Here’s some more self-produced Cole that won’t be on his upcoming mixtape ‘Friday Night Lights’.

      1. he killed their beat then brand nubian aint been hot since all for one lol idk much about them that song was hot though

      2. @gnigga_pleeze:the whole album that track was on, foundation, was pretty good.

@HAHA: they didn’t steal their beat and take credit for it, both songs just used the same al green sample. it’s a pretty common occurrence. DX actually has a feature on it every couple weeks

    1. This isn’t even on his mixtape and it’s better than most rappers album songs. Cole has the game on lock down. Ma’fucka deserves way more credit. I see cats hypin’ up Wiz Khalifa. He fucking sucks. J. Cole, Cyhi, Big Sean = future of hip hop.

    2. J. Cole you ain’t slick using that Al Green “Something” sample. KRIT still has a better version of the beat.

      1. Al Green, hell yes 🙂 but Brand Nubian has the best version of this beat.

“Maybe One Day” Brand Nubian Ft. Common. Check it.

        J. Cole is tight as fuck though.

      2. I said this before and I’ll say it again.

J.Cole been using samples that’s been sampled before. All his beats sampled the same samples as someone else. He doesn’t bring anything new to the table but his shit just makes you feel it.

    3. J.Cole is next up!!! Memphis Bleek used da same sample in his 354 album “straight path”…… I don’t think he stole da beat.. he jus sample it

    4. Not hating, I appreciate excellent music, but am I the only one that feels like he sounds extremely repetitive in his songs? Drake is monotone as fuck but at least his subject matter varies the very slightest amount. JCole is lyrically supreme beyond most in his class of MC’s but in versatility I think he has a possible flaw.

      1. Wow man are you serious. I’m done comparing the two but. You say Cole talk about the same thing and drake don’t. Name one song drake ain’t talking bout a Chick, money, and cash. O I forgot Hoes. That’s all he talks about. You must not really listen to cole if all you heard his him talk about one topic. Be Real Fam

      2. he dosn’t talk about the same thing every song if you had the ”The Warm up” and you were actually for familiar with his music you would know that before you say dumb shit.

make sure ya’ll research before you say something smh

      1. WORD. J Cole is the best new out. HE NICE WIT IT. But please stop comparing him to Nas. Its not happening. No one can match in comparison to Nas. Get it right.

    5. I gotta admit, J. Cole is doin’ his thing. I’m feelin’ this track, and I didn’t know he was throwin’ it down on the boards like that too. I’ma have to keep my eyes out for this nigga….

      1. If you visit HHDX from your cell phone you can download the music off the site and onto your SD card. I have a blackberry so Idk if it’s the case for all Smartphones but I’ve been addicted since I found that out. Once it’s on my MicroSD i can transfer it to my comp and make CD’s if necessary. Frequenting the site daily to have the latest while I”m on the go.
