Just a week after his lawyer revealed that his client was legally blind in his left eye, new details have emerged regarding the hit-and-run incident Suge Knight was reportedly involved with in late January.
According to the New York Daily News, Cle “Bone” Sloan — the first man to be struck by the former CEO of Death Row Records — told the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department that he had physically assaulted Knight prior to being allegedly run over by his truck.
“I f***** him up!” Sloan, a reported former gang member who is still receiving treatment in hospital for injuries he sustained from the incident, said.
Sloan allegedly told police that he and Knight had engaged in a verbal dispute at a prior location about three miles away. Not long afterwards, Sloan spotted Knight at Tam’s Burgers near the 1200 block of West Rosecrans Avenue in Los Angeles, California where the second altercation took place.
“Sloan said he contacted Knight and began to punch him through the driver side window,” according to reports.
“Sloan stated Knight tried to exit the red Ford but was stopped by his punches,” reports added.
The New York Daily News says that according to the account he gave police, Sloan was walking away when he heard someone say, “Look out!” He said he was trying to turn around but was quickly struck by Knight’s Ford F-150 Raptor truck.
Speaking with the publication this past Tuesday, Knight’s lawyer Matthew Fletcher says that it was Sloan who initiated both confrontations.
“Sloan is trying to exculpate himself but all the while he’s just killing himself. It’s monumental,” Fletcher says.
Continuing, he added: “What Sloan has done is admit he initiated this fight. Suge never exited his vehicle. He was accosted by Sloan who challenged him to fight.”
Prosecutors claim Suge Knight intentionally ran over Sloan and the man who later passed away from his injuries, an alleged friend, Terry Carter.
“Sloan’s own words prove he drove across the entire city of Compton in order to have a confrontation with Mr. Knight,” Matthew Fletcher says. “At some point in time the facts have to speak for themselves. There’s no reason Mr. Knight should be in jail. Mr. Sloan proved by his own words what his intentions were and what he accomplished.”

did bone snitch on a snitch? shit is all bad for Athens park
this still doesnt justify what he did to terry. suge came back through the parking lot when given the opportunity to leave then hits bone again and kills terry also in the process. thats not self defense lol. self defense was when he reversed over bone and hit him the FIRST time. then when he comes back through the lot and hits bone again and kills terry is where it looks like attempted murder and voluntary manslaughter. the threat (bone) was no longer a threat anymore because he was laying motionless on the ground and he had the chance to leave. simple as that. not self defense.
Yes, Suge gonna do a lot of time. Maybe the rest of his life in prison, sad.
