Usher has been a hot topic lately amid his successful residency in Las Vegas – as his racy moments with the celebrity women in attendance consistently makes headlines. Keke Palmer was infamously shamed by her boyfriend for her outfit while Usher serenaded her earlier this month, but model Winnie Harlow got ahead of the game before she faced the same issue.

On Sunday (July 9), the model reposted a fan-recorded clip from an Usher concert she attended with boyfriend and NBA player Kyle Kuzma. In the video, the Confessions singer can be see approaching Harlow just as he has done with several other women during his Las Vegas residency, but she was quick to curve him.

She captioned the post: “Figured out the secret to the Usher concert.. sit in your mans lap Mamas [two laughing emojis two heart-and-arrow emojis] He said ‘She Chose!!!’ Okayyyy!”

As for Palmer, her boyfriend Darius Jackson was highly criticized for his comments, but he decided to double down.

“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is,” he wrote in a Twitter post following the backlash. “This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”

Jackson has since deactivated his Twitter account, however, he removed all photos of himself with Palmer from his Instagram page, though photos of him with the child he shares with her remain on his profile.

Subsequently, it was revealed that Jackson and Palmer unfollowed one another, suggesting that a breakup was either imminent or had already taken place.
