by that logic i cant fully understand the deliciousness of peanut butter, or really know when a light is on, these two advents having been created by black people. im sorry, just because youre black doesnt mean youre not racist, and just because white people are racist for the most part doesnt mean that your hatred and racism is justified. hip hop has the potential to bring together races to a common understanding, and just because there aree alot of white hip hop heads (makes sense, seeing as there are alot of white people), you want to segregate hip hop. do you think that only arabs should be able to do math? only greeks should think deep? fuck you. and yes, elvis stole most of his songs and styles from black musicians, he wasnt influenced. same with eric clapton. that doesnt mean there werent original white rock and rollers or blues or blue eyed soul singers that werent worth shit. lucky for the world your platform is a short rant on a hip hop site and not a public speaking forum with a greater sphere of influence, because that kind of hate is damaging.
