    1. Yeah…I got the album leak…it is SMOKING HOTT…even though near the end…the production seemingly becomes less B-BOY FUTURISTIC BOOM-BAP like the 1st part of the LP & divulges into more symphonic electronica…BUT SHIT…it’s still blistering. I do though miss the days when EL-P’S supporting cast of cameos were like AESOP ROCK, MR. LIF, CAGE, VAST AIRE…the new supporting cast of Mr. Esquire, Danny Brown, Despot, & Big Mike came with MIXED RESULTS. Esquire verse was rhthymically on point with the uptempo koatic beat but his is soooo easily forgotten. Danny Brown comes with a very nonsensical, non-linear verse with that ‘whiney high-pitch mid 1990’s backpacker’ style & voice & manages a provocative verse with references to Prodigy of Mobb Deep & “DUNNY.” Despot comes through with an alright verse, but Big Mike steals the show with his gully verse…second only to El-P of course. I’m still buying the vinyl for it no doubt!

      1. I feel the same. I can see EL-P’s evolution as a producer is taking him more away from that old dusty boom-bap that used to underline most of his beats, but I am still loving this album.

    2. Diggin What I’ve Heard Thus Far.

      Got Every eL-P Solo Album.

      LOVE his beatwork.

Checkin For That Killer Mike Jawn…

    3. As a rapper, I think El-P has gotten better post-Company Flow. This is really dope. “I’ll Sleep When You’re Dead” is still my shit.

      1. 100% co sign

his production is getting far more perfected aswell.

        i’ll sleep when you’re dead = classic.

    4. I’m now convinced. El-P should produce 25% of Nas’s new album.

      The other %?
      Premo 25%
      Kanye 25%
      Others 25%

    5. this is a dope track. The sequencing on this track is just ridiculous. El-P is one of the best hip hop producers ever.

    6. very cool track

still would love to know the details behind the falling out of El P and a lot of Def Jux artists.

if El did them dirty like some say, then no dope beat will really make me be a fan like i was

    7. This is an amazing song, with 3 great mcs, I’m very excited about El-p’s new album and the one with Killer Mike, butg what I’m most exited about is to hear Despot again. “Crap Artists” is one my favorite songs. I hope to hear more from him and hopefully an album soon.

    8. EL-P is like hip hops answer to Trent Reznor, you either love what he does or you hate it, there’s really no in between, but one thing both sides cant deny is that nobody ever came close to sounding like him.

I’ve always loved his shit, and his latest 2 albums are some of his best work IMO, I cant remember the last time a producer made 2 back to back joints as hot as “Cancer for the cure ” and “R.A.P Music”

      Incredible stuff
