Royce Da 5’9″ has revealed that the follow-up to Slaughterhouse’s eponymous debut may be coming soon. At the very least, says Royce, the group’s first single on Shady Records should be out by the year’s end.
“Very soon, very soon,” said the Detroit component of the foursome to MTV News. “We’re working on the project right now. We’re actually going to Atlanta on Thursday [August 11]. All the guys, we’re all getting together and going in with some heavy-hitting producers. Hopefully, we’ll have a single out by the end of the year, if not the album.”
“It’ll at least be a single, I guarantee you that,” he added. “Because we got one right now that I think can go. I think it can be the first thing we can go out there with.”

Royce, you shouldn’t care about dumping a few extra lines. You can always write more as a real Emcee, right? What would Canibus have done if he was still allowed on tv?
he said that he would have had to rewrite the verse for the slaughterhouse album again if he did that thus delaying the album plus royce is not a “off the dome person” he writes all his lyrics down and has to remember them

I listen to hip hop all day. East, West, Detroit and Chi-town, Down South. 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, 2011, and these cats suck. They are talentless men who merely rhyme words. They are a lack of charisma, and you wouldn’t even hang out with them in real life. You would look down on these people, and avoid association.
Okay first of all Royce has always been dope since the death is certain album I heard the real Royce. I just wish the nigga would stop mentioning em in his verses I can understand that em pretty much was the only person that shone a light on him I maybe wrong? Slaughterhouse is the most skilled group in terms of straight rapping ability out there. NO ONE is fucking with them if it comes to wordplay, complex rhyme schemes, double-entendres or incredible flows. All are equally talented.
