Willie D Indicted In iPhone Scam, May Face 20 Years

    Geto Boys member William “Willie D” Dennis has been indicted on several counts of wire fraud from an iPhone scam [click to read].

    According to MyFox News, the rapper was indicted by a grand jury on 15 counts of wire fraud. An overseas purchaser filed a complaint with authorities, which initiated the case.

    As previously reported, wire fraud carries a maximum punishment of up to 20 years in prison, as well as a $250,000 fine.

    Willie D is currently out on bail after being taken in by authorities last month. The rapper was arrested at Bush Intercontinental Airport following a trip from overseas.
