In a UK magazine called “News Of The World” there was a two page section called “Meet The Living Dead”. The section was all about how people think various dead celebraties are alive, Elvis, John Lennon, and Tupac, just to name a few. Here is what the author had to say about Tupac:
“Rapper Tupac Shakur had good reason to want out. He had built a career on lyrics inviting his many enemies to come and have a go, and in 96 someone did. Despite autopsy pics on the net, fans beleive Tupac is biding his time for a safe return. And dead or alive, new Tupac singles keep coming – under the name Makaveli (after Machiavelli, a philosopher who encouraged deception). Tupac’s taste, however, has been mortally wounded – he can’t stop rapping over terrible Mister Mister ballads.”
I guess the fact that he only released one album under the alias Makaveli escaped the writer in his in-depth research.
