    1. yo seems like kanye going back to his old style which is good BUT!!! NOV 23 LLOYD BANKS HFM2 im definitely coppin that over kanye.. kanye said it himself banks is top 5 alive PLKKKKKKKKKK

    2. People are going to hate this track no matter what but this track is dope as hell and i cant wait to hear the mastered version. Now haters can go listen to your same boring ol rap about drugs and killing people and stuff.

    3. This shit went over yall heads… it’s definitely a fucking 5 ALL THE WAY

Kanye is doing shit nobody else is doing, this dude is a fucking star…

    4. It started off kind of gay. As the song progressed and I read the comments of many saying it was good I decided to stay tuned. But it’s not my cup of tea; its got too much sugar.

    5. First off, I give this 3.5 stars because its just that. its ok in its on field. If kanye would have tweeked a couple things to the song maybe it would be a 4. Truthfully Nas and Damian Marley did this style of music better..listen to their song “Patience”

    6. Kanye once continues to push the envelope at the same time get back to the meaningful soulful shit he was on, on his first album. I doubt this will be the best song on his cd but damn… What does that say? Dark twisted fantasy or whatever he calles it is gonna be unbelievably raw

    7. …ya’ll are straight retarded

The intro is sampled from Bon Iver’s “Woods”

This is unfinished and unmasterd…the final version is going to blow peoples minds.

Kanye’s CD will easily be the best produced/mixed album of the year.

    8. what are yall talkin about…how is this a wack record ..? it definately not ur customary hiphop beat but creative non the less and thats exactly what the game needs….

      1. this is trash kanye will always have a job as a trash man ohhhh yeah who the FUCK do you think ya are using sum gil scott nigga you way to pop for that shit why ya gotta fuck with gil . he’d be like ”awwww fuck really dammmmmmmmmmm”

    9. creative? it’s somebody else’s song with wack ass drums and shitty lyrics. the song went to shit after the bon iver part at the beginning.

    10. Blah, this song is boring. I’d go nuts if I had to hear it thru its entirety again. 2 out of 5 only cuz its a lil different. Girls will like this shit but as for myself I could care less about hearing emotional love rap shyt all the fucking time from this guy. I never really got into the groove of this guy, he had a few good songs but otherwise way overrated. Plus hes a hopped up airhead who thinks the world owes him something. Go suck a dick Kanye. Go suck my dick after I fuck your dead moms corpse in the cornhole. Thanks y’all

    11. ain’t nothing revolutionary bout spending 25,000 on a necklace before ya get a home.

kanye ain’t very intelligent, short bus ass nigga, just cuss ya got money don’t mean you ain’t dumb as shit

    12. First off, i am a big kanye west fan, but this song just simply isnt up to par. I was excited when I heard that ‘Ye was going to ditch the auto-tune and go back to raw spitting for his new cd, but this sounds like a left-off track from 808’s. Even though its the sample that has the auto-tune and not Kanye directly, it still has that same 808’s feel. This sounds way to forced- like he desperately needed some radio friendly song to blow up his cd, but it sucks. The beat kind of sounds like he tried to bite off of the style of “power” (which was originally produced by S1 and only touched up by kanye). Im sure the HQ version will sound better, but only 1 verse? Disappointment.

    13. This is a little different but I honestly feel as an artistic piece no compared to previous albums, it holds its own. Maybe he’s not spitting straight 16s and stuff but hell i enjoyed it. This sounds like a clash between Love Lockdown vs. Homecoming. Almost has a Thriller vibe, musically. I dig it personally and give it a 4/5

    14. Beats! Beats! Beats!

    16. its officially the first song that kanye has recieved an average rating below 4……….the beat is epic tho that’s it

    17. it took him 20 minutes to get into a verse. 4/5 just because if that. speed it up to get it a to a verse quicker, and its a 5.

    18. This is a deep track. Musically, hard to touch it. The lyrics are what this should be for the song. Kanye wants the music to encompass excellent production with vivid mental ideas. I see this as being a good in-between track on the album that helps the album flow.

    19. This is amazing I can’t wait for this album! Not sure why this is under 4 out of 5 for the rating. Sounds like a mix of Graduation and 808’s & Heartbreaks. A little bit of Late Registration too with the Gil Scott Heron sample at the end. If you ask me, this is an automatic classic!

    20. c’mon son…this shit is weak

the rest of the joints kanye has been releasing lately have been hot, but this shit is terrible (except for the scott-heron sample)

    21. The beat is epic, and the hook would be, if they just shortened it to a traditional 8 bar hook, and got someone who could really sing on it. The verse is dope, but it sucks that it’s the only verse. Good look on the Gil Scott sample though. But I beg Ye not to put this on the album unless he totally reworks everything but the beat & the first verse

    22. This is nice. Very deep and if you actually take the time to listen to good music you can understand where he’s coming from. Beautiful work Ye keep it up and I’ll keep listening

    23. 3/5 its deep, but still not the true ‘hip-hop’ he promised his album will be. runaway, and this seem like a mesh between 808’s and graduation my least favorite ye albums.

but as usual pay attention people, kanye is an occultist there are warnings here…

      “who will survive in america..”

      1. do you even know who Gil-Scott Heron is?? thats who is saying “who will survive in America”…give the occult/Illuminati shit a rest…

    24. not what i was expecting but still dope, i like it…Kanye is on point lately, covering all his bases with the stuff he’s putting out…smart move

      1. I thought i was the only one that felt that way.. and i always been a huge kanye fan but this disco twirling in circles type beats has to fuckin go! Niggaz call this reall hiphop??? Smh..but you a 252 nigga like me so you must be a real nigga

    25. IM A NEED FOR U LAMES TO START RATING MUSIC ON ITS MERIT NOT WHAT U “CLASSICALLY” THINK IS “REAL”..AND U SOUND DUMASS FUC WHEN U SAY SHIT LIKE THAT BECAUSE KANYE IS ONE OF THE DUDES THATS HELPING THAT “DIRTYBACKPACK” SOUND BECOME MAINSTREAM..BUT I FORGET THAT LAMES DONT WANT THERE FAVORITE artists TO SUCCEED ANYWAY..ON ANOTHER NOTE BLK PPL NEED TO STAND UP
AGAINST THE NOTION THAT OTHER BLACKS CANT SUCCEED WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE “DEVIL’..YALL SOUND LIKE RAMBLIN IDIOTS WITH THAT BULLSHIT..I KNOW AS A BLACK MAN IM HIGHLY OFFENDED BY THAT SHIT..BLACK ENTERTAINERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST AT THERE CRAFT SINCE THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD..WHY WOULD IT BE ANY DIFFERENT NOW..ON TOP OF THAT EMINEM IS THE HIGHEST SELLIN MUHFUCKA OUT HERE AND I DONT HERE NOBODY CALLIN THAT BULLSHIT THAT HE PUTTIN OUT THATS “MAGICALLY” MOVIN 3 MILLION UNITS ILLUMINATI SHIT..WAKE YALL DUMASS UP..NIGZ LIKE JAY GO ON WORLD TOURS..U ACTUALLY HEAR HIS MUSIC IN THE INNER CITY..AT CLUBS..IN OTHER CITIES WHEN YOU ON VACATION..IM SORRY BUT I DONT GO TO ATLANTA AND HEAR ONE EMINEM RECORD..I DONT HEAR EMINEM IN NEW YORK AND I DAMN SHO’ DONT HEAR HIM IN CHICAGO..SO FUCK YALL ILLUMINATI FAGGOTS

    26. “who will survive in america”… foreshadowing for whats about to happen here.. dont believe me?? look up fema camps and New World Order.. btw, song sucks

    27. Aside from the first 15 seconds, I actually find myself liking this song – too slow to start but after that it’s close to genius. Listen to it a second time and see if you like it better – I did.

    28. recognize bon iver, nevermind Imogen Heap. listen to the original track, by bon iver, “i’m in the woods”. this is whateva. kanye cannot trump bon iver’s music.

    29. Not sure how I feel bout this one yet, I coulda done w/o the autotune beginning or it in the hook, drums is vicious… Gil Scot Herron sample HOT though n hook is kuu too, verse was on point

    30. OMG!!! WTF!!! THIS GOES SO CLASSICLY HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How does this have a 3.86??? Is it the auto tune??? C’mon now he’s been using it and similar sounding vocoders since College Dropout!!! Its just a vocal effect people!!! SINCE WHEN DO PEOPLE CARE ABOUT HOW A SONG IS MIXED AS LONG AS IT SOUNDS GOOD??? Every artist that EVER WAS IN THE LAST 20 YEARS has used some kind of vocal effect!!! MIXING IS PART OF THE ARTFORM.

This sounds like some ol’ 2010-Hip-Hop-Stevie-Wonder shit, lol!!! I usually don’t rant, but this is just waaaaaaay to hard to go unnoticed.

    31. Ahh I was worried until the beat kicked in. It works but Kayneee come on more compelling lyrics please! Bon Iver’s lyrics are so deep… you can just tip toe hip hop into this song. You gotta bring the same weight to it. It could be more balanced. Wait – okay the end brings the balance- that dude is awesome. but kayne needs to contribute to it too… to bring closure to the song. Thanks for creating!

    32. wack. nigga wasnt rappin and shit wtf?
      all i liked was…
You’re my devil, you’re my angel,,,,,,, you’re my heaven, you’re my hell,,,,, you’re my now, you’re my forever,,,,,, you’re my freedom, you’re my jail… etc

    33. man i thought he was going back to College Dropout, i hope this is the only song like this, it’s not bad, but i hope he gets back to some soulful stuff. I love Kanye but i really don’t want another 808 like album

    34. i know he disappointed about the leak but its all good. his album gonna be crazy and still gonna sell massively. he’s killin every single artist this year! the fourth quarter. check em out!!!!

    35. As one of the leakers that Kanye spoke about on his twitter (DX that is) thanks for screwing us by leaking this unfinished track…JERKS

    36. Yo the Bon Iver song woods is a work of art n’ Yeezy is ah genius for recognizing that n’ makin such ah dope ass beat wit actual lyrics…. the song he sampled from blows my mind n’ this version he made does the same as well to bad this shyt got leaked cus i really wanted G.O.O.D friday this week….. on that note this song is ………simply DOPE……….

    37. So many Opinions…but opinions are like assholes…everybody has one…
Now when is comes to creativity and talent?
Kanye has it all..so where does that leave you? Only to stfu and enjoy the painting on the wall because at the end of the day? Your Lost In The World!…Ye…this is art as truth… Stay Blessed!

    38. ok this song is pretty dope already and it’s not even finished…plus the ending with gil scott heron is awesome.

    39. Genious–Im mad about G.O.O.D. Friday like a scorned punished child but HE RUNS THE WORLD RIGHT NOW–Holy Fuck!! thank you all who explained the vocal effect that is dope as fuck and been around wayy before Ye or Tpain and is not going anywhere–Stop being sheep people!! this shit is illazfuck—this man is bleeding creativity and these feeble minded fucks want to talk about auto-tune cuz they let Ron Browz’ wackness and a Jay Z anthem confuse them as to whats hot-and this is Jay’s man so kill yerselves–Kanye is on some higher level right now-“Rap God”–yall the reason the game can’t progress-I can actually see a 90s cryofrozen rap fan not liking this but everything else GOOD Friday has furthered the game FOR THE UNDERGROUND,BACKPACK NIGGAS-yall stupid if yu cant see that–PS 808s was a ill ass album!

      1. your fucking crazy. Kanye is no Rap God. far from it actually. this is hardly rap either, the music he has been posted is not Hip-Hop. The real legends of rap are the cold crush brothers, marly marl, grand wizard theodore, big daddy kane, juice brothers, Kool herc and there so many other dudes out ther. Plus in the past 10 years he hasnt been the dopest, Jay Dee from Detroit has, and its a shame he died. Jay Dee was a true legend, he was a better producer as well as a better person than kanye. Plus what kind of person says he is better than Pete Rock, PR helped create a whole generation of producers doing the soul, funk hiphop shit, Kanye is too big headed and a plain cunt.

      2. This is the realest comment I’ve read in the past week. ‘ye is doin his thing. if you look at the guy as a rapper you’re gunna be dissapointed plain and simple. but if you percieve the guy as he actually is (a flat out artist) your mind will be blown. people complain about 808s and I was even a hater for the longest time but we need to appreciate it for what it is. raw emotion mixed w/ dope instrumentals. the man is furthering the game each and every friday. thank you kanye west. keep killin’ it.

    40. I don’t understand how a person can like his music but not like him. He is his music.Keep killing em Ye.

    41. Yea the song is fire, but if you ever actually listen to the whole gil scot heron poem he samples at the end, its super racist against white people. Idk, I’m a huge kanye fan, but don’t be cutting up black militant poetry and hide the message that its trying to convey. Kanye gotta realize at least half his fans are white, and chill with all the racist shit.

      1. jay electronica=most talented rhymer in the game outside of eminem/lupe. I was so jacked when I copy and pasted this and that’s what it was. no one knows about jay electronica and it’s killin me. the dude is just raw. “jay spitler, rap hitler, one man militia, burnin’ niggas alive w/ the scripture”- bitches and drugs also produced by dilla. straight dopeness

New tracks coming up with Edo G, Esoteric, Mac Miller & MORE! Don’t sleep…

Teddy Roxpin is the alias of 21 year old Boston based producer Teddy Rosenthal. With a vintage sound reminiscent of hip-hop’s golden era, Roxpin has managed to forge an identity of his own in a day and age where true hip-hop music is few and far between. With a style as diverse as the records he chooses to sample, whether it be funk, rock, jazz, soul or 80’s electro, Roxpin’s ear for music and undeniable likability are quickly making him one of hip-hop’s biggest rising stars behind the boards.

Teddy’s already made a name for himself in the underground Boston hip-hop scene, having landed three placements on Apathy’s “Wanna Snuggle?” and a handful of tracks with local mainstays including artists Special Teamz, Jaysaun, The Camp, Krumbsnatcha, and XL of the Kreators. Having already completed four full length mixtapes of his own, and co-producing several other albums from Boston locals, Teddy seems to be well on his way to success. With several big projects in the works, including tracks with Pittsburgh up-and-comer Mac Miller, Teddy Roxpin is sure to be a household name in the next couple of months. Don’t sleep!!!

    45. This is more than hip-hop, and Kanye is more than a rapper; with that said, this song is excellent, and the album’s gonna be killer.

    46. ye is the essence of what hiphop originated from.. the combination of sounds, challenging the listener with a new spin.. literally.. break dancing.. beat boxing.. graffiti.. this is the source.. you’re experiencing truth, art, expression at its finest.. no one in hip hop has ever influenced the game as much as ye.. that statements ahead of its time but not by much.. you’ll look back at other producers and ask “that’s it?”.. that’s all they did.. ye has eclipsed most of the pioneers in his short career.. the restoration (resurrection) of common, jay-z.. and the development of himself.. “who will survive in america?” KANYE will SURVIVE IN AMERICA

    47. I said it two years ago when he dropped 808’s and that was brilliant. This man is the new Mike Jack. Watch what I tell you
