RZA Responds To Lawsuit From Dutch Singer Over Unpaid Royalties

In December 2012, Dutch singer Thea Van Seijen sued the Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA over royalties, claiming that she co-wrote and sang on 14 songs with the legendary producer, but was not adequately compensated.

Now, RZA has responded to the suit.

According to TMZ, RZA admits working with the singer, but says she was paid as agreed for her work, and was not given a co-author credit, nor was she promised royalties or other additional payments.

Watch an interview with the producer’s response below:

RZA was on the other end of a lawsuit earlier this month, when he sued pianist Meiko Kaji over sample infringement allegations.

    1. Be paid weekly and earn like a boss! I just bought a great Mazda MX-5 from having earned $7126 this past 4 weeks and $10k past-month. Without any doubt this is the easiest and most comfortable job Ive ever had. I began this 6 months ago and right away was bringing in more than $83 per/h. Heres what Ive been doing Rich45.com_
