Usher has enjoyed a huge streaming boost following his Super Bowl halftime show performance.

The R&B legend has seen a 550 percent increase in streams on Spotify following his record-breaking performance on Sunday (February 11), which was seen by over 123 million people making it the second highest TV audience in U.S. history behind the 1969 moon landing.

As well as seeing an across-the-board 550 percent increase, four of Usher’s hits saw a 1000 percent uptick in streams.

The largest streaming increase was for “Caught Up” which saw an increase of 2000 percent.

The singer’s music has also been climbing up charts around the world, with his classic 2004 hit “Yeah!” currently No. 9 on the Spotify U.S. Chart.

While Usher was not paid for his performance at the annual sporting event, he has reaped the rewards in various other ways.

The 45-year-old has expanded his recently announced Past Present Future Tour, almost doubling the number of dates from 24 to 44.

The North American trek is now expected to be his biggest in history with over 360,000 tickets sold already.

As for the halftime show itself, Usher brought along an array of special guests including Ludacris, Lil Jon and Alicia Keys.

His duet with Keys sparked some online controversy after he hugged her from behind while they performed “My Boo.”

While Keys’ husband Swizz Beatz had no issue with the move, several others have called out Usher on his behalf.

Cam’ron and Ma$eaddressed the viral moment on their sports show It Is What It Is.

“Alicia Keys — she did her thing too,” Ma$e said while recapping the halftime show. “I don’t know how Swizz felt about that hug at the last part, but it was a great performance.”

“He’s aggressive with people’s females, man,” Cam chimed in, which his co-host agreed with by pointing out: “That’s [Swizz Beatz’s] wife!”

Killa Cam said he spoke to Swizz about the moment and added: “[Usher] got a look on his face — a deviousness. But she had a face like, ‘Calm down a little bit’ too […] I’m just saying like, ‘Yo, that’s my man joint!’ Like, ‘Yo, my n-gga, calm down.’”

Boosie Badazz was also not a fan of the move, saying: “@USHER ENOUGH IS ENOUGH BRO‼️U NEED TO APOLOGIZE TO SWISS. SHE MARRIED MY N-GGA I KNOW THAT WASNT PLANNED.”
