Rihanna has added to her luxurious real estate portfolio by snapping up Friends star Matthew Perry’s old Los Angeles penthouse for a gobsmacking sum.
According to The New York Post, the “Bitch Better Have My Money” singer closed on the 9300-sq. ft. pad in The Century building, located in the tony Century City district, on Wednesday (April 12), paying $21million for the property.

The Century is a celebrity haven, known for such notable residents as Candy Spelling, Paula Abdul, and Elizabeth Berkeley. And no expense was spared in Rihanna’s big purchase from the troubled actor.
“Dubbed the “mansion in the sky,” the four-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence occupies the building’s entire 40th floor,” reports the Post. “The Century high rise unit boasts panoramic city, mountain and ocean views — and has been described as “hovering above the city like a floating palace.”

Features include a grand living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a plush screening room, a billiards room — and an all-white kitchen with marble countertops, dual islands and premium appliances. There are also four expansive terraces. The primary suite boasts a curved wall of glass, a seating area with a fireplace, dual baths, and expansive closets.”
This purchase is just the latest in a long line of real estate investments by the Fenty Beauty founder, who is expecting her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky.

In addition to the recent purchase at The Century, Hello! reported that Rihanna owns two homes in L.A. (which she combined to make one deluxe compound) and a beachside villa in her home country of Barbados — and was also reported to have rented homes in the United Kingdom and New York City as well.
When she’s not stacking up her real estate chips and prepping for the birth of her second baby, Rihanna is enjoying special moments with her little boy.
The singer enjoyed her first Easter with her son, and shared some adorable photos on Tuesday (April 11) of how they spent the day.
Twitter’s most-followed woman took to social media to show off their almost one-year-old baby boy, decked out in bunny ears and clearly having a ball with his Easter treats – which included real bunnies.
