    After a long time at the bargaining table, Jimmy “Chopmaster” Dright and his company have agreed with Tupac’s estate to release his lost songs. The alum entitled, “Tupac Shakur: The Lost Tapes” can now be legally purchased at record stores. The album feature some songs from back when Tupac was a roadie for Digital Underground, his group then was called “Strictly Dope”. Some of the tracks include, “Panther Power”, Let Knowledge Drop”, “Case of the Misplaced Mic” and “Static”.

    The Chopmaster released this album earlier this year, but without legal permission from Tupac’s family. They sent letters to retailer urging them not to sell the album due to the lack of legality. An agreement has been reached, do retailers are receiving notice that they can sell the album legally. Shakur’s current album is out right now, “Until the End of Time” and another album is in the works to mark the fifth anniversary of his death.
