On Sunday, May 24 Atlanta rapper T.I. [click to read] said goodbye to a crowd of about 16,000 fans in what was his last performance before his prison sentence begins.
Throughout the concert fans showed support for T.I. by singing along to most of his songs and making signs showing their support.
T.I. continuously thanked fans for their support, telling fans “I’m going to stand up tall, head up high. Thank you for all of your support.”
During the show T.I. was joined on stage by his five children and other rappers including Soulja Boy and Grand Hustle artist B.o.B. aka Bobby Ray.
T.I. is expected to surrender himself to the Federal Correction Institution [click to read] in Forrest City, Arkansas before noon on Tuesday, May 26. In 2007, he was arrested after attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers.
