Tiffany Haddish is best known for her comedy and acting roles, but people often forget that she can spit too — fortunately, she’s back behind the mic to remind fans of her rap skills.
On Tuesday (June 27), Hollywood Unlocked hosted its 2023 Impact Awards and honored a broad range of figures in entertainment, from Halle and Chlöe Bailey to Babyface. Tiffany Haddish was summoned to host the event, during which she surprised attendees with some new music.

Footage obtained by TMZ shows the Los Angeles native previewing two songs at the Beverly Hilton. Featured on these never-before-heard joints are Lil Jon and E-40. If her choice of collaborators didn’t already give it away, both tracks are certified bangers.
“So I wanna share this song with ya’ll,” Haddish said before playing her new material. “It ain’t out yet — this is an exclusive.” Watch the full clip below.
Haddish has never released a full-length album, but she has put out a string of singles. In the past few years, she’s worked with Snoop Dogg, Jada Pinkett Smith and Begetz, among others. Her brief yet solid catalog is a testament to her talents, and that’s most likely why she has now landed collaborations with Lil Jon and E-40.
Haddish’s career took a hit last year when she was slapped with a child sex abuse lawsuit. She and fellow comedian Aries Spears were facing allegations of physically violating two underaged siblings for sexually explicit comedy skits unearthed from a few years ago.
The lawsuit, which was originally filed in September 2022, was dropped later that same month. The plaintiffs — a brother and sister — alleged that Haddish and Spears “groomed” and “molested” them when they were seven and 14 years old, respectively, as part of a “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” skit.
Haddish relayed to TMZ that she was relieved the lawsuit is behind her, but all of her upcoming gigs had been canceled as a result of backlash relating to the lawsuit.

“I lost everything,” she said. “All my gigs, gone. Everything, gone. I don’t have no job. I don’t have no job, bro.”
