Rick Ross is reportedly in the process of purchasing a Miami Beach mansion for a hefty eight-figure price tag that will make him neighbors with Diddy.
According to TMZ, Rozay is under contract to buy a Star Island property for a staggering $37 million.

While the deal apparently won’t be finalized for another few weeks, Rick Ross’ newest mansion is expected to undergo a series of renovations to transform the lavish property to the MMG mogul’s liking.
The private, 40,000 square-foot oceanfront estate boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a heated swimming pool, entertainment room, summer kitchen and other amenities.

Diddy will be far from Rick Ross’ only new A-list neighbor as the block is also home to Jennifer Lopez and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, to name a few.
Rozay and Puff have been spending a lot of time together this year as the Bad Boy boss pulled up to Ross’ car show last month. The pair even worked up a sweat while washing Yung Miami’s truck while promoting Rozay’s Slippery Soap brand.

Ross has been steadily building his real estate empire of late as he also recently snapped up Meek Mill’s Atlanta mansion for a cool $4.2 million. He even apparently paid the sum in straight cash.
“I’ve been working to make an impact in the luxury market and this did just that,” his realtor, Alisha Gillooly, said of the deal.
The suburban compound boasts eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, movie theater and playground, among other swanky amenities.
However, the identity of the buyer was apparently a mystery to Meek, who took to his Instagram Stories to share his surprise at his former MMG boss being the one who purchased it.
