On Wednesday (November 29), the “On My Mama” songstress was a guest at Usher’s popular Las Vegas residency and joined him on stage at one point in the night. Along with some positive words, Monét gifted him a custom Super Bowl LVIII jacket ahead of his anticipated Halftime Show performance – which goes down February 11, 2024, at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas.
“We got one of the last living icons in the building with us right now, and we just want to celebrate you,” Victoria said. “We want to congratulate you. We are so happy for you! You see the culture in the building! Make some noise for Usher y’all! And as a small token of my appreciation for you and for your legacy, I just want to give you this gift.”
As the crowd cheered and a grateful-looking Usher put the jacket on, she added, “And you are going to have the most watched Super Bowl of all time!”
Taking to her Instagram Stories the following morning, Victoria said of the night: “What an unforgettable experience!! A living legend and a real class act! Thank you so much for one of the best nights of my life!!”
After shouting out the team behind this massive production, she added: “We smiled ALL night long and that’s the type of joy you bring to this world with your timeless limitless art!! And you heart is somehow even better than all of this [prayer hands emoji] Thank you Usher we love and adore you!”

Last week, Janelle Monáe was in the building for Usher’s residency – and the pair got fans hot and bothered with a steamy moment on stage.
One of the clips Monáe posted shows Usher singing “Superstar” with the Age Of Pleasure artist while they clasp hands and look into each other’s eyes.
Another shows the Confessions crooner and Glass Onion star sipping champagne together while he performs.
The sexy display concluded with Monáe slowly walking away from the R&B legend.
Alongside the clips, she wrote: “We bl(ush)ed in vegas thank you @usher 1 of 1. incredible show.”
Doja Cat, Saweetie and Tiffany Haddish have also been charmed by the 45-year-old entertainer. The most notable example, however, is Keke Palmer, whose playful moment with Usher during a show in July caused a rift in her relationship with her now ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson. The actress has since accused Jackson of abuse.
Speaking to GQ earlier this year, Usher said his concerts are aimed at giving his female fans a good time: “I really wanted to give women something to look forward to, something to come here to Las Vegas with their friends for. They’ve been saving up all year and were able to manage to get away from their kids or get away from their problems.”
Usher’s residency in Las Vegas began last July at The Colusseum at Caesar’s Palace, with the show now being held at the Park MGM. The singer’s residency is currently set to end on December 2.
