Another piece of footage showed Wallo speaking to his followers and explaining why he was there in the first place with Shiesty’s father. According to Wallo, they’re meeting with several representatives about prison reform.

“Listen man, we down here. It’s going down,” Wallo said in his video. “We in Capitol Hill going to see another representative [and] congressman. I’m right here with big Mob Bhoss, we down here for Pooh Shiesty. We just got off the phone with Pooh. He’s in good spirits. We making some moves. Listen, just stay tuned. We not playing. We been in here all day.”

Wallo reiterated the same thought in his caption, explaining that he and Bhoss planned to speak to 11 different representatives about “prison confinement conditions” and more.

“Down Capitol Hill w/ @poohshiesty pops @mobtiesglobal speaking to 11 representatives about prison confinement conditions, etc. Spoke with Pooh today & he’s in great spirits. #freepoohshiesty.”

Pooh Shiesty has allegedly been facing some harsh conditions while behind bars at the United States Penitentiary Pollock (USP Pollock), according to Gucci Mane who recently spoke out in his defense in an attempt to get his artist better treatment. Gucci said an investigation needs to be conducted into the penitentiary.

“We do not pay attention to how inmates in the US are treated,” he wrote. “@poohshiesty has been sent to a prison over 1500 miles from his home, 23 hr lock down and given empty food trays. USP Pollack should be investigated immediately.”

In his caption, Guwop called on President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to intervene, writing: “This is unacceptable! #movepooh #prisonreform @potus @vp @kamalaharris.”

Pooh Shiesty was sentenced to five years and three months in prison in April after pleading guilty to federal conspiracy charges in connection with a shooting that took place in South Florida in October 2020. He was originally facing eight years for allegedly shooting 28-year-old Brandon Cooper, but took a plea deal for a reduced sentence.
