now. Not many even make an attempt to comprehend this concept, mostly because it is likely beyond their intellectual capacity and others are just ignorant. It is also likely they will never understand this despite our efforts. It is good to see I’m not the only educated person on this site.

    194. Nas,he fears being an absolute icon. He fears becoming a man who not only manages to escape the travails of the average African American male, though for the most part. He has to stay firmly rooted to the struggle and mindset of the everday hustling, suppressed by “the man,” self proclaimed socially conscious black male or else they’ll say “he changed, he’s pop,he sold out” I wonder just how thin that line is between love and hate.

      1. God forbid a rapper sells outs and gains another million fans and makes millions more, boy, how stupid is that….

People that talk about wayne, em and others selling out and becoming “pop” pisses me off to no end. Especially when every single one of you pieces of trash would chose having a million fans and ten thousand haters while making multi-millions of dollars over having just the ten thousand fans and making a couple hundred thousand.

Get off your high horse people, who cares if a rapper or anyone sells? If it happens and you don’t like it then stop listening and listen to your “real” and “raw” hip/hop, but don’t constantly go to their songs and spread your hate. Use your brain for more than two seconds in your life, you are just wasting your own time.

    195. Pheonominal…song almost got a 5 out 5 with 55K plays…the “Kiss The Ring” project is flopping hard though…

    196. This laron dude is an idiot. “Bitch” meaning a female dog…meanin you acting like a lil hoe right now. You acting like a real bitch right now.

    197. Amazing! Half man, half amazing!
It cuts me deep this isnt in the hottest single when this IS the song of 2012 without a shadow of a doubt.

Laron great analogy, its nice to see theres still a handful of smart people amongst the myriad of haters

      PS: RIP Pac sept 13th

    198. MDC – Modern Day Classic
This is the best real hip hop track I’ve heard in a long time. Scarface does not get the respect he deserves. He should be on everyone’s Top 10 DOA list. Nothing against all the other great MC’s out there but this verse confirms that Nas is the GOAT. Nobody could have spit a better verse, period.

    199. Wow!!! Hats off to DJ Khaled. Man, I can’t believe this: Nas actually killed Scarface on here. Two of the best lyricists EVER! Preemo’s cuts also deserve praise. Man, this song has put my faith bacc into HIP HOP.
