Over the past six months, up-and-coming R&B sensation The Weeknd has garnered major production credits remixing songs for the likes of Drake and Florence and the Machine. Now, the Canadian upstart is lending his talents to pop singer Lady Gaga’s upcoming Born This Way remix album.
According to Billboard, The Weeknd will remix one of the tracks off Gaga’s Born This Way The Remix, which is due out November 21. Although there is no word as to which song The Weeknd will remix, reps have confirmed that other artists including Foster the People and Michael Wood will contribute to the LP.
As previously mentioned, The Weeknd has earned production credits from remixing Drake’s “Trust Issues” and Florence and the Machine’s “Shake It Out.” It was also announced that he has contributed extensively to Drake’s upcoming LP Take Care.

I think you guys should diversify yourselves before calling something “gay.” Also, he did a damn good job at remixing the Florence + the Machine track, and he has NOT disappointed yet. I believe in him, it’s gunna be dope.
