The problem with this track is that it’s just a straight ‘aim and attempt to destroy’ people that don’t listen to hip hop with sense, which won’t do much because they’re too fucking hard headed to be convince. Yes, his fans will agree and love this track for its content, but if today’s society wasn’t so weak minded it would have a much greater effect. It’s like Nas making a track about drugs being bad and expecting who ever listens to it to be convinced and change their prospective on it.

While I agree that the message of this rap should have already been known and that it probably won’t change much, the problem with your statement is that it assumes that there is a better option for Hopsin given his situation. He is a rapper, one that thousands and perhaps millions now listen to. He also makes a rebuttal to your statement in his song already. The other option for him is to rap about getting money, doing drugs, and fucking women. In this case, every track is simply OK or worse for you because the only way someone could do better than this is by actually going out and doing something, which, in that case, wouldn’t be rap anymore. The question that needs to be asked in your case is whether or not the world would be better off without this rap. The message he is spreading can only do good, at least that’s what I think. If you don’t believe minds can change, that’s fine, but when you call this track just OK, please inform others what you think a really good track would be like. I’m not “hatin'” as the young people say these days lol, but in all honesty, I disagree with what you’ve said, and I hope I’ve stated why fairly reasonably.
