Rihanna recently made a fan’s day after stopping to have a “genuine long conversation” with the young girl in a supermarket.
Stacey Roimen, a Kenyan-born content creator living in Los Angeles, could barely contain her excitement on Wednesday (March 22) after running into Rih while out grocery shopping at a Bristol Farms store in L.A.

“My God I don’t even know where to start… I met RIHANNA today,” she wrote in an Instagram post documenting the once-in-a-life opportunity. “I had such a genuine long conversation with her; I almost forgot to take a photo.
“I can’t wait to interview you @badgalriri one of these days. Our convo & your kindness lives rent free in my mind FOREVER EVER , thank you for being so down to earth ily!”
The adorable exchange even included a couple of selfies and video clips, with Rihanna chiming in: “Look who I met in the supermarket.”
Roimen continued in awe: “I’m so happy I met you!”

RiRi’s Navy found Roimen’s Instagram post — which has racked up over 12,000 likes — and flooded the superfan’s comments section. Some couldn’t fathom bumping into the Bajan billionaire in a supermarket, while others were upset Roimen didn’t ask her about her elusive forthcoming album.
“Wtf?!? I would literally peacefully die after this interaction,” one person wrote, while another added: “Girl did you ask about the album?”
Roimen wasn’t the only fan who recognized Rihanna while she was out shopping as the superstar singer posed for selfies with a number of other fans inside the grocery store.
One fan claimed RiRi even “chopped it up for like 15, 20 seconds” with his girlfriend over FaceTime — and “then she still let me get a picture.” He added: “She’s cool as fuck.”
2023 has been a busy year so far for Rihanna, who debuted her baby bump for kid No. 2 with A$AP Rocky while performing at the Super Bowl LVII halftime show last month.
She also hit the stage at the 2023 Oscars earlier in March, where she delivered a powerful rendition of her Black Panther: Wakanda Forever ballad “Lift Me Up,” which was nominated for Best Original Song.

Meanwhile, Saweetie is currently trying to manifest a collaboration with Rih as she expressed her desire to make a dance record with the Barbadian hitmaker.
“I definitely want to work with Rihanna,” Saweetie told Metro UK earlier this week. “[The Super Bowl] wasn’t even a game, it was the Rihanna concert.”
