YBN Nahmir is the proud new owner of a McDonald’s location, making for his first-ever purchase of the franchise.
Taking to Instagram with a photo of himself outside of his new investment, the rapper celebrated the achievement as he reflected on his last few years.
“2024 I was on some whatever [shit], 2023 [clown emoji] I was on some whatever [shit] 2025 I just bought my first McDonalds establishment,” he wrote. “2023? Clownin. 2024? Coasting. 2025? Just secured my first McDonald’s franchise.”
He continued: “Yeah MF.. YBN BURGERS NN ALLAT! [heart emoji]”
Last year, YBN Nahmir detailed a near-death experience after suffering a seizure.

The “Rubbin’ Off the Paint” rapper broke the news to his fans on his Instagram Stories last May, where he posted a picture of himself watching TV from a hospital bed with an oximeter on his finger.
He captioned the post: “I just really had a seizure. Tf.”
Nahmir later offered more detail in a follow-up post: “Shoutout to everybody who been checking in on me all day. Been overworking myself doing show bac 2 bac… getting drunk everyday.
“Deadass died & came back alive this morning. I genuinely give a fuck about every single one of you! Thank you – FOE.”

Earlier in the day, he posted a picture outside of a hospital along with the comment: “Pray 4 ya boy.”
Nahmir also fought through some health problems in 2023 after he checked himself into rehab to deal with addiction issues.
“Rehab soon. understanding your addiction & admitting to it is the 1st step,” he wrote last October. “Pray for me on this hard journey.”
While he didn’t announce what addiction he was fighting, he did previously detail his battles with alcohol.

“Alright y’all, I feel like it’s best for me to just get this out my system,” he wrote on X. “For 3 years I’ve been struggling with an alcoholic addiction. I’ve changed so much due to it, & not in the right ways. I’ve pushed so many of my love ones away & the people I care about because of it.
“I’ve constantly tried to slow down / stop myself from drinking, but it’s not easy at all. This year I want a new challenged & the challenge is for me to get clean.”
Nahmir continued: “I never knew addiction was this hard. Before hand it was easy for me to block it out, but now it’s taking a toll..It’s just been a lot going on in my life behind close doors that I leave off the internet.
