Wiz Khalifa has agreed to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia stemming from an arrest in El Paso, Texas last May, according to TMZ.
The case itself gained national attention after the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania rapper posted a selfie while reportedly behind bars. El Paso law enforcement officials subsequently launched an investigation to see if Wiz was left without supervision for the selfie or if an employee helped facilitate the phone usage.
No charges relating to the famous selfie have been made, according to HotNewHipHop.
Wiz Khalifa is currently on “The Boys Of Zummer Tour” with Fall Out Boy.
