Robert Glasper appears to be having the last laugh in his spat with Chris Brown after his t-shirts inspired by Breezy’s Grammy insult have officially sold out.

On Tuesday (February 14), the Houston native took to Instagram to announce the shirts are now out of stock after fans clamored to get their hands on them. The t-shirt comes in black with the words “Who The FUCK Is Robert Glasper?” across the front. The phrase comes from Brown, who used it after he lost to Glasper in the Best R&B Album category at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

In the caption of his post, Glasper revealed some of the proceeds from the shirt would go to the Community Music Center of New Orleans.

“Thanks for the support,” he wrote. “A portion of the proceeds from this shirt will be donated to the Community Music Center of New Orleans. A nonprofit created to share the music culture and music education in New Orleans, providing free music lessons to underserved youth. I can’t thank y’all enough for supporting this cause.”

The five-time Grammy Award winner had the shirts go live shortly after Chris Brown made his remarks. The Virginia native’s Breezy album lost to Glasper’s Black Radio III at the 2023 Grammys, and the singer proceeded to diss the producer on Instagram.

“Who the fuck is Robert Glasper,” he asked in a since-deleted post. The post originally appeared minutes after the untelevised category was awarded.

Chris Breezy’s subsequent posts included insinuations that maybe he needed to bulk up his musical skills, and a fan-made video listing all of the album’s sales and chart stats as evidence of its success. “I Gotta get my skills up.. ima start playing the harmonica,” he wrote.

The 2023 Best R&B Album award marks Robert Glasper’s fifth Grammy since picking up the same prize for the first iteration of the Black Radio series in 2013, the year after Breezy’s only Grammy win for the album F.A.M.E.

After receiving backlash from fans and peers over his comments, Chris Brown took to social media to apologize to Glasper for the insult.

“Congratulations my brother..,” Brown wrote. “I would like to apologize if you took offense to my reaction at the Grammys.. you were not the intended target and I know I came off really rude and mean. After doing my research I actually think your amazing…
