Usher more than made up for Nia Long missing his Las Vegas residency last year when the actress attended his recent tour stop in Houston.
Last December, the Friday star had posted on X that her “only regret” for 2023 was missing Usher’s long-running residency, so when his ‘Past, Present Future Tour’ made its way to H-Town’s Toyota Center on Wednesday (November 27), it’s no surprise that she was front and center.
In true Usher fashion, he got quite flirty with Nia during his performance, and after a warm embrace, started to hand-feed her a cherry – though he ultimately swerved to a woman next to her.
You can view the clip below.
The cherry is a bit in every one of Usher’s shows on this tour. When the trek stopped in Los Angeles, he attempted to feed it to Halle Bailey – but her then-boo DDG was quick to intervene.

Instead, DDG grabbed the cherry and fed it to her himself, while they both cracked up at the moment. He then shared a clip of it to his TikTok page, captioning it with laughing emojis.
The flirting is all in innocent fun, however, as Usher tied the knot with longtime girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea following his Super Bowl halftime show performance earlier this year.
According to records obtained by HipHopDX, the R&B legend obtained a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada on February 9.
Usher was previously married to Tameka Foster between 2007 and 2009 and Grace Miguel between 2015 and 2018.

The singer and Goicoechea have been together since 2019, with the couple welcoming their first child in 2020 and their second in 2021.
Usher previously spoke about their relationship to People, where he said: “I have an amazing partner, a support system. We have an amazing dynamic between our relationship where I’m able to be passionate still about what I do and have an incredible partner to work through some of the harder times as a young man dealing with children and dealing with the dynamic of how you communicate with them.”
He also praised her abilities as a parent: “She’s better at it than me in many lights. I’m a man-man, so I’m like, ‘This is what we’re doing,’ and I might be a little bit more disciplinary at times. If there’s a slap and a hug, I’m the slap and she’s the hug. But that creates balance.”
