    1. I’m too ahead of my time to be a “has been” – Can’t wait to hear more of this shit

      1. Look its not like an album where if you rate it 5 stars it means straight up classic its just a good song. On second thought I’m getting tired of the whole rapping about nothing just because its easier to rhyme more so I’d say 4 stars now but still

    2. AZ makes anything sound better than it is. Statik Selektah is so unoriginal. Chameleon. I liked his ’11 shit way better (AZ).

    3. Sad. AZ deserved better a long time ago and now he’s rapping– not at his best– over this lame bullshit? Statik Selektah is worse than the motherfucking AIDS.

    4. This old man always sound the same. Statik beats sounds like some old ass Premo beat. get your own style statik. Stop the fake gangster image AZ! You stole your name from the real AZ who also used to rap back in the day. FUCK YOU STANS

      1. @ Da Enigma:

why should i listen to YMCMB dumbass. Did i say i like them?

I only fuck with az first album and the rest is just repeating the same bullshit over and over. so fuck you!

      2. shut up reject… the meaning behind AZ is the Alpha and Omega, hence the first and last letters of the damn Alphabet, dick!!!

      3. i hate those high pitched voice samples that statik uses… the most annoying thing in hip hop to me. in fact, statik is borderline wack to me because of that. and his shit usually sounds the same.

AZ is dope, but usually doesn’t have the presence to hold an entire album by himself.

      4. @ that real shit …You lost all credibility when you said it’s the most annoying thing in hip hop ..

What more annoying than French Montana (he’s not french) Or how’s about Mr Ross making up fake Tony Montana street story’s or how about Meek screeching through a whole 4 minute track ..

I bet your music collection is a lesson in why hip hop is now shit

      5. There is no point arguing on who’s is a real emcee and who is not because only true hiphop supporters who understand the culture and artform can give you an obvious answer.

    5. underwhelming production… statik needs to step his game up. his shit is sounding dated and not very interesting.

      1. This guy wants the same old lex-luger sounding beat that you hear over every-single shitty hiphop song now adays.

    6. I cant understand how people say this beat is wack?? maybe the snares could use some depth but overall its a cold ass sample and AZ does what AZ does, ride the beat and smooth it out.

    7. why hate on the beat? you americans got used to the wack shit? the beat is alright…i like this song…

    8. IMO, AZ and Lloyd Banks two of the MOST underrated, AZ IS THAT DUDE, BAR FOR BAR the man is smooth, melodic and real. Peace to the God.

    9. Oh, btw the production is CLASSIC, you crabs need to clean those ears out, been fed too much industry ASS!

    10. LOL @ ALL THE PEASANT MINDED IDIOTS HATING ON A NICE SMOOTH ASS BEAT …IT’S NOT ALL ABOUT TRAP BEATS AND LIEING ABOUT BEING A BIG TIME STREEET DEALER WITH DIRECT CONNECTS IN LATIN AMERICA ..

      caps off

    11. Dude sounds always the same since 1995. Suprize it aint 1995 anymore. Dude is good for 5/6 tracks and thats it. He never gets out of his comfort zone lryics, beats always the same. So 3 stars.

    12. Another typical AZ song. Sosa (fuck Keef) will always be dope, but he needs to try switching it up sometimes

    13. One of the best to ever do it. Never sold himself out. Never made a fool of himself or claimed to be super-nigga. Just consistently spit rhyme after rhyme for 20 years over smooth ass production. My nigga.

    14. It sound like he used the same drums that were from the sample without filtering them… i just thought the drums were gonna come in booming, snares thick like Luke dancers, and etc.

    15. STATIK SELEKTAH KILLED THE BEAT N PRODUCTION(PUSSY ASS HATERS I KNOW HE SAMPLED THE TUNE N BEAT) BUT THE BEAT JUST TOO DOPE. DAMN! I THOUGHT THIS KIND OF HIPHOP WAS DEAD. SHIIIIIIIIIITTTTT. ANYONE WHO GAVE THIS ANYTHING LESS THAN A 5 STARZ SHOULD HAND THEMSELVES. BCOS OBVIOUSLY IF U CLICKED ON THE LINK TO LISTEN TO THIS TRACK, U DEF. KNOW AZ N U KNOW REAL HIPHOP.

    16. Can’t believe Sosa got 75 comments!!!! Keep them coming !!!!!

Lyrically …. Who fucking with this man? NOT more than a handful. If that.

    17. This sh!t is hot idk what y’all are listenin to…..this is that smooth 90’s sh!t….AZ always been the best on those smooth, melodic beats….
This the type of song you bump when you gettin fresh for all those Memorial Day BBQs!…..cruisin with the top down.

    18. Sos has been and will probably always be rap’s best lyricist. only problem he’s on the ass end of the spectrum for production (albeit pieces of a man and do or die). this is so fucking fresh

    19. Amazing, this is what people who love hip hop class as hip hop. Fuck that Waka, Lil wayne, Gucci, Ross whack shit

    20. Another tinkerbell beat for AZ. He always bored me with his soft ass music. Lyrics were always fresh, but he needs someone like me on the boards. Raekwon knows what it is. That’s why he’s still relevant.

    21. fucking horrible. Anyone who likes this never liked AZ, al of whose previous records are better than this dogshit. He sounds tired and bored, and Statik is goddamn pathetic. Minus five stars because AZ should know better.

    22. AZ never lost a step ever since Lifes a Bitch. Matter fact his word game is even better than Aziatic right now.

      1. I suppose we should throw him on so lex luggar or Mike Will made it beats ..Just enjoy some grown up music ..

This generation of rappers will be gone soon Nas,Em,Az,etc once that happens you guys can knock yourselves out listening to recycled trap beats feat Ross,Trinidad,French (his not french) for the next 5 years

      2. This track is ight, AZ does his thing and Statik did his usual thing. Agree on the statik comment, he a’int whack but his tracks I can’t listen to more than once he has no replay value it’s all the same sound

    23. pure crap; AZ should be ashamed and Statik is both a no-talent AND fucking shameless. # of his records with any replay value = Precisely Zero.

      1. cmon yall no this truth sonnzz aint no lil weezy co signin this or frencheezey monteezy givin em no shout out yall if u aint rappin like ‘i keep it real thats how i feel you no the deal fo real order the fries thas my big mac meal’ then this aint getin no radio play aint hearin this on no air waves n ther aint no soft sweet smooth trey song chris brown voice on the hook man hip hop aint real no mor

    24. I USED TO THINK AZ WAS DOPE!
BUT AFTER 15 FUCKING YEARS HE SOUNDS EXACTLY THE SAME!
HE HASN’T GROWN AS AN ARTIST AND HIS STYLE HASN’T EVOLVED THE WAY THAT NAS, OR EVEN COMMON HAS!
HE COULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE GREATS BUT IS STUCK IN 1998…SMH!

    25. Good to hear the return of the AZ! Very dope beat by Statik too, hope he drops a remix with the Nasty Nas!

    26. Man, none of you are ever satisfied….first AZ raps over beats that are too hard…..now you sayin he’s rhyming over beats that are too soft….wtf man let the dude live. This is hot…..don’t you rememer Mo Money Mo Murder Mo Homicide? I guess that was a soft beat too right, because it has violins?

    27. AZ IS AN ALLTIME LYRICIST. IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. HOWEVER, I KINDA WANT HIM TO CHANGE HIS PRODUCTION. AZ WOULD DESTROY SOME RICK ROSS INSTRUMENTALS.

    28. AZ RAPPING OVER RICK FOREVER, PIRATES, PRESIDENTIAL OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT WOULD BE BEYOND EPIC

      1. nah fam, not a officer ricky fan. however, that guys has the best production in the game right now. been a az fan over 15 years. but i wish …..nevermind

    29. AZ has always been one of my favorite artists, but I feel like the creativity has been stagnant since “The Format”. “Undeniable” and “Legendary” were solid but are made in the same vein of chill out and relax music.

He has made some great introspective songs, tells great stories (a really underrated part of his game), and goes hard with the best of them. However, we just haven’t seen that variety in awhile.

This is good song, not great. I just hope he brings back the variety of songs and beats on this album.

      1. Don’t worry about it this generation of rappers is almost done i.e Nas,Em,Az,etc I doubt they will still be making music for the public for much longer ..

Hell these guys are no longer that prolific with releasing new music these days anyway the musical landscape has changed.

Once they are gone we can look forward to hearing recycled trap beats by lex lugar, will make it feat Ross,Trinidad,French (his not french) for the next 5 years

Deep Joy ..Hip hop is in safe hands

      2. Do you guy’s even listen to the lyrics or do you just skim through it .. I think it’s the latter

    30. Defiantly one of the most underrated rappers every. Became a Hip Hop legend without going platinum. All I do is bust nut and eat fruit

    31. This is sick. AZ is a legend, and this album is going to be insane, mark my words. AZ’s flow is almost unparalleled in the WHOLE industry.

    32. AZ’s 90’s flow is what makes him one of the greatest emcees of all time he never sold out and this joint is a classic.. Fuck Ya Haters go listen to some shit that make yall niggaz booty clap

    33. AZ’s flow is still so smooth, check out his recent freestyle ‘Genesis’ and his absolutely destroyed his verse on the remix of ’86 by Raekwon….

    35. takes me back, been what 20 years listenin to AZ since Doe or Die… always high quality, smoothness. This feels good for summer hell yeah

      1. Not even the same league as Jay-Z
