Trae Tha Truth has opened up about a nightmare he’s been dealing with, revealing that his daughter has been kidnapped by her mother and has been missing for four months.
In a multi-slide carousel shared on Friday (December 6), Trae explained that he was awarded full custody of his 6-year-old daughter Truth over the summer. When he dropped her off for visitation with her mom in Houston in August, she was supposed to be returned two days later – and never was. Since then, he says his daughter’s mother has moved to various cities and has been “molding” their child to hate him by telling lies about him both to her and the public, including filing false police reports that he abused his daughter and more.
He says he then proved she was lying in a Los Angeles court and she was ordered to return the child, but still didn’t and a Child Abduction charge was filed by a Los Angeles judge. He says her mom then tried to secretly enroll her in a Los Angeles school, but when the judge found out, she removed the child from school and she has not been to a classroom since. He also has a private investigator on the matter, and says he learned that the child, her mom and her grandmother have been moving to different homes time and again.
“I’m crushed,” he wrote in the caption. “This aint Right Or Fair for fathers who really trying…. I DONT CARE WHO SHE PAY OR TRY TO GET TO CAMPAIGN OR BASH ME, Im only trying to Get my daughter who i Love Dearly!! I know God Got This and In The End He will Get The Glory , He is the only one that can Fix this Situation…. No matter How this Hurt me,i wish no ill on her momma can only pray for her.
