“To every bitch I ever did wrong, I’ll do it again.”
Just one day earlier, Coi had shared a message to the platform about men needing to have discipline in their relationships, so it’s possible he was directly responding to that.

After kicking off the new year by announcing she’s expecting a child with Trippie, Coi turned to her Instagram Stories weeks later to accuse him of cheating and seemingly announce their breakup.
The former exes got back together in August of last year after dating for a short period in 2019.

Earlier this month, Coi previewed a new song she wrote about the experience, which finds her rapping: “Ex is supposed to be a ex for a reason/Wanted to be there while you was fighting demons/I had family plans – you had plans for cheating/Camera in the room, you ain’t know I was creeping.”
In a video post shortly afterward, Trippie can be seen laughing and blowing raspberries at the camera, then adding: “That shit is” before blowing raspberries once again.
In her initial post that accused Trippie Redd of cheating, Coi wrote on her Instagram Story: “[Broken heart emoji] Nothing worse than being cheated on. I wouldn’t wish this pain on my worst enemy. [crying sad face emoji] God bless.”
She also shared a post from another account which read: “I believe that people’s actions can make it clear that they have no respect or regard for you, regardless of what they say. Their actions clearly indicate that they don’t value you. When you notice this, take it for what it is. Remember, actions speak louder than words.”

Later that week, Coi got into a spat with Trippie’s ex Ayleks over his infidelity, though Coi acknowledged that the woman wasn’t who he’d cheated with. Instead, she took issue with the fact that Ayleks appeared to playing into the narrative that she was Trippie’s mistress when fans started speculating.
Despite the drama, Coi nursed her broken heart through music and put together an EP she named What Happened to Forever? that she dropped on Valentine’s Day (February 14). The effort marks her first release on Epic Records.
