Afeni Shakur will present a lecture entitled “Remember Me: The Living Legacy of Tupac Shakur” on February 10 at 7 p.m. at Guilford College’s Dana Auditorium.
Along with the upcoming Tupac documentary, Amaru/Interscope Records will be releasing an accompanying soundtrack. The album will feature some of 2Pac’s hit songs as well as some previously unreleased tracks
To complete the circle of media, MTV will be releasing the first official biography about Tupac Shakur to accompany the movie and soundtrack. The book will be distributed by Pocketbooks/MTV books in conjunction with the release of the film.
Thug Angel is a 90 minute film on the life of Tupac Shakur, directed by Peter Spirer (Rhyme & Reason) due for release April 2002.
