Tyga is mourning the loss of his mother, revealing that she passed away last month at the young age of 53.
Taking to his Instagram page on Friday (February 21), T-Raww shared a touching tribute to his late mother Pasionaye Nguyen. While he didn’t reveal a cause of death, one of the images included her wearing a hospital band so it appears to have been an illness of some sort.
“I been trying to understand and process why God takes the most meaningful and most beautifulest people away from us,” he wrote. But I know I’ll never get an answer that will fill the emptiness in my heart. Can’t imagine life without you by my side. You were the best and most supportive person in my life, you always made things better when I felt at my lowest and worst. I would trade anything just to be able to be with you again.
“I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. and I can’t wait for the day until we’re together again. I’ll see you soon and save me a spot right next to you in paradise I Love you forever mom and I’ll do my best to celebrate you with every moment that I have left. Pasionaye Nicole Nguyen 9/11/71- 1/18/25 You took one of your best angels back GOD. I hope you know that.”

HipHopDX sends our condolences to Tyga and his family.
Back in 2023, Blac Chyna brought Pasionaye into her custody battle with Tyga and served her with papers after she was unable to find her ex.
Service via a third party is known as substituted service, and this type of service is acceptable in the California court system so long as the party doing the serving can demonstrate that they tried to serve the original party “at least three times,” and was unsuccessful in each attempt.

Gratefully, the pair were able to work it out eventually and months later, TMZ reported that the former couple finally settled their custody dispute.
Inside sources told the outlet that the two have managed to reach an “amicable arrangement” even though the rapper won’t be paying any child support.
The parents, who dated from 2011 till 2014, will share joint legal and physical custody of their son, with an equal say in his health, education and general welfare. Whereas Tyga will be taking care of Cairo from Tuesday to Thursday, his ex will get the remainder of the week.

Furthermore, neither of them are allowed to badmouth the other during their time with the kid, with the court ordering them to sign up for a program that will keep tabs on their joint parenting decisions.
