Scott Storch is making it clear that he does not co-sign the racist rant his ex and child’s mother, Florence Mirsky, recently went viral over.

Over the weekend, video of Mirsky spitting racial slurs at a pair of Los Angeles parking attendants she believed were Hispanic made its rounds. She also told the men that “Trump is doing good things” and “You guys rape and kill people,” before throwing a $100 bill at one of the men and telling him, “I’m rich – you’re poor.”

After she was identified and rightfully ripped to shreds on social media, Mirsky apologized in multiple teary-eyed videos swearing she’s not a racist and that she simply reacted from “trauma” because, she alleged, one of the men groped her. She later revealed that no one touched her and she simply said that because she felt embarrassed.

After turning off her comments on Instagram (before deleting her page all together), people then turned to Scott Storch’s page after finding out he is the father of her five-year-old son. But as he later told TMZ, he too is “disgusted” by the video and noted, per the outlet, that he doesn’t have “a racist bone in his body.”

He also made it clear that he broke up with Mirsky many years prior.

In other news, Scott Storch recently detailed how he tried to save DMX‘s life when they were both battling drug addiction.

Appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience last November, the multi-platinum producer, who is best known for hits like Dr. Dre‘s “Still D.R.E.” and Fat Joe‘s “Lean Back,” discussed his wild life and some of the lows he experienced when he was addicted to cocaine.

Reflecting on the time he and X lived together, Storch said: “It was like the blind leading the blind. I’m a coke addict and he’s a crack addict, and I’m trying to help him. I’m like, ‘[Snorts coke] you really need to get clean, man.’ What the fuck? I’m like, ‘You need to go to rehab.’

“So I convince him to avoid a jail sentencing for a charge he had or whatever. He went to rehab and was getting his shit together at a place where I had gone, but it didn’t really work for me. I had him there, I really did care about him, I wanted him off that shit. That was a faster suicide than I was even on.”

Storch said DMX later broke out of the facility and was subsequently sent back to jail, despite the producer’s attempts to convince the owner of the rehab center to let him return.

Years later, Storch heard of the rapper’s health problems, which included the incurable lung condition emphysema, and stepped in again.

Describing X as “in bad shape” and “one rock away from death,” the Grammy-nominated musician said he made plans to book the Ruff Ryder into his rehab facility in Studio City, California.

“We put him on a private plane to Washington to do a detox. He went through the whole detox, and the plan was to leave the detox and come to our facility, inpatient, and do rehab,” he explained.

“He never made it back on the plane to head back, and we never saw him again. That was me trying to save a man’s life that I really loved. He was such a special guy.”

DMX would pass away in April 2021 at the age of 50 after suffering a heart attack brought on by a drug overdose.
